Claims (3)
- 熱的に非伸張性である、熱可塑性材料製の、2つの管状要素(1、2)を溶融接着するための組立体において、
前記組立体は、その端部の一方の端部の内壁上において接着区域(4)を有する、熱的に非伸張性である、熱可塑性材料製の、第1の管状要素(1)と、その端部の一方の端部の外壁上において接着区域(6)を有する、熱的に非伸張性である、熱可塑性材料製の、第2の管状要素(2)とを備え、2つの前記端部が重なる時に、前記内壁と前記外壁の間の環状空間部を形成するように、前記第1の管状要素の前記端部の前記内壁の直径は、前記第2の管状要素の前記端部の前記外壁の直径よりも大きく、前記組立体は、前記環状空間部内で収納されるのに適した熱可塑性材料製スリーブ(3)をさらに有し、前記スリーブ(3)は、誘導加熱させうる導通要素(5)を有する、ことを特徴とする組立体。 - 前記第1の管状要素はカプラーであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の組立体。
- 前記環状空間部内で前記スリーブを配置することができるように、前記第1の管状要素の前記内壁の直径を調節するステップと、
前記スリーブを、前記第2の管状要素の前記端部の周りに配置するステップと、
前記第2の管状要素の前記端部及び前記スリーブを前記第1の管状要素の前記端部内に導入するステップと、
前記接着区域を、誘導加熱によって加熱して溶融するステップとを備えていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の組立体を用いて、2つの管状要素を共に溶融接着する方法。
