Abstract
【解決手段】 センチネルリンパ節検出装置1は、蛍光を発する蛍光色素が注入された腫瘍近傍におけるセンチネルリンパ節21を含む生体観察部20に励起光10と照明光11を照射する光源ユニット2と、蛍光像11と通常像13を透過する光学フィルタ3と、励起光源ユニット2と一体に設けられ、光学フィルタ3を透過した蛍光像11と通常像13を撮像する撮像装置5と、撮像された観察画像を表示する画像表示装置7と、を備えている。照明光11の波長は、蛍光色素から発せられる蛍光の波長近傍の値に設定される。

Claims (5)
- 所定波長の蛍光を発する蛍光色素が予め注入された腫瘍近傍におけるリンパ節を含む生体観察部に励起光を照射する励起光源と、
前記励起光の照射によって前記生体観察部から発せられる蛍光の波長を含む透過波長帯域で光を透過する光学フィルタと、
前記透過波長帯域に含まれるように設定された波長の照明光を前記生体観察部に照射する照明光源と、
前記生体観察部から発せられる前記蛍光からなり、前記光学フィルタを透過した蛍光像、及び前記照明光の前記生体観察部による反射光からなり、前記光学フィルタを透過した通常像を撮像し、それぞれに対応する蛍光観察画像及び通常観察画像を出力する撮像手段と、
前記撮像手段から出力された前記蛍光観察画像及び前記通常観察画像をリンパ節を検出するための画像として表示する画像表示手段と、
を備えたことを特徴とするリンパ節検出装置。 - 前記照明光源は、前記生体観察部に前記蛍光の波長近傍に設定された波長の前記照明光を照射することを特徴とする請求項1記載のリンパ節検出装置。
- 前記励起光源及び前記照明光源を一体に支持する支持部材をさらに備え、
前記支持部材は、前記撮像手段と一体に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載のリンパ節検出装置。 - 前記励起光源及び前記照明光源は、前記支持部材の同一面上に、所定の配置関係で設置されていることを特徴とする請求項3記載のリンパ節検出装置。
- 前記画像表示手段は、観察者の頭部に装着可能なことを特徴とする請求項1〜4いずれか1項記載のリンパ節検出装置。
