Abstract
【解決手段】 本発明の表面処理金属は,最表面層として,主骨格の主要結合がシロキサン結合であり,かつ,炭素数1以上12以下のアルキル基,アリール基,カルボキシル基,アミノ基または水酸基から選択される少なくとも1種の有機基を含む,無機−有機複合体皮膜を有することを特徴とする。

(2) 前記皮膜に含まれる有機基は,フェニル基であることを特徴とする,(1)に記載の表面処理金属。
(3) 前記無機−有機複合体の主骨格または側鎖のいずれか一方または双方の結合中に,エーテル結合またはアミノ結合のいずれか一方または双方を含むことを特徴とする,(1)記載の表面処理金属。
(4) 基材となる基材金属が,金属板であることを特徴とする,(1),(2)または(3)に記載の表面処理金属。
(5) 前記金属板は,鋼板,ステンレス鋼板,チタン板,アルミニウム板,アルミニウム合金板および前記各金属板にめっき処理しためっき金属板からなる群より選択される1種であることを特徴とする,(4)に記載の表面処理金属。
(6) 前記金属板は,有機塗膜を有する塗装金属板であることを特徴とする,(4)または(5)記載の表面処理金属。
(7) テトラアルコキシシランと,炭素数1〜12のアルキル基を有するアルコキシシランおよびその加水分解物と,アリール基を有するアルコキシシランおよびその加水分解物とからなる群より選択される1種以上と,を少なくとも含むことを特徴とする,表面処理液。
(8) エポキシ基を有するアルコキシシランおよびその加水分解物と,アミノ基を有するアルコキシシランおよびその加水分解物とからなる群より選択される1種以上をさらに含むことを特徴とする,(7)記載の表面処理液。
(9) (7)または(8)に記載の表面処理液を,金属表面に塗布後,硬化させることを特徴とする,表面処理金属の製造方法。
Claims (9)
- 最表面層として,主骨格の主要結合がシロキサン結合であり,かつ,炭素数1以上12以下のアルキル基,アリール基,カルボキシル基,アミノ基および水酸基からなる群より選択される少なくとも1種の有機基を含む,無機−有機複合体皮膜を有することを特徴とする,表面処理金属。
- 前記皮膜に含まれる有機基は,フェニル基であることを特徴とする,請求項1に記載の表面処理金属。
- 前記無機−有機複合体の主骨格または側鎖のいずれか一方または双方の結合中に,エーテル結合またはアミノ結合のいずれか一方または双方を含むことを特徴とする,請求項1または2に記載の表面処理金属。
- 基材となる基材金属が,金属板であることを特徴とする,請求項1,2または3のいずれかに記載の表面処理金属。
- 前記金属板は,鋼板,ステンレス鋼板,チタン板,アルミニウム板,アルミニウム合金板および前記各金属板にめっき処理しためっき金属板からなる群より選択される1種であることを特徴とする,請求項4に記載の表面処理金属。
- 前記金属板は,有機塗膜を有する塗装金属板であることを特徴とする,請求項4または5に記載の表面処理金属。
- テトラアルコキシシランと;
炭素数1〜12のアルキル基を有するアルコキシシランおよびその加水分解物と,アリール基を有するアルコキシシランおよびその加水分解物とからなる群より選択される1種以上と;
を少なくとも含むことを特徴とする,表面処理液。 - エポキシ基を有するアルコキシシランおよびその加水分解物と,アミノ基を有するアルコキシシランおよびその加水分解物とからなる群より選択される1種以上をさらに含むことを特徴とする,請求項7に記載の表面処理液。
- 請求項7または8に記載の表面処理液を,金属表面に塗布後,硬化させることを特徴とする,表面処理金属の製造方法。
