Abstract
本発明の目的は、特に処理水中に残存するバクテリア等の微生物の残存数を低減可能な、ろ過浄化装置を提供することにある。
【解決手段】
前記課題を解決するために、原水中のバクテリアを前処理工程にて紫外線や薬剤等で効率よく滅菌し、処理水中のバクテリアの残存数を大幅に低減しかつ、バクテリアの栄養物となるプランクトンや有機物を凝集ろ過処理で処理水中の残存を低減することで、バクテリア増殖による処理水の経時劣化の問題を解決できる。

例えば船内生活排水タンク等の原水貯槽1内に数ミリメートルの大きなゴミを取り除いた、例えば寄港先で船内に取り込んだ生活排水等の被処理水である原水2を貯留し、ポンプ3でこの原水2を、配管4に所定の量を送水する。シーディング剤調整装置5から四酸酸化鉄等の磁性粉とpH調整剤、ポリ塩化アルミニウムや塩化鉄や硫酸第二鉄等の水溶液等のアルミニュウムイオンや鉄イオンを提供する凝集剤や高分子補強剤等を、導管6を通じて配管4内に加え、撹絆槽7において、モータ8で回転駆動される攪拌翼9により高速度で撹絆し、数百ミクロンメートルの磁性マイクロフロックを生成する。
運転制御装置48では、原水の液面、濁度、温度pH値等をセンサー49で計測し、その情報を運転制御装置48に信号線50で送信する。その情報を基に、良好な磁性フロックを生成するに最適な、薬剤(pH調整剤、磁性粉、凝集剤)の添加量、を、前もって入力した最適量算出プログラムで計算し、その制御情報を薬剤槽5に信号線51を経由して送信し、最適量を添加する。
