Description
Claims (10)
- 混合気体の中の特定気体に対して選択的な吸着特性を有する吸着剤に圧力を加え、特定の気体を分離して濃縮気体を生産する気体濃縮装置において、
前記混合気体から不純物をろ過するフィルターと;
前記フィルターを経て供給された混合気体中の特定気体を分離する吸着剤を収容しながら、この分離された気体を排出する流路に逆流防止手段が具備された、多数の吸着ベッドと;
前記吸着ベッドの生産端部流路を相互に連結し、浄化と富圧過程を遂行する微細管と;
前記吸着ベッドに混合気体を供給する流路と繋がり、真空圧と混合気体の圧力差を発生させる真空ポンプ手段と;
前記吸着ベッド、混合気体の供給流路および真空ポンプ手段とそれぞれ繋がる流路が形成された単一体の流路ベースと、前記流路ベース装着されて前記吸着ベッドに真空圧と混合気体の圧力を交互に加えるために、流路ベースに形成された、流路転換用のソレノイド駆動部で成り立つバルブ手段と;
前記吸着ベッドから分離して生産された気体に前記フィルターから供給された混合気体を調節供給し、流量および濃度が調節された気体を目的の空間に供給する、気体供給手段を有することを特徴とする気体濃縮装置。 - 前記流路ベースは流路が形成された単一体であり、前記ソレノイド駆動部が装着できる装着部と、前記吸着ベッドに繋がるベッド連結部と、混合気体の供給流路に繋がる流路連結部とが形成されたことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の気体濃縮装置。
- 前記ソレノイド駆動部は、駆動部全体を支持するフレームと、このフレームに内臓されて電流の供給を受けて機動力を提供するコイルと、このコイルの機動力による往復運動で、流路の開閉を行うプランジャーと、前記プランジャーを案内するガイドパイプと、前記ガイドパイプに延長形成されたポンプ手段連結部とを有することを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の気体濃縮装置。
- 前記流路ベースは、前記吸着ベッドにキャップ附着方式で挿入し締結されることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の気体濃縮装置。
- 前記吸着ベッドから分離した気体を排出するそれぞれの流路に形成される逆流防止手段は、チェックバルブまたは流量流れに抵抗を有する流量減少の微細管であることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の気体濃縮装置。
- 前記チェックバルブは、流路に形成される外部ガイドと、前記外部ガイドの内部空間に挿入されながら、流路がボディーに形成されたチェックプランジャーと、気体の流入部分を前記外部ガイドの入口部に密着させるために、前記チェックプランジャーに附着する密閉用ダンパーと、前記気体の排出部分が外部ガイドの出口部に位置して前記チェックプランジャー支持するスプリングとを有することを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の気体濃縮装置。
- 前記吸着ベッドから分離して排出される気体の逆流を防止するとともに、外部空気を遮断する密閉手段が流路に設置されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の気体濃縮装置。
- 前記真空ポンプ手段の吸入または排気の流路と外部空気とを遮断する密閉手段が設置されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の気体濃縮装置。
- 前記密閉手段がチェックバルブタイプであることを特徴とする、請求項7または請求項8に記載の気体濃縮装置。
- 前記気体供給手段は、吸着ベッドを通過して出る気体の流量を調節するために、その前端部の流路に設置された流量調節手段と、前記吸着ベッドを通過しない混合気体を供給する流路に設置された流量調節手段によって、流量および濃度の調節された気体を目的の空間に供給することを特徴とする、請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の気体濃縮装置。
