Abstract

Claims (19)
- 位置センサシステムと共に構成され、画像監視下で部分的および/または完全な血管閉塞を治療するためのテーテル装置において、カテーテル装置(1,20,34,51)が血管閉塞を治療するための治療カテーテルを有し、治療カテーテルが、画像監視のための光コヒーレンス断層画像化用(OCT)カテーテルおよび血管内超音波用(IVUS)カテーテルならびに位置センサシステムと共に一体化ユニットとして構成されていることを特徴とするカテーテル装置。

- OCTカテーテル、IVUSカテーテルおよびこれらを包囲する駆動軸(2,22,40,52)のうちのすくなくとも1つが回転可能に構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3の1つに記載のカテーテル装置。
- OCTカテーテルおよび/またはIVUSカテーテルの画像センサ(11,14,25,26,47,48)が、血管閉塞を治療するための治療カテーテルの治療ユニットの前方または後方に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至4の1つに記載のカテーテル装置。
- 治療ユニットが、OCTカテーテルおよび/またはIVUSカテーテルの移動可能な駆動軸、信号線および画像センサ(47,48)のうちの少なくとも1つを貫通させるための開口(46)を有することを特徴とする請求項5記載のカテーテル装置。
- IVUSカテーテルの超音波および/またはOCTカテーテルの光のために少なくとも1つの透過性出射範囲が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至6の1つに記載のカテーテル装置。
- カテーテル装置(1,20,34,51)が、3次元画像化のために、OCTカテーテルおよび/またはIVUSカテーテルの回転と、この回転と同時に押し込みおよび/または引き戻しとができるように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至7の1つに記載のカテーテル装置。
- 位置センサシステムが電磁的にまたは超音波に基づいて構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至8の1つに記載のカテーテル装置。
- 位置センサシステムがカテーテル装置の先端範囲に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至9の1つに記載のカテーテル装置。
- カテーテル装置(1,20,34,51)が、自動的な機械式ナビゲーションおよび/または磁気式ナビゲーションを行なうように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至10の1つに記載のカテーテル装置。
- 患者運動を認識するための少なくとも1つの運動センサが設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至11の1つに記載のカテーテル装置。
- カテーテル装置(1,20,34,51)の先端に少なくとも1つの生理学的センサが設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至12の1つに記載のカテーテル装置。
- 血管内のカテーテル装置のシールドおよび/またはガイドのための被覆が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至13の1つに記載のカテーテル装置。
- OCTカテーテルの画像センサが、カテーテル装置(1,20,34,51)の長手方向においてIVUSカテーテルの画像センサの前方または後方に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至14の1つに記載のカテーテル装置。
- カテーテル装置は超音波造影剤を注入するために構成されているルーメンを有することを特徴とする請求項1乃至15の1つに記載のカテーテル装置。
- 請求項1乃至16の1つに記載のカテーテル装置と共に構成されたX線装置。
- X線装置は、OCTデータおよび/またはIVUSデータと、X線データおよび/または他のモダリティの画像データとの組み合わせおよび/または重ね合わせを行なうように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項17記載のX線装置。
- カテーテル装置による部分的および/または完全な血管閉塞の治療時の画像を監視するために、カテーテル装置(1,20,34,51)が、画像監視のためのOCTカテーテルおよびIVUSカテーテルならびに位置センサシステムと共に一体化ユニットとして構成されている血管閉塞を治療するための治療カテーテルを有することを特徴とする血管閉塞の治療時の画像監視方法。
