Abstract
【解決手段】高分子電解質膜と;高分子電解質膜の両面に位置するアノード電極およびカソード電極と;アノード電極またはカソード電極のうちの少なくとも一方の面に位置する電極基材と;を含む膜−電極接合体が一つ以上積層されて、膜−電極接合体を貫通して形成された酸化剤供給用通路および燃料供給用通路を含み、酸化剤供給用通路は両端が開放されていて、燃料供給用通路は片端が開放されており、他端が閉鎖されていることを特徴とする、燃料混合形燃料電池用スタックが提供される。

Description
アルゴンガス雰囲気で750℃の温度で4時間の間熱処理した鉄−テトラフェニルポルフィリン0.34g、5重量%ポリパーフルオロスルホネートバインダー2.08gおよびイソプロピルアルコールと水の混合溶媒(混合比9:1)7.4mlを混合して、触媒スラリーを製造した。この触媒スラリーを炭素紙電極基材に塗布して、電極基材にカソード電極を形成した。

Claims (14)
- 高分子電解質膜と;前記高分子電解質膜の両面に位置するアノード電極およびカソード電極と;前記アノード電極または前記カソード電極のうちの少なくとも一方の面に位置する電極基材と;を含む膜−電極接合体が一つ以上積層されて、
前記膜−電極接合体を貫通して形成された酸化剤供給用通路および燃料供給用通路を含み、前記酸化剤供給用通路は両端が開放されていて、前記燃料供給用通路は片端が開放されており、他端が閉鎖されていることを特徴とする、燃料混合形燃料電池用スタック。 - 前記酸化剤供給通路の酸化剤進行方向と垂直な断面の断面積は1〜20cm2であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の燃料混合形燃料電池用スタック。
- 前記酸化剤供給通路の酸化剤進行方向と垂直な断面の断面積は1.5cm2〜3cm2であることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の燃料混合形燃料電池用スタック。
- 前記燃料供給通路の燃料進行方向と垂直な断面の断面積は1cm2〜5cm2であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の燃料混合形燃料電池用スタック。
- 前記燃料供給通路の燃料進行方向と垂直な断面の断面積は1cm2〜2cm2であることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の燃料混合形燃料電池用スタック。
- 前記燃料供給通路の体積は、前記膜−電極接合体全体の体積の10%〜20%を占めることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の燃料混合形燃料電池用スタック。
- 高分子電解質膜と;前記高分子電解質膜の両面に位置するアノード電極およびカソード電極と;前記アノード電極または前記カソード電極のうちの少なくとも一面に位置する電極基材と;を含む膜−電極接合体が一つ以上積層されて、
前記膜−電極接合体を貫通して形成された酸化剤供給用通路および燃料供給用通路を含み、前記酸化剤供給用通路は両端が開放されていて、前記燃料供給用通路は片端が閉鎖されており、他端が開放されて燃料が供給される開口部であるスタックと;
燃料を前記スタックの開口部に供給する燃料供給部と;
を含むことを特徴とする、燃料混合形燃料電池システム。 - 前記酸化剤供給通路の酸化剤進行方向と垂直な断面の断面積は1〜20cm2であることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の燃料混合形燃料電池システム。
- 前記酸化剤供給通路の酸化剤進行方向と垂直な断面の断面積は1.5cm2〜3cm2であることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の燃料混合形燃料電池システム。
- 前記燃料供給通路の燃料進行方向と垂直な断面の断面積は1cm2〜5cm2であることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の燃料混合形燃料電池システム。
- 前記燃料供給通路の燃料進行方向と垂直な断面の断面積は1cm2〜2cm2であることを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の燃料混合形燃料電池システム。
- 前記燃料供給通路の体積は、前記膜−電極接合体全体体積の10%〜20%を占めることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の燃料混合形燃料電池システム。
- 前記燃料混合形燃料電池システムは、前記燃料供給部から燃料を前記スタックに供給するための燃料吸入部をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の燃料混合形燃料電池システム。
- 前記燃料混合形燃料電池システムは、直接酸化形燃料電池であることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の燃料混合形燃料電池システム。
