Abstract
【解決手段】 正極板11,負極板12,及び正極板11と負極板12との間に介在されるセパレータ13を含む電極組立体10と,電極組立体10を収容するケース20と,ケース20に結合されてケース20を密閉するキャップ組立体30と,正極板11または負極板12のいずれかと電気的に連結される少なくとも1つの集電部材40,50と,ケース20と集電部材40,50との間に配されてケース20と集電部材40,50を絶縁させる絶縁部材60と,を含んで構成した。このとき,絶縁部材60は,電極組立体10の集電部材40,50が配された端部のうち少なくとも一端において,電極組立体10の端部,または電極組立体10の端部及び集電部材40,50を囲んで電極組立体10の外周に付着されるように構成することができる。

Claims (15)
- 正極板,負極板,及び前記正極板と負極板との間に介在されるセパレータを含む電極組立体と,
前記電極組立体を収容するケースと,
前記ケースに結合されて前記ケースを密閉するキャップ組立体と,
前記正極板または前記負極板のいずれかと電気的に連結される少なくとも1つの集電部材と,
前記ケースと前記集電部材との間に配されて前記ケースと前記集電部材を絶縁させる絶縁部材と,
を含んで構成されることを特徴とする二次電池。 - 前記絶縁部材は,前記電極組立体の前記集電部材が配された端部のうち少なくとも一端において,前記電極組立体の端部を囲んで前記電極組立体の外周に付着されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記絶縁部材は,前記電極組立体の前記集電部材が配された端部のうち少なくとも一端において,前記電極組立体の端部及び前記集電部材を囲んで前記電極組立体の外周に付着されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記絶縁部材は,前記電極組立体の前記集電部材が配された端部のうち少なくとも一端において,前記集電部材の少なくとも一部を被覆して前記電極組立体の外周に付着されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記集電部材が板状に形成されることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の二次電池。
- 前記集電部材は,前記正極板または前記負極板の少なくともいずれかに設けられる活物質が塗布されない無地部に接触することを特徴とする請求項5に記載の二次電池。
- 前記集電部材が環状に形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記集電部材は,前記正極板または前記負極板の少なくともいずれかに設けられる複数のタブと電気的に連結されることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の二次電池。
- 前記絶縁部材は,前記電極組立体の前記集電部材が配された端部のうち少なくとも一端において,前記集電部材の少なくとも一部を被覆して前記電極組立体の外周に付着されることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の二次電池。
- 前記集電部材が前記正極板と連結される正極板用集電部材であることを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれかに記載の二次電池。
- 前記二次電池が円筒形であることを特徴とする請求項1〜10のいずれかに記載の二次電池。
- 前記二次電池がモータ駆動用であることを特徴とする請求項1〜11のいずれかに記載の二次電池。
- 前記集電部材は,前記無地部にレーザ溶接で付着されることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の二次電池。
- 前記レーザ溶接は,上記正極,負極,及びセパレータが渦巻き状に巻かれて形成される前記電極組立体の中心から放射状に設けられる複数の溶接ラインに沿って行われ,
前記溶接ラインは,前記電極組立体の外周と中心を結ぶ仮想の直線上に形成される複数のメインラインと,隣接する前記複数のメインライン間に位置して前記電極組立体の外周と中心を結ぶ仮想の直線上に前記電極組立体の外周から所定の長さだけ形成されるサブラインとを含み,
前記サブラインは,前記電極組立体の外周から,当該サブラインの前記電極組立の中心側の一端と隣接する前記メインラインとの前記電極組立体の電極に沿った長さが,隣接する前記メインライン間の前記電極組立体の最も内側の電極線に沿った長さと等しくなる位置まで,延長されて形成されることを特徴とする請求項13に記載の二次電池。 - 前記絶縁部材がテープまたはフィルム状に形成されることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の二次電池。
