Claims (12)
- 少なくとも1つのシリンダー貫通開口部(3)及び少なくとも1つのさらなる貫通開口部(4、41〜46)が設けられた、少なくとも1つの金属層(1、2、12、13)を有するシリンダーヘッド平形ガスケットであり、第1の変形制限要素(6、16)が、少なくとも、前記少なくとも1つのシリンダー貫通開口部のそれぞれの周りの領域内に形成され、封止用の、前記シリンダー貫通開口部の周りを連続的に走るビード(5、15)が、前記シリンダー貫通開口部から遠隔にある前記第1の変形制限要素(6、16)の側に形成されるシリンダーヘッド平形ガスケットであって、さらに、第2の変形制限要素(7、18)が、周辺の縁の及び/又は前記少なくとも1つのさらなる貫通開口部(4、41〜46)の領域内の、前記第1の変形制限要素(6、16)から遠隔にある前記ビード(5、15)の側に設けられ、前記第2の変形制限要素が、波状の又は台形の形材の形態で設計されることを特徴とするシリンダーヘッド平形ガスケット。
- 前記第2の変形制限要素(7、18)が、前記シリンダー貫通開口部(3)から見て、前記少なくとも1つのさらなる貫通開口部(4、41〜46)の後ろにある領域内の少なくとも一部に、その断面形状が波状又は台形の外部形材の形態に設計されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシリンダーヘッド平形ガスケット。
- 区間に分けられた少なくともその一部で、前記外部の波状の又は台形をしている形材(変形制限要素7)が、前記平形ガスケットの周辺の縁からやや距離を隔てて走ることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のシリンダーヘッド平形ガスケット。
- 前記外部形材(変形制限要素7)が、前記平形ガスケットの縦方向の端部のそれぞれに設けられることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のシリンダーヘッド平形ガスケット。
- 前記第2の変形制限要素(7、18)が、該第2の変形制限要素(7、18)に隣接したさらなる貫通開口部(4、41〜46)に対して接線方向を向いて、あるいは同心状に又は距離を隔てて走る、波状の又は台形の形材の形態で設計されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシリンダーヘッド平形ガスケット。
- 前記外部形材(18a〜f)が、少なくとも一部分、前記各さらなる貫通開口部(41〜46)の周りに案内されることを特徴とする請求項5に記載のシリンダーヘッド平形ガスケット。
- 前記さらなる貫通開口部(4、41〜46)が、ネジ貫通開口部であることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載のシリンダーヘッド平形ガスケット。
- 前記外部形材(変形制限要素7、18)が、前記波形状の少なくとも1周期分、延在することを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載のシリンダーヘッド平形ガスケット。
- 前記波形状が、台形の形状にまで先端が切られた波の山を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載のシリンダーヘッド平形ガスケット。
- 前記波形状が、その波の山のいろいろな高さを有することを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載のシリンダーヘッド平形ガスケット。
- 波形状の、隣接した波の山の間で、いろいろな距離が存在することを特徴とする請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載のシリンダーヘッド平形ガスケット。
- 前記第2の変形制限要素(7、18)が、前記第1の変形制限要素(6、16)と同じ又はより小さい高さを有することを特徴とする請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載のシリンダーヘッド平形ガスケット。
