Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 6-45293 (paragraph number [0016], FIGS. 2 and 3)

By the way, the setting of the turn-off time in a conventional photoelectric flasher is generally performed by pressing a timer set button or turning a dial. In particular, in a configuration using a dial, this setting is almost always performed in units of one hour, but it is difficult to accurately adjust the dial scale in units of one hour.

The present invention has been made in view of the above reasons, and an object of the present invention is to provide a photoelectric automatic flasher that can be easily adjusted to a desired turn-off time by rotating a dial.

The invention of claim 1 comprises a timer function for stopping energization to the lighting load when a preset extinguishing time elapses in a photoelectric automatic flasher that conducts and stops energization of the lighting load by ambient illuminance, A dial that can be rotated by arranging a plurality of integer numbers indicating the time from when the lighting load is turned on to when it is turned off along the outer periphery, and setting means for setting the turn-off time according to the rotation position of the dial If the dial rotation position is within a predetermined rotation angle range centered on each integer number of the dial, the setting means sets the turn-off time represented by each integer number. By turning the dial, it is possible to easily match the desired turn-off time, particularly the turn-off time represented by an integer number of the dial.

According to a second aspect of the present invention, in the first aspect of the present invention, illuminance level switching means for conducting and stopping energization of the illumination load is provided, and the lighting time can be adjusted to be the same even in various installation environments.

The invention of claim 3 is characterized in that, in claim 1 or 2, the clock means is provided, and it is provided with a scheduled turn-off function for stopping energization to the lighting load at a fixed time, and can be turned off at the same time every day.

According to a fourth aspect of the present invention, in any one of the first to third aspects, the setting means includes a variable resistor that varies a resistance value in accordance with a rotation position of the dial, and the resistance value of the variable resistor depends on the resistance value. When the resistance value of the variable resistor is minimum or maximum, the timer function set by the setting means is stopped, and a variable resistor with a switch is not used. It can be simplified and streamlined.

As described above, the present invention has an effect that it can be easily adjusted to a desired turn-off time by rotating the dial.

(Embodiment 1)
The configuration of the photoelectric flasher of this embodiment will be described below with reference to FIGS. First, the body 20 is formed of a molded product such as a box-shaped synthetic resin having an open back surface, and the back surface opening is covered with a back cover 30, and the body 20 and the back cover 30 are attached with mounting screws 70 c.

Inside the body 20, a printed circuit board 21, a dial 22 exposed in a semicircular opening 20 a provided on the front surface of the body 20, and a dial 22 are disposed in an inner recess, and ambient light is placed on the printed circuit board 21. A lighting window 23 to be introduced, a volume 24 whose resistance value changes as the dial 22 rotates, a terminal block 25 to which wiring from an external power source is connected, and a rectangular opening 20b provided on the lower surface of the body 20 Three outlets 26 into which plugs that are each exposed and connected to an external lighting load are inserted, and an EE switch that energizes the lighting load from an external power source via the terminal block 25 and the outlet 26 when a contact provided inside is turned on The output terminal block 27, the three changeover switches 28 that are exposed to the opening 20b and switch the output operation of each outlet 26, and the exposure switches 20 that are exposed to the opening 20b. Three display lights 29 for respectively lit when energized St 26 is housed.

The printed circuit board 21 counts the photoelectric conversion element that constitutes the illuminance detection unit that detects the ambient illuminance from the ambient light introduced through the daylighting window 23, and outputs a timer signal when the current time is counted and the preset turn-off time is reached. To the lighting load by outputting a control signal to the EE switch output terminal block 27 according to the timer unit to be output, the ambient illuminance detected by the illuminance detection unit, and the timer signal from the timer unit to turn the contact point on and off And a controller for conducting and stopping the energization, and is attached to the inside of the body 20 with a mounting screw 70a. The timer unit and the control unit are composed of a microcomputer.

The daylighting window 23 is inserted into a hole 30a provided on the front surface of the back cover 30 with two pillars 23a projecting on the lower surface, and is attached to the inside of the body 20 with a mounting screw 70b. The shaft 24a of the volume 24 is inserted into the hole 23b, and the end of the shaft 24a is attached to the center of the dial 22. Accordingly, when the dial 22 is rotated, the shaft 24 a is also rotated, and the resistance value of the volume 24 is changed. This resistance value is detected by the timer unit on the printed circuit board 21.

In addition, a rectangular opening 20c and a circular opening 20d are provided on the front surface of the body 20, the 7-segment display 40 is exposed to the rectangular opening 20c, and the illuminance adjustment volume 41 is exposed to the circular opening 20d. Yes. Furthermore, a ground screw 42 is attached to the approximate center of the lower front surface of the body 20.

When the photoelectric flasher configured as described above is attached to the wall surface W, the waterproof packing 50 provided with the opening 51 corresponding to the terminal block 25 is interposed between the wall surface W and the wall surface W. A screw insertion hole 20e provided at substantially the center of both ends in the longitudinal direction of the body 20 with respect to the insulating mounting frame 60 provided on the wall surface W by inserting the led power line through the opening window 61, and a waterproof packing The fixing screws 70d and 70d inserted through the screw insertion holes 52 provided in the screw 50 are fixed to the wall surface W by screwing into the screw holes 62 provided at substantially the center of both ends in the longitudinal direction of the insulating mounting frame 60. .

