Abstract

<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a table for a wheelchair which is simple and which is not bulky by dispensing with providing a rigid support means vertical to a placing part (table) in the kinds of forms of supporting one side and without installing a holding means for holding the support means of the table to the wheel chair. <P>SOLUTION: The sheet-like placing part and a handle grasping means which is fixed to one end of the placing part to grasp the armrest part of the wheelchair are provided. Description

  The present invention relates to a wheelchair table that grips the elbow hook of a wheelchair and is supported by a side guard plate.

  In a conventional wheelchair table, one that supports one side and holds the table (mounting portion) on the wheelchair is provided with a strong support means perpendicular to the placement portion, and another part that holds the support means is mounted on the wheelchair. It is inconvenient to carry a strong support means vertically on the mounting portion because it increases the overall volume of the wheelchair table and increases the weight. The present invention includes a plate-like mounting portion, a handle gripping means that is fixed to one end of the mounting portion and grips the elbow portion of the wheelchair, and a lower support portion that includes a plate gripping means that is supported by a side guard plate of the wheelchair. Claims (3)
