Abstract

Claims (10)
- ダブテールスロット(24)の、軸方向離間された複数の環状列(12、14、16、18、20、22)を備え、前記複数の列の少なくとも第1および第2列は、一部を耐摩耗性コーティング施工されたダブテールスロットを有する圧縮機前部スタブシャフト(10)。
- 前記スタブシャフト(10)はNiCrMoVにより構成される請求項1記載の圧縮機前部スタブシャフト。
- 前記耐摩耗性コーティングは熱可塑性アルミニウム粉コーティングを含む請求項1又は2記載の圧縮機前部スタブシャフト。
- 各ダブテールスロット(24)は、平坦な底面(40)により結合された、一対の内向き凸状部(36)と一対の外向き溝(38)とを含む請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の圧縮機前部スタブシャフト。
- 各ダブテールスロット(24)は、前記凸状部(36)の対と前記溝(38)の対の間の実質的に平坦な推移面(42)をも含む請求項4記載の圧縮機前部スタブシャフト。
- 前記対摩耗性コーティングは前記実質的に平坦な推移面(42)にのみ塗布される請求項5記載の圧縮機前部スタブシャフト。
- 動翼(26)の環状列を少なくとも1つ支持する軸周辺に形成されたダブテールスロット(24)を複数有し、エーロフォイル部分(28)と前記ダブテールスロットに受けられる取付部分(32)とを備える動翼(26)を各ダブテールスロット(24)が支持するタービン圧縮機シャフトであって、
各ダブテールスロットは実質的に平坦な推移面(42)により結合された一対の内向き凸状部(36)と一対の外向き溝(38)とを含み、且つ熱可塑性アルミニウム粉コーティングが前記推移面に塗布されたタービン圧縮機シャフト。 - 前記タービン圧縮機シャフトはNiCrMoV合金により構成され、且つ前記動翼はC450スチール合金により構成される請求項7記載のタービン圧縮機シャフト。
- 前記熱可塑性アルミニウム粉コーティングは、前記実質的に平坦な推移面(42)にのみ塗布される請求項7又は8に記載のタービン圧縮機シャフト。
- 前記タービン圧縮機シャフトは、動翼の環状列を少なくとも3つ有する圧縮機前部スタブシャフト(10)を含み、動翼の前記少なくとも3つの環状列の少なくとも第1および第2列が前記ダブテールスロット(24)に取り付けられ、前記耐摩耗性コーティングが前記推移面(42)に塗布される請求項7乃至9のいずれか1項に記載のタービン圧縮機シャフト。
