TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an invention of a wheel-equipped light emitting device for a motorcycle, which achieves low cost, light weight, improved design, and the like by adding an illuminating means having a function of a headlight or a taillight to a circuit housing. It is.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, lighting means such as a headlight and a taillight for a motorcycle, and a wheel light emitting device and a wheel lighting means are separate parts, are housed in separate housings, and are separately mounted on a vehicle body.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
These have the following disadvantages.
A housing (3) for housing the circuit, mounting means (6) for fixing the main body or the circuit housing to the vehicle body, an automatic switch circuit (12) in the circuit, a rectifier circuit (13), a smoothing circuit (14), a battery (B1 ), The lighting means (2) such as a headlight and a taillight and the wheel light-emitting device are separately provided, so that the cost is duplicated, the weight of the vehicle body is increased, and the power use efficiency is deteriorated. .
In addition, when these are separately mounted, the appearance design of the vehicle body becomes cluttered, and the fashionability is impaired.
The present invention has been made to eliminate these disadvantages.
[0004]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
A lighting unit (2) is provided on the front or rear side of the vehicle body of a housing (3) containing a circuit for driving the wheel lighting unit (1), and a part of an electric circuit for turning on the lighting unit is provided as a wheel lighting unit. (1) is shared with a circuit for lighting.
The present invention is a wheel-equipped light emitting device for a motorcycle having the above-described configuration.
[0005]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described.
A motorcycle light emitting device for providing a light storing function part (5) on a part of a wheel (4) of a motorcycle and irradiating the part with light to emit light is provided with an electric circuit for driving wheel lighting means (1), A housing (3) containing this is provided.
An illuminating means (2) is provided on the front side or the rear side of the body of the housing (3). When the illumination means (2) is provided on the front side of the vehicle body, it functions as a headlight, and when it is provided on the rear side of the vehicle body, it functions as a taillight for improving visibility from the rear side of the vehicle body. FIG. 1 shows an embodiment in which the illuminating means (2) is provided as a taillight on the rear side of the vehicle body.
As shown in FIG. 2, the illuminating means (2) comprises a light source (7), a reflector (8), and a lens cover (9), and light emitted from the light source (7) is appropriately reflected by the reflector (8). Then, the light is condensed and distributed, and passes through a lens cover (9) formed of a transparent material, and is emitted toward the front or rear of the vehicle body.
[0006]
In this way, by integrating the housing (3) containing the circuit of the wheel light emitting device with the lighting means (2), it is possible to reduce not only the circuit and the housing but also the length of the wiring from the power supply to the device. I can do it.
When the battery (B1) is used as the power source, the battery (B1) is housed in the housing (3), so that the number of wires outside the housing (3) can be further reduced.
When the housing (3) is provided at a position near the wheels, as shown in FIG. 1, the means (6) for attaching to the vehicle body may be shared by the housing (3) and the wheel lighting means (1). It becomes possible.
[0007]
When a generator (G1) is used as a power source for the wheel light emitting device and the taillight, a rectifier circuit (13) and a smoothing circuit (14) are used as shown in FIG. 3 to stably emit light from these light sources. These circuits are required in order to prevent flickering, particularly when using a light source (7) such as a light emitting diode having a high light emitting reaction speed.
In particular, especially for bicycles, the surrounding brightness is read by a light quantity sensor such as a CdS element and the like, so that the function is automatically turned on at night. In many cases, an automatic switch circuit (12) having the above function is provided.
Providing these separately for the wheel light emitting device and the lighting device (2) is a costly and wasteful one.
Therefore, these circuits are combined into one and provided as a circuit for lighting both the wheel lighting means (1) and the lighting means (2).
Since both the wheel illuminating means (1) and the illuminating means (2) are used under running conditions where the surroundings are dark, they need only be turned on and off at the same time. There is no.
The wheel illuminating means driving circuit (10) and the taillight lighting circuit (11) in FIGS. 3 and 4 have functions such as optimizing the value of the current flowing through each light source. In a bicycle, when the lighting means (2) is used as a tail light, the lighting means (2) may emit light in a blinking manner. In this case, an oscillation circuit and the like are also included in the lighting means lighting circuit (11).
[0008]
The wheel light emitting device is provided with a plurality of wheel illuminating means (1) for illuminating the front and rear wheels and the left and right wheels.
It is inefficient to provide these wheel lighting means (1) separately with an automatic switch circuit (12), a rectifier circuit (13), a smoothing circuit (14), and a housing (3) for housing the circuit. Therefore, a circuit housed in the housing (3) drives all the wheel illuminating means (1) provided on the front and rear wheels of the vehicle body and on the left and right side surfaces of the vehicle to emit light.
Therefore, although a plurality of wheel lighting means driving circuits (10) and wheel lighting means (1) in FIGS. 3 and 4 are provided, the automatic switch circuit (12), the rectifying circuit (13), the smoothing circuit (14) and the circuit are provided. The housing (3) to be accommodated is also used, and is one.
[0009]
【The invention's effect】
According to the present invention, the cost for introducing both the wheel light emitting device and the lighting means can be reduced, and the weight can be reduced.
In addition, since the number of housings and wirings is reduced, the mounting work is facilitated, and at the same time, the appearance design of the mounted vehicle body is simplified, so that both safety and fashion can be achieved.
