Abstract
Description
ハイブリッド駆動装置を備えた自動車と称されるのは、通常の内燃機関の他に、次のような所属の電気機器を1つ備えているか、または場合によっては複数備えている自動車である。すなわち、自動車の駆動系にあるドライブシャフトに連結可能であるかまたは固定的に連結されており、ジェネレータ運転時にも機関運転時にも動作できる電気機器を備えている自動車である。このような自動車は、ジェネレータ運転時には内燃機関によって駆動され、自動車の負荷に給電するための電流を生成し、かつ機関運転時には車両バッテリーから電流が供給され、自動車のための駆動エネルギーまたは内燃機関のための始動エネルギーに変換される。蓄電池である車両バッテリーの他に、運動エネルギーのためのフライホイールまたは別の蓄積器を設けることもできる。このフライホイールまたは別の蓄積器によってたとえば、制動時に解放される運動エネルギーを蓄積し、電気機器を介して自動車の負荷へ出力するか、または後で再び自動車の駆動系に出力することができる。
それに対して、請求項1に記載された特徴を有する本発明の自動車、および請求項9に記載された特徴を有する本発明の方法は、車載電源網の要求に相応して内燃機関を制御または調整することにより、アイドリング時に回転数制御を考慮することなく該車載電源網の電力要求を即座に、かつ実質的に完全に満たせるという利点を有する。アイドリング時に内燃機関の回転数制御回路の代わりに、回転数制御による少なくとも1つの電気機器を使用することによって、制御品質をさらに向上させ、アイドリング制御回路を適用する手間を格段に低減させることができる。さらに、機関側のアイドリング制御回路を停止することによって、負荷および排ガスを格段に低減することができる。

図1に示された自動車のハイブリッド駆動装置は、公知のように内燃機関10を有する。この内燃機関10のクランクシャフト12は、2つの歯車14,16およびクラッチ18を介して該自動車の電気機器22のドライブシャフト20に連結可能になっている。

- アイドリング時に該車載電源網(34)の所要電力を検出するための前記装置(24,38,40,44)は、該自動車(26)のバッテリー(26)の端子電圧を測定し、および/または該バッテリー(26)の充電状態を検出するための装置(44)を有している、請求項2記載の自動車。
- アイドリング時に該車載電源網(34)の所要電力を検出するための前記装置(24,38,40,44)は、スイッチオンされている負荷(28,30,32)を検出し、スイッチオンされている負荷(28,30,32)の公称電力を加算するための装置(38,40)を有している、請求項2または3記載の自動車。
- アイドリング時に該車載電源網(34)の所要電力を該内燃機関(10)の所望トルクまたは目標トルク(MW,MW1)に換算するためのパイロット制御部(52)が設けられている、請求項2から4までのいずれか1項記載の自動車。
- 該電気機器(22)の出力電力を測定するための装置(46)が設けられている、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の自動車。
- 該車載電源網(34)の所要電力から計算された該電気機器(22)の出力電力と、該電気機器(22)の測定された出力電力とを比較するための装置(38)が設けられている、請求項6記載の自動車。
- 場合によって該内燃機関(10)の所望トルクまたは目標トルク(MW,MW2)を前記比較装置(38)の出力量に相応して適合するための低速の制御回路(54)が設けられている、請求項7記載の自動車。
- 自動車のハイブリッド駆動装置をアイドリング制御する方法であって、
該ハイブリッド駆動装置は、内燃機関と、アイドリング時に該内燃機関のドライブシャフトに連結される電気機器とを有し、
回転数制御される前記電気機器によってアイドリング時に該内燃機関の所定のアイドリング回転数を調整または維持する形式の方法において、
アイドリング時に該内燃機関(10)を、該自動車の車載電源網(34)の所要電力に依存して制御または調整することを特徴とする方法。 - 該内燃機関(10)の出力電力を、該自動車の車載電源網(34)のその都度の所要電力に適合する、請求項9記載の方法。
- 該車載電源網(34)の出力電力に依存して、該内燃機関(10)の目標トルク(MW,MW1)を検出して、該内燃機関(10)の噴射量および/または空気量および/または点火角を、検出された前記目標トルク(MW,MW1)に適合する、請求項9または10記載の方法。
- 該車載電源網(34)の電力要求を満たすために必要な電気機器(22)の出力電力を計算して、該内燃機関(10)の目標トルク(MW,MW1)を求める、請求項9から11までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 計算された前記出力電力を、パイロット制御部(52)を介して所望トルクまたは目標トルク(MW,MW1)に換算する、請求項12記載の方法。
- 前記パイロット制御部(52)は基本的に、適用すべき特性マップから成り、
前記特性マップは別の入力量(E)として、該内燃機関(10)の機関温度および/または回転数を考慮する、請求項13記載の方法。 - 該電気機器(22)の出力電力を測定し、計算された前記出力電力と比較する、請求項11から14までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 該電気機器(22)の測定された出力電力と該電気機器(22)の計算された出力電力とがずれている場合、目標トルク(MW,MW2)を低速で増加ないしは減少させる、請求項15記載の方法。
- 該車載電源網(34)の所要電力を求めるため、該自動車のバッテリー(26)の端子電圧および/または充電状態を測定し、場合によっては、該バッテリー(26)を充電するのに適した電流強度も考慮する、請求項9から16までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 該車載電源網(34)の所要電力を求めるため、該車載電源網(34)の負荷(28,30,32)のスイッチオン状態を問い合わせ、スイッチオンされている負荷(28,30,32)の公称電力を加算する、請求項9から17までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
