Description

The present invention relates to a needle disposal aid that can puncture a used needle into a part (elastic body) of a used disposal member and can be disposed of safely and reliably.
For example, an empty container containing a physiological saline solution used for priming for artificial dialysis is attached to the auxiliary tool for needle disposal, and the metal needle used for the artificial dialysis treatment is safely and securely attached to the mouth (elastic body) of the empty container. The present invention relates to a needle disposal aid that can contribute to prevention of a needlestick accident by puncturing the needle.

At present, metal needles (AVF needles) are used in treatments such as artificial dialysis, but medical accidents due to needle punctures and the like have been frequently feared. Accidents are also likely to occur when discarding the needle and returning it to the cap removed during use.

Then, inventions such as those described in Patent Document 1 and Patent Document 2 are disclosed as methods for easily preventing a needlestick accident by anyone.

For example, Patent Literature 1 describes a needlestick accident prevention tool that can be carried or installed by incorporating a plurality of elastic bodies into a container made of a hard material (metal, hard plastic) that does not penetrate the needle. However, since many elastic bodies are used, wastes other than the original waste (for example, needles) increase and the amount of dust increases. In addition, the regulations on the adhesive strength and amount of adhesive used for assembling the container are ambiguous, and it is questionable in practical use.

Patent Document 2 also contains a medical sharps holding and disposal device composed of a block placed on a fixture, and a used knife (surgical knife) and a block for piercing an injection needle in a container with a lid. An invention of a waste disposal apparatus is described.
However, the block-only one (the former) does not have a frame, so if you accidentally pierce the end of the block with a needle or the like, there is a high possibility that it will fall off easily, which may cause an accident (see Fig. 2). Fig. 4). On the other hand, the one with the lid (the latter) solves the above problem, but the structure of the apparatus is complicated, the manufacturing is complicated, and the cost is high (FIGS. 7 to 12).
Since there is no description of the disposal method, details are unknown, but for example, if only the block is discarded, there is a concern of bacterial infection because the block is exposed. On the other hand, it is safe without being touched directly, but because the structure of the device is large, it is wasteful and leads to an increase in garbage.
Utility Model Registration No. 3067968 Japanese National Patent Publication No. 4-501522

The problem to be solved is that there is no needle disposal aid created with a simple structure that is safe when a needle is punctured and does not increase the amount of waste.

Therefore, as a result of intensive studies to solve the above problems, the present inventor has reached the following invention.
[1] The present invention provides a needle having a groove (2) for mounting the main body (7) of the discard member (5) and a notch groove (3) for mounting the puncture member (6) of the discard member (5). Disposal aid (1) is provided.
[2] The present invention is formed through the groove (2) for mounting the main body (7) of the discard member (5) from the front to the rear, and from the top to the groove (2), A needle disposal aid (1) according to [1], in which a notch groove (3) in which the puncture member (6) of (5) is mounted is provided.
[3] The present invention provides the needle disposal aid (1) according to [1] or [2], wherein a slope (4) is formed in front.

The assisting instrument 1 for discarding needles according to the present invention (1) can safely and reliably dispose of used needles that are prone to erroneous puncture accidents without encountering a puncture accident.
(2) When the used needle is discarded, it can be used repeatedly.
(3) In addition, the conventional saline solution container that has only been discarded can be reused together with the needle disposal aid 1 of the present invention. Since there is nothing else, it leads to cost reduction and garbage reduction.

FIG. 1 is a schematic view of a needle disposal aid 1 (hereinafter referred to as aid 1) according to the present invention, FIG. 2 is a perspective view of the aid 1, FIG. 3A is a front view of the aid 1, and FIG. Is a plan view, (C) is a rear view, and (D) is a right side view. FIG. 4 is an example of a usage pattern of the used disposal member 5 (medical container), and FIG. 5 is an example of a usage state of the auxiliary tool 1 of the present invention.

