The present invention relates to beer factories, brewery factories, beverage factories such as juices and soft drinks, milk factories, frozen foods, retort foods, seasonings and mayonnaise (hereinafter collectively referred to as “beverage foods”). The present invention relates to a container used at the time of work in various food manufacturing factories and a cleaning of a container used at the time of transporting beverage food or the like in distribution.
Conventionally, as a cleaning agent for containers, for example, a plastic mainly composed of a surfactant, a chlorine-based or oxygen-based bleaching agent for removing dark stains firmly adhering to the surface of a plastic container by immersion or an automatic cleaning machine A cleaning composition for cleaning a container surface is disclosed in JP-A-2005-23120 (see Patent Document 1).
Examples of the detergent composition using an aliphatic carboxylic acid include a nonionic surfactant having 4 to 18 HLB, an aliphatic monocarboxylic acid salt having 4 to 11 carbon atoms and / or an aromatic monocarboxylic acid. A water-soluble liquid detergent composition for mineral oil stains on cold rolled steel sheets of ordinary steel, characterized by comprising a salt, an inorganic or organic alkali builder, and water is disclosed in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 5-22297 (Patent). Reference 2).
Furthermore, examples of the cleaning composition suitable for cleaning light metal hard surfaces such as aluminum include, for example, an alkali metal hydroxide compound as a main component, a calcium compound (preferably a water-soluble calcium compound), and a polycarboxylic acid or an alkali metal thereof. It contains two components of salt, and further contains a surfactant as required, and the total content of the two components is 0.01 to 30 parts by weight with respect to 100 parts by weight of the alkali metal hydroxide compound. Washing a light metal hard surface such as aluminum in which the content ratio of the two components is 1:10 to 5: 1 (parts by weight) of a calcium compound and a polycarboxylic acid or an alkali metal salt thereof. A highly alkaline detergent composition suitable for use in a metal, especially having high alkalinity and having no anti-corrosion effect on light metal hard surfaces even though it does not contain silicate. That the detergent composition is disclosed in JP-A-2004-51761 (see Patent Document 3).
However, since the detergent composition for cleaning the plastic container surface of Patent Document 1 contains a chlorine-based or oxygen-based bleach, there is a problem of causing corrosion or discoloration to a metal such as aluminum. have. Moreover, the water-soluble liquid detergent composition of the above-mentioned patent document 2 is for mineral oil stains on a cold rolled steel sheet of ordinary steel, and is different from the technical problem and technical idea of the present invention. . And in the detergent composition having the anticorrosive effect of Patent Document 3, the anticorrosive effect of the light metal hard surface is expressed by containing the calcium compound and the polycarboxylic acid or the alkali metal salt thereof in a specific ratio. Since it contains a calcium compound, there has been a slight problem in suppressing scale adhesion in use under hard water.
To solve these problems, beer factories, brewery factories, beverage factories such as juices and soft drinks, milk factories, frozen foods, retort foods, seasonings and mayonnaise (beverage foods, etc.) used in various food manufacturing factories There is a need for a container cleaning composition, a container cleaning composition used for transporting beverage foods and the like in distribution, and a cleaning method using the same.
For this reason, the deposition and adhesion of scales in the cleaning process and the rinsing process are prevented, and the cleaning composition for containers and the cleaning method using the same have excellent cleaning power and storage stability and have an effect of inhibiting corrosion of aluminum. For the purpose of provision.