When the photoelectric automatic flashing device of the present embodiment configured as described above is used, the operation mode is first set by the changeover switch 28. The changeover switch 28 is constituted by a slide switch that can be switched between two stages “ON” and “OFF” corresponding to each outlet 26. First, when “On” is set, when the ambient illuminance detected by the photoelectric conversion element on the printed circuit board 21 is lowered to a level set by the illuminance adjustment volume 41, the control unit on the printed circuit board 21 performs EE. By outputting a control signal to the switch output terminal block 27 to turn on the contact, the lighting load is energized and lit by the external power source via the terminal block 25 and the corresponding outlet 26.

The time from turning on to turning off is set by the timer unit on the printed circuit board 21 and displayed on the display 40 according to the resistance value of the volume 24 that changes by turning the dial 22. The timer unit outputs a timer signal when the set turn-off time is reached, and the control unit on the printed circuit board 21 that has received the timer signal outputs a control signal to the EE switch output terminal block 27 to turn off the contact, thereby externally Stop energization from the power supply to the lighting load and turn it off.

Hereinafter, the setting of the turn-off time by the dial 22 will be described. The dial 22 is formed in a disk shape as shown in FIG. 5, and numbers “1 to 10” indicating the time from turning on to turning off (timer setting time) are arranged along the outer periphery. "" And "10" are arranged with the characters "cut". Each number of “1-10” represents the timer setting time in units of one hour. For example, when the dial 22 is set to “3”, it turns off after 3 hours (180 minutes). To do.

FIG. 6 shows the relationship between the scale of the dial 22, the rotation angle of the dial 22, and the timer setting time set by the timer unit (microcomputer) on the printed circuit board 21. The rotation angle of the dial 22 up to “2” is 104 °, and the rotation angle between the numbers “2” to “10” is set to 23 °. A line 22a is formed on the outer peripheral side of each numeral of the dial 22, and the rotation angle between both ends of the line 22a is set to 18 degrees. Conventionally, as indicated by the broken line, the timer setting time continuously increases in proportion to the rotation angle of the dial 22, but in the present embodiment, the dial 22 is scaled from “1” to “10”. The timer setting time increases stepwise as it is rotated in the direction (solid line), and in particular, a range of 14 ° from one end (“1” side) of the line 22a of the scale “2” and the scales “3” to “10”. In each range of 10 ° centered on each numeral, there is no change in the timer setting time, and the timer setting time is set to one hour unit corresponding to each numeral. For example, the range of 10 ° centered on the scale “5” is set to 300 minutes (5 hours). On the other hand, the rotation angle of the dial 22 is 6 to 7 outside the range of 14 ° from one end of the line 22a of the scale “2” and out of the range of 10 ° centered on the scales “3” to “10”. The timer setting time is set for each ° range. Each number on the solid line indicates the timer setting time (minutes) at each stage.

In this way, the timer setting time is set discretely with respect to the rotation angle of the dial 22, and the time corresponding to the integer is set within a certain angle range centered on the integer of each scale. It is easy to set the timer setting time to a desired time, and in particular, the angle range of the setting time corresponding to the integer of the scale is wide, and setting in units of one hour is easy.

The volume 24 has a switch element that outputs an off signal when the scale of the dial 22 is set to “off”. When the timer unit on the printed circuit board 21 receives the off signal, the volume is printed. A timer cut signal is output to the control unit on the substrate 21 to stop the timer function that turns off after the timer time set by the dial 22.

When the timer function is stopped, the control unit on the printed circuit board 21 performs the EE operation when the ambient illuminance detected by the photoelectric conversion element on the printed circuit board 21 exceeds the level set by the illuminance adjustment volume 41. By outputting a control signal to the switch output terminal block 27 to turn off the contact, energization from the external power supply is stopped and turned off. The illuminance level for switching on / off can be changed by the illuminance adjustment volume 41, and can be applied to various installation environments.

Next, when the changeover switch 28 is set to “OFF”, the corresponding outlet 26 is turned on by turning on / off the current from the external power source according to the ambient illuminance detected by the photoelectric conversion element on the printed circuit board 21. An operation to switch off is performed, and the light is turned on when the ambient illuminance falls below a level set by the illuminance adjustment volume 41, and is turned off when the ambient illuminance exceeds the set level.
(Embodiment 2)
If the clock means is provided on the printed circuit board 21 in the first embodiment, when the timer function that turns off after the timer time set by the dial 22 is stopped, as shown in FIGS. The control unit on the printed circuit board 21 outputs a control signal to the EE switch output terminal block 27 to turn off the contact at the turn-off time set by the setting buttons 42a, 42b, 42c provided near the display 40. It is possible to provide an on / off function that stops the energization from the external power source to the illumination load at an on-time and turns it off. The display 40 can display the turn-off time, the current time, etc. set as described above, and these display settings can be made by setting buttons 42a, 42b, and 42c.

When both the timer function and the scheduled turn-off function are stopped, the operation to turn on / off is performed by turning on and off the current from the external power source according to the ambient illuminance detected by the photoelectric conversion element on the printed circuit board 21; Lights up when the ambient illuminance falls below the level set by the illuminance adjustment volume 41, and turns off when the ambient illuminance exceeds the set level.
(Embodiment 3)
As shown in FIGS. 7 and 8, the photoelectric automatic flashing device of the present embodiment is obtained by deleting the display device 40 from the configuration of the first embodiment and omitting the display function. Other configurations and operations are as follows. It is the same as that of Embodiment 1, and description is abbreviate | omitted.
(Embodiment 4)
The volume 24 of the photoelectric flasher of this embodiment does not include a switch element that outputs an OFF signal when the scale of the dial 22 is set to “OFF” as in the first to third embodiments.