[Basic structure of auxiliary tool 1]
As shown in FIGS. 1, 2, 4, and 5, the auxiliary tool of the present invention forms a groove 2 for mounting the main body 7 of the discard member 5 and a notch groove 3 for mounting the puncture member 6 of the discard member 5. ing.
The auxiliary tool 1 is formed through the groove 2 for mounting the main body 7 of the disposal member 5 from the front to the rear, and the puncture target of the disposal member 5 extends from the upper part to the groove 2 (also referred to as a lateral groove 2). A notch groove 3 (also referred to as a longitudinal groove 3) for mounting the member 6 is formed.
Furthermore, the slope 4 is formed ahead.
[Details of assistive device 1]
Considering the stability when the auxiliary table 1 is placed on the table, the ease with which the used needle 9 can be punctured into the puncture member 6 (mouth 6) of the disposal member 5 (medical container 5), As illustrated in FIGS. 1, 2, 4, and 5, it is formed in a substantially cube or a substantially rectangular parallelepiped. Moreover, in order to make it easy to attach and fix the main body 7 (the bag portion 7 of the medical container 5) of the disposal member 5 (medical container 5), a substantially cylindrical groove 2 is formed to penetrate from the front to the rear. Yes.
In order to make it easy to insert the main body 7 (bag part 7 of the medical container 5) of the used disposal member 5 (medical container 5) into the groove 2, the corner on one side of the upper part on the side to be inserted is cut off obliquely. 4 is formed.
The shape of the substantially cube or the substantially rectangular parallelepiped of the auxiliary tool 1 is an example, and any shape may be used as long as the same action can be maintained.
Further, the groove 2 is rounded and has a substantially cylindrical shape so that the body 7 (the bag portion 7 of the medical container 5) of the disposal member 5 (medical container 5) illustrated in FIG. However, the present invention is not limited to this. For example, a substantially prismatic shape may be used.

From the top so that the member to be punctured 6 (having an elastic body that can be punctured with a needle such as a mouth portion 6 and a rubber stopper) of the discard member 5 (medical container 5) can be fixed by being sandwiched between just the center of the auxiliary tool 1. A notch groove 3 is formed across the groove 2.
The width of the cutout groove 3 is preferably large enough to allow the member to be punctured 6 (mouth portion 6) to be easily mounted and stably fixed.
If the width of the notch groove 3 is too large, the puncture member 6 (mouth portion 6) cannot be fixed, so that the needle 9 to be discarded becomes difficult to stab. Conversely, if the width is too small, the auxiliary tool 1 to the body 7 (medical container 5) When the bag portion 7) is attached or removed, it cannot be smoothly carried out and the usability is deteriorated.
If the position of the member to be punctured 6 (mouth portion 6) is positioned just around the center of the assisting tool 1, the needle 9 to be discarded on the member to be punctured 6 (mouth portion 6) even if the force is not adjusted. Can be reliably inserted into the auxiliary tool 1 from any direction regardless of the front, back and side surfaces of the auxiliary tool 1, so that the operability is improved.

The constituent material of the auxiliary tool 1 is preferably a hard synthetic resin in terms of cost and ease of molding, but it is a strong material and is stable on the attached puncture member 6 (mouth portion 6). Anything can be used as long as the needle 9 to be discarded can be stabbed in the state.

[Example of usage method of the present invention, in the case of the physiological saline-containing container 5 and the needle 9 used for dialysis treatment]
(1) Round the bag 7 portion of the used physiological saline container 5 from below, and fix both ends with tape or the like so as not to loosen (state of FIG. 3).
(2) The container 5 of (1) is inserted into the groove 2 of the assisting tool 1 of the present invention so that the mouth portion 6 is in an upward state.
(3) The used needle 9 to be discarded is firmly stabbed into the mouth portion 6 (elastic body) of the container 5 so that it cannot be easily removed, and then the container 5 is removed from the auxiliary tool 1 together with the container 5. It is discarded together (Fig. 4). Since both the used container 5 and the needle 9 can be treated simultaneously as medical waste, it is safe and reasonable.

Since the auxiliary tool 1 of the present invention has a relatively simple shape, there are few difficulties in designing, molding and manufacturing, and it can be easily manufactured without high cost. In addition, by reusing an empty container of used physiological saline solution that has only been discarded, costs can be reduced and waste can be reduced.
