Abstract
【解決手段】超音波振動子32のホーン32b、圧電素子32dおよび裏打板32fを側平面32gを有する略半円柱形状に形成し、この超音波振動子32の横側にできたスペースに把持部34を開閉動作するためのリンク機構部34cを設けて、先端処置部32aと把持部34の把持部材との間で被検体内の被処置部の把持を可能にする。

Description
図1は、内視鏡装置1に用いた本発明にかかる超音波処置具の構成の一例を示す構成図である。図において、内視鏡装置1は、図示しない光源装置や表示装置と接続されるビデオスコープ2と、超音波処置具3と、超音波処置具3に電流を供給する駆動装置4とから構成されている。なお、超音波処置具3と駆動装置4とは、信号線41によって接続されている。
図10は、本発明にかかる超音波処置具の先端部分の実施の形態2の構成を示す斜視図であり、図11は、図10に示した超音波処置具の先端部分が閉じた状態で、振動子カバーと外套管のみを断面にした超音波処置具の先端部分の側面断面図であり、図12は、図11のC−C断面図であり、図13は、図10に示した超音波処置具の先端部分が開いた状態で、振動子カバーと外套管のみを断面にした超音波処置具の先端部分の側面断面図である。図10の斜視図において、超音波振動子32は、実施の形態1と同様に、先端処置部32aと、ホーン32bと、フランジ32cと、圧電素子32dと、電極32eと、裏打板32fとを備えている。
図16は、本発明にかかる超音波処置具の先端部分の実施の形態3の構成で、外套管の一部を削除した場合の構成を示す側面図であり、図17は、図16に示したE1〜E2線に沿ったE1−E2断面図であり、図18は、同じく、F方向からのF矢視図であり、図19は、同じく、A1−A2断面図であり、図20は、同じく、B1−B2断面図であり、図21は、同じく、C1−C2断面図であり、図22は、同じく、D1−D2断面図であり、図23は、同じく、G方向からのG矢視図である。これら図において、超音波振動子32は、実施の形態2の超音波振動子と同様に円柱形状からなり、先端処置部32aと、ホーン32bと、圧電素子32dと、電極32eと、裏打板32fとを備えるが、実施の形態2と異なる点は、先端処置部32aが可撓性シース36の中心位置に設けられる点と、フランジを備えない点である。

Claims (9)
- 先端に開口を有するシースと、
前記シース内部に設けられ、超音波振動を発生する超音波振動子と、
前記超音波振動子に接続され、前記超音波振動を伝達し、かつ先端に被検体の被処置部を処置する処置部が設けられた超音波伝導部材と、
前記処置部と係合し、前記処置部との間で前記被処置部を把持する把持部と、
前記把持部に接続されるとともに、前記シースの長手方向と直交する方向で、かつ前記超音波伝導部材の横側に設けられたリンク部材と、
前記リンク部材の基端部に接続され、前記把持部を開閉操作するための操作部と、
前記超音波振動子が挿入され、固定される硬性部材と、
を備えたことを特徴とする超音波処置具。 - 先端に開口を有するシースと、
前記シース内部に設けられ、超音波振動を発生する超音波振動子と、
前記超音波振動子に接続され、前記超音波振動を伝達し、かつ先端に被検体の被処置部を処置する処置部が設けられた超音波伝導部材と、
前記処置部と係合し、前記処置部との間で前記被処置部を把持する把持部と、
前記把持部に接続されるとともに、前記シースの長手方向で、かつ前記超音波伝導部材の前側に設けられたリンク部材と、
前記リンク部材の基端部に接続され、前記把持部を開閉操作するための操作部と、
前記超音波振動子が挿入され、固定される硬性部材と、
を備えたことを特徴とする超音波処置具。 - 前記超音波伝導部材は、軸方向に設けられた側平面を有し、
前記リンク部材は、前記側平面の横側に設けられることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の超音波処置具。 - 前記処置部は、シース内周の中心から偏心した位置に設けられることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の超音波処置具。
- 前記超音波処置具は、前記リンク部材を支持する一対の支持手段を、さらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の超音波処置具。
- 前記支持手段は、前記操作部が接続された前記リンク部材の基端部より上方に設けられることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の超音波処置具。
- 前記支持手段は、前記超音波振動子を前記シース内部に固定する固定部材からなることを特徴とする請求項5または6に記載の超音波処置具。
- 前記硬性部材は、
前記超音波振動子を覆う振動子カバーと、
前記振動子カバーを覆う外套管と、
を備えることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の超音波処置具。 - 前記操作部は、前記把持部を開閉操作するためのワイヤを有し、
前記振動子カバーは、
前記超音波振動子が配置される空間領域と連通する連通孔と、
前記振動子カバーの長手方向に形成されて、前記ワイヤが配設される断面コ字形状の溝と、
前記溝と連通する横穴と、
配線用の連結孔と、
を備えることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の超音波処置具。
