Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a synthetic resin bottle-type container having a reduced-pressure absorbing wall suitable for filling high-temperature contents, and avoids a decrease in rigidity due to the thinning of the container and stabilizes the external shape of the container. It is something that we are trying to keep.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Plastic containers, such as PET bottles, are lightweight and easy to handle. In addition, they can ensure transparency, have an appearance comparable to glass containers, and are inexpensive. In recent years, it has been widely used as a container for filling foods, beverages, cosmetics, drugs, and the like.
[0003]
By the way, this kind of container is required to minimize the amount of resin used per container from the viewpoints of further cost reduction and environmental problems, and as a specific measure, it tends to be thinner. However, in particular, a container provided with a reduced-pressure absorbing wall has a problem that a deformation that cannot be restored is likely to occur at a boundary portion between the absorbing wall and the container body due to the reduced-pressure absorption.
[0004]
In this regard, in order to increase the rigidity of the reduced pressure absorbing wall, a container having a structure in which bulging portions are provided at the upper end and the lower end of the absorbing wall has been proposed (for example, see Patent Document 1).
[0005]
[Patent Document 1]
Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2000-109029
However, even in the container provided with the bulging portion as described above, the improvement of the rigidity at that portion cannot be said to be sufficient, and the solution has been desired.
[0007]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
An object of the present invention is to improve the ability to prevent permanent deformation due to the lack of reduced pressure absorption capacity that has conventionally occurred in a synthetic resin bottle-type container having a reduced pressure absorption wall, and even if deformation occurs. Even if there is, there is a proposal of a bottle type container which can be relatively easily restored to the original shape.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention is a synthetic resin bottle type container provided with a reduced pressure absorption wall in the container body,
Each of the upper end region and the lower end region of the decompression absorption wall is defined by a contour line composed of a combination of a straight line and a curve or a contour line composed of only a curve, and is directed toward a central portion thereof in the plane of the decompression absorption wall. A synthetic resin bottle-type container provided with a reduced-pressure absorbing wall, characterized in that a substantially triangular bulge having an apex that points is provided.
[0009]
It is preferable that the contour of the base of the swelling portion, that is, the connecting portion (root portion) of the swelling portion to the reduced-pressure absorbing wall is formed of a curve.
[0010]
It is desirable to provide a step between the base of the bulging portion and the body of the container body.
[0011]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described more specifically with reference to the drawings.
[0012]
1 and 2 show a bottle-shaped container made of polyethylene terephthalate resin having a capacity of 500 ml and a circular cross section according to an embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 1 is a side view of the container. FIG. 2 is a cross-sectional view (AA) of the container.
[0013]
In the figure, 1 is a mouth portion of a thermally crystallized container, 2 is a shoulder portion connected to the mouth portion 1, 3 is a container body portion connected to the shoulder portion 2, and 4 is a container including a heel portion connected to the container body portion 3. 5 is a reduced pressure absorption wall provided on the container body 3, and 6 is a bulging portion provided on each of an upper end region and a lower end region of the reduced pressure absorption wall 5. Plane substantially triangular this bulging part 6 having an apex p directed toward the center thereof in the plane of said vacuum absorption wall 5 while being partitioned by contour lines 6a consisting of a combination of straight lines c and the curve c 1 It has a shape.
[0014]
Reference numeral 7 denotes a step provided between the bulging portion 6 and the container body 3.
[0015]
A container filled with high-temperature contents is pressurized immediately after filling and capping, and then depressurized in the process until the contents reach room temperature, and depressurized to prevent deformation of the container at that time. Although the absorbing wall 5 absorbs the deformation of the container related to the decompression, particularly in the case of a thinned container, the rigidity is inevitably reduced. The boundary portion between the wall of the container body and the wall portion is pulled, or an irreversible deformation is caused due to a load applied to the portion due to an impact at the time of transport, a container grip at a store, or the like. It is a concern.
[0016]
The container having the bulging portion 6 as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 above, that is, the container is defined by a contour line 6 a formed by a combination of a straight line c and a curve c 1 , and in the plane of the decompression wall 5. In a container provided with a bulging portion 6 having a substantially triangular planar shape having an apex p directed toward the central portion, the rigidity of the portion can be increased without affecting the originally reduced pressure absorbing capacity. It is possible to reduce the possibility of unrecoverable deformation, and even if the deformation occurs, the shape can be easily recovered, and no broken line remains.
[0017]
By providing the step 7 at the boundary between the bulging portion 6 and the body 3 of the container, the rigidity of the portion is also increased, and the ability to prevent permanent deformation and the shape resilience to deformation are further improved. .
[0018]
Contour 6a of the bulging part 6, but one made of a straight line c and the curve c 1 shown as an example, the straight line c and curve may be constructed by curve, in particular the contour 6a all contour lines 6a the base of the bulging part 6 in order to provide a reliable improvement in the rigidity in the case of constituting in combination with c 1 (base portion in contact with the edge of the vacuum absorption wall 5), reverse tapering toward the base portion using R-shaped curve c 1.
[0019]
【The invention's effect】
According to the present invention, for a lightweight synthetic resin bottle-type container, it is possible to improve the ability to prevent irreversible deformation caused by insufficient vacuum absorption capacity, and even if the deformation is reduced. Even if it occurs, the shape can be restored relatively easily.
