Abstract
【解決手段】 Sr4Al14O25:Eu2+(SAE)と、赤色、緑色及び青色放出蛍光体の各々の少なくとも1つとを含む蛍光体層(16)を備える蛍光灯(10)。該蛍光体層(16)は、付加的な深赤色蛍光体及び黄色放出蛍光体を選択肢的に含むことができる。得られる蛍光灯(10)は、2500ないし10000ケルビンの相関色温度で90以上の演色指数を有する白色光を示すことになる。ランプの蛍光体におけるSAEの使用は、増大した安定性と、許容可能なランプ寿命の間の光束維性とを有する高CRI光源をもたらす。

Claims (20)
- 紫外放射線を可視照明に変換する第1の蛍光体層(16)を備える蛍光灯(10)であって、前記層(16)が、約610ないし625nmにピーク発光を有し約610ないし640nmで発光する赤色蛍光体と、約535ないし約555nmにピーク発光を有し約500ないし約600nmで発光する緑色蛍光体と、約440ないし約470nmで発光する青色蛍光体と、式Sr4Al14O25:Eu2+を有する蛍光体とを含むことを特徴とする蛍光灯(10)。
- 前記ランプが、約2500ないし約10000ケルビンの相関色温度、及び約90ないし94の演色指数を示すことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の蛍光灯(10)。
- ハロ蛍光体を含む第2の蛍光体層(14)を更に備える請求項1に記載の蛍光灯(10)。
- 前記第2の蛍光体層(14)がハロリン酸カルシウムを含むことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の蛍光灯(10)。
- 約600ないし約700nmで発光する深赤色蛍光体及び/又は約540ないし590nmで発光し好ましくは約570nmにピーク発光を有する黄色蛍光体を更に備える請求項1に記載の蛍光灯(10)。
- 前記蛍光体層(16)が、Sr4Al14O25:Eu2+、LaPO4:Te,Ce(LAP)、Sr5(PO4)3(Cl,F,OH):Eu2+(SECA)、及び(Y,La,Gd)BO3(YLGB)のブレンドを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の蛍光灯(10)。
- α−アルミナ粒子とγ−アルミナ粒子の少なくとも1つを含むUV反射障壁層(14)を更に備える請求項1に記載の蛍光灯(10)。
- 前記可視照明が白色光を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の蛍光灯(10)。
- 前記ランプ(10)がガラスエンベロープ(12)を更に備え、前記第1の蛍光体層(16)が前記ガラスエンベロープ(12)の内側表面に被着されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の蛍光灯(10)。
- 前記可視光がCIEスケール上で、x値が0.3ないし0.4の範囲にありyが0.3ないし0.4の範囲にある所定の色座標を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の蛍光灯(10)。
- 前記可視光がCIEスケールで、x値が約0.370でありyが約0.379である所定の色座標を有することを特徴とする請求項10に記載の蛍光灯(10)。
- 前記ランプ(10)が70Lms/Wを超える発光効率を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の蛍光灯(10)。
- 前記蛍光体層(16)が、重量で、約35ないし約50パーセントの前記赤色蛍光体と、約5ないし約20パーセントの前記青色蛍光体と、約15ないし約45パーセントの前記緑色蛍光体と、約5ないし約30パーセントのSr4Al14O25:Eu2+とを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の蛍光灯(10)。
- 前記ランプ(10)がコンパクト形蛍光灯であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の蛍光灯(10)。
- 蛍光照明用途で用いるのに好適な蛍光体ブレンドであって、前記ブレンドが、赤色放出蛍光体と、緑色放出蛍光体と、青色放出蛍光体と、Sr4Al14O25:Eu2+とを含む蛍光体ブレンド。
- 前記赤色蛍光体が約610ないし625nmにピーク発光を有し約610ないし640nmで発光し、前記緑色蛍光体が約535ないし約555nmにピーク発光を有し約500ないし約600nmで発光し、及び前記青色蛍光体が約440ないし約470nmで発光することを特徴とする請求項15に記載の蛍光体ブレンド。
- 約600ないし約700nmで発光する深赤色蛍光体及び/又は約540ないし590nmで発光し好ましくは約570nmにピーク発光を有する黄色蛍光体を更に備えることを特徴とする請求項15に記載の蛍光体ブレンド。
- Sr4Al14O25:Eu2+、LaPO4:Te,Ce(LAP)、Sr5(PO4)3(Cl,F,OH):Eu2+(SECA)、及び(Y,La,Gd)BO3(YLGB)を含む請求項15に記載の蛍光体ブレンド。
- 前記蛍光体ブレンドが、重量で、約35ないし約50パーセントの前記赤色蛍光体と、約5ないし約20パーセントの前記青色蛍光体と、約15ないし約45パーセントの前記緑色蛍光体と、約5ないし約30パーセントのSr4Al14O25:Eu2+とを含むことを特徴とする請求項15に記載の蛍光体ブレンド。
- 前記蛍光体ブレンドが、2500ないし10000Kの相関色温度で90以上のCRIを示す蛍光灯(10)で用いるのに好適であることを特徴とする請求項15に記載の蛍光体ブレンド。
