ケース内に火災検知部と感震器を配置し、
火災の発生時には警報を発するとともに地震の発生時には所定の時間にわたりライトを点灯する感震ライト付き火災報知器であって、
火災検知部は外気導入部分をケースの開口部から突出しており、
その突出部端面を覆うようにカバーが設置され、
このカバーはメッキなどの光沢処理をされるとともに逆円錐状にくぼみをつけた中に電球やLEDなどを配置した発光部が設けられ、
このカバーを片持ち梁状として火災検知部に対して一方向で且つ充分に離れた位置において支える構造としたことを特徴とする感震ライト付き火災報知器。
