Description

【0001】

Figure 2004275909
【0007】
Figure 2004275909
Figure 2004275909

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an aerosol filled with a substance that produces a precipitate, wherein the precipitate is redispersed, and the solidified content that can prevent clogging of a valve, a button, a nozzle, etc., is redispersed. The present invention relates to an aerosol with a function.
[0002]
[Prior art]
[Non-patent document 1]
Suzuka Fine Co., Ltd. catalog “Product Harmony”,
Published December 1993, p. 9
[0003]
2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, for example, an aerosol-type release oil or the like is filled with soybean lecithin or modified starch as a raw material. These soybean lecithin and modified starch tend to settle and solidify in the aerosol can with the passage of time, so the lower end of the suction pipe is buried and cannot be sprayed. There is a problem that the nozzle or the like is blocked and spraying cannot be performed. Therefore, in the case of such aerosol products, the use period after manufacture is limited to prevent clogging due to sedimentation and solidification, or it is necessary to store the product in a laid-down state. There were many. In some cases, aerosolization was not possible.
[0004]
Therefore, as shown in Non-Patent Document 1, there has been proposed an aerosol can in which a stirring ball made of a glass ball or a ceramic ball for re-dispersing a settled / solidified product of a filler is placed. When the stirrer ball is used, the can is vigorously shaken at the time of use to re-disperse the precipitate / solidified material to prevent the filler from sedimentation / solidification and to secure a uniform spray.
However, the conventional one usually contains one or two stirring balls. With one or two stirring balls, it is difficult to sufficiently re-disperse the precipitate and solidified material, and it is difficult to spray uniformly. There was a problem that it was not possible.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The present invention solves the conventional problems as described above and, in an aerosol filled with a substance that produces a precipitate, can reliably perform re-dispersion of the precipitate, and clogs valves, buttons, nozzles, and the like. The purpose of the present invention is to provide an aerosol having a redispersing function for solidified contents, which can prevent the occurrence of a can and can spray uniformly, and does not significantly deform the can even if the can is shaken violently. It is a thing.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The aerosol with a function of redispersing the solidified contents of the present invention, which has been made to solve the above-mentioned problem, has a diameter (r) with respect to an aerosol can body having a bottom diameter (R) filled with a substance that produces a precipitate. ), Wherein the stirring ball for dispersion is inserted so as to satisfy Formula 2.
(Equation 2)
Figure 2004275909
[0007]
Preferably, the stirring ball is a steel ball, which is defined as the invention according to claim 2, and the diameter (r) of the stirring ball is in the range of 5.0 to 10.0 (mm). Preferably, this is the invention according to claim 3.
[0008]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 shows an aerosol having a function of redispersing solidified contents according to the present invention. An aerosol can body 1 having a bottom diameter (R) filled with a substance that produces a precipitate has a diameter (r). It is characterized in that the stirring ball 3 for dispersion is inserted so as to satisfy the following equation (3).
[Equation 3]
Figure 2004275909
According to the present invention, by restricting the number (n) of the charged stirring balls in this manner, the solidified material of the substance that produces the precipitate can be redispersed to prevent clogging of valves, buttons, nozzles, and the like. At the same time, uniform spraying can be performed, and even if the can is shaken violently, the can is not significantly deformed.
[0009]
As a result of the research conducted by the present inventors, unlike the conventional case where one or two stirring balls having a relatively large diameter are provided, if a certain number of stirring balls 3 having a fixed size are provided, the sedimentation and solidification of the packing material can be reduced. The present invention has been completed based on the finding that redistribution can be reliably performed.
That is, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, it is effective to put a number of stirring balls 3 on the bottom surface 2 of the aerosol can body 1 so as to be aligned, and it is most preferable to stir the entire bottom surface 2. A good number of balls 3 are arranged in line with Bissiri.
[0010]
When this condition is expressed by a mathematical expression in relation to the bottom diameter (R) of the aerosol can body 1 and the diameter (r) of the stirring ball 3, the following equation 4 is obtained.
(Equation 4)
Figure 2004275909
When the number of the stirring balls 3 charged is smaller than the number represented by this formula, the effect of re-dispersion of the precipitate / solidified product is obtained, but it takes time for stirring. On the other hand, the solidification of the precipitate is a phenomenon that occurs only on the bottom surface 2 of the aerosol can body 1. Therefore, the number of the stirring balls 3 may be the same as the number of the stirring balls 3 on the entire surface of the bottom surface 2, and if there are more. If the aerosol can is shaken, there is a possibility that the can is largely deformed.
[0011]
Preferably, the stirring ball 3 is a steel ball. In the case of steel balls, unlike conventional balls made of glass or ceramic, even if the can is shaken violently, the stirring ball itself is not damaged, and furthermore, steel balls have a larger density than glass and ceramic and have the same diameter. This is because, when compared, the weight is heavy and acts advantageously to re-disperse the precipitate.
Further, the diameter (r) of the stirring ball 3 is preferably in the range of 5.0 to 10.0 (mm). If it is less than 5.0 mm, the effect of stirring the precipitate is not sufficient, while if it is more than 10.0 mm, the possibility of deforming the aerosol can increases.
[0012]
[Example]
This is an aerosol spray using soybean lecithin, a substance containing processed starch and producing a precipitate. The aerosol can (diameter: 66 mm) composed of 64% by weight of release oil and 36% by weight of LPG is used to form a 6.35 mm (1/1) diameter. A 30-inch (4 inch) steel ball (manufactured by Amano Steel Ball Works: AKS 1/4 steel ball for ball bearing) was prepared.
This aerosol was stored in a standing state for one month, and when used, the can was shaken and sprayed. As a result, it was possible to spray uniformly without any liquid clogging.
[0013]
【The invention's effect】
As is clear from the above description, the present invention can reliably perform re-dispersion of the precipitate in an aerosol filled with a substance that generates a precipitate, and causes clogging of valves, buttons, nozzles, and the like. Thus, the spray can be uniformly sprayed, and the can is not significantly deformed even if the can is shaken violently.
Therefore, the present invention greatly contributes to the development of industry as an aerosol with a function of redispersing solidified contents that has eliminated the conventional problems.
