Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to a dishwasher for washing dishes by injecting washing water into dishes stored in a washing tank.
[0002]
[Prior art]
2. Description of the Related Art As is well known, a dishwasher performs cleaning by spraying cleaning water onto objects to be cleaned such as tableware arranged in a tableware basket arranged in a cleaning tank. At this time, the arrangement of the cleaning nozzles for jetting the cleaning water is an important factor so that the cleaning water is jetted evenly to many objects to be cleaned arranged in the tableware basket. In particular, when the tableware basket is provided in a plurality of stages so that a large number of objects to be washed can be accommodated in the washing tank, the washing water needs to be sprayed evenly on the objects to be washed in each stage. The cleaning objects sprayed from below were not stored in the dishware arranged in the upper stage, and the cleaning objects were arranged in the lower stage. The cleaning ability for the object to be cleaned is reduced.
[0003]
Generally, the washing nozzle is disposed below the washing tank and sprays washing water upward from below, so that the object to be washed is accommodated in a dish basket such that the inside with a large amount of dirt attached faces downward. At this time, in a tableware having a thread bottom, such as a cup of teacup or a soup bowl, fine residual vegetables easily accumulate in the thread bottom.
[0004]
In order to solve these problems, there is known a dishwasher in which a plurality of washing nozzles are arranged so that washing water can be sprayed on an object to be washed from various directions in a washing tank. However, in order to be able to inject cleaning water from multiple cleaning nozzles, it is necessary to increase the amount of water supplied to the cleaning tank, which increases the heating time for heating the cleaning water, and reduces the operating time and power consumption. As the amount of water used increases, it is necessary to increase the size of the cleaning pump, which leads to an increase in cost, and the use of a large amount of cleaning water causes problems such as an increase in noise and vibration.
[0005]
Therefore, there has been developed a dishwasher configured so that even if a plurality of washing nozzles are provided to improve the washing ability, the amount of water supply does not increase and the above-described problem does not occur (see Patent Document 1). In this dishwasher, as shown in FIG. 5, rotating washing nozzles 29, 30, 31, and 32 are provided on the lower, upper, back, and side surfaces of the washing tank 22, respectively. The cleaning water pressurized by the cleaning pump 33 is sequentially supplied to these cleaning nozzles 29 to 32 from the water separation device 35. As described above, the washing water is not sent to the washing nozzles 29 to 32 at the same time, but is sequentially sent to the washing nozzles 29 to 32. It is sprayed onto the object to be cleaned from multiple directions.
[0006]
[Patent Document 1]
JP 2001-218721 A (pages 3 to 5, FIG. 1)
[0007]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, when a plurality of rotating cleaning nozzles are disposed in the cleaning tank as in the above-described conventional technique, the volume for accommodating the object to be cleaned in the cleaning tank is limited by disposing the plurality of rotating cleaning nozzles. It is reduced by the required space, and it must be larger than a dishwasher that has the same washing object storage capacity.Especially, a household tabletop dishwasher is installed in a limited space, There was a problem that the installation location was limited.
[0008]
In the prior application, in order to solve the above-mentioned problem caused by disposing a plurality of rotating cleaning nozzles, as shown in FIGS. 6A and 6B, cleaning nozzles 52 and 54 rotating downward are used. A configuration is disclosed in which a bar-shaped nozzle 53 is provided on the back side or a fixed nozzle 65 is provided on the back side in the horizontal direction. With this configuration, the space for accommodating the object to be cleaned is prevented from being reduced by the arrangement of the cleaning nozzles. However, since the washing water is not sprayed from above as described above, the washing water is sprayed on the bottom surface of the object to be washed which is housed downward to wash mainly with the washing water sprayed from below. The state was reduced, and there was a problem that it was not possible to wash out fine residual vegetables that easily remained on tableware having a thread bottom.
[0009]
It is an object of the present invention to provide a dishwasher capable of spraying washing water from a plurality of directions without reducing a space for accommodating an object to be washed in a washing tank.
[0010]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention for achieving the above object is to spray cleaning water from a plurality of cleaning nozzles provided with a plurality of cleaning water injection ports on an object to be cleaned stored in a dish basket arranged in a cleaning tank. In a dishwasher for washing, the plurality of washing nozzles include a rotary washing nozzle arranged below a washing tank, and a fixed washing nozzle arranged on a side wall of the washing tank, wherein the fixed washing nozzle is A horizontal portion in which washing water jets are arranged in a substantially horizontal direction, and a vertical portion in which at least one washing water jet is opened above a side wall, and is formed in a substantially cross shape. .
[0011]
According to the above configuration, the cleaning water is sprayed from the rotary cleaning nozzle disposed below the cleaning tank and the fixed cleaning nozzle disposed on the side wall for the object to be cleaned stored in the dish basket, Cleaning is efficiently performed by spraying the cleaning water from a plurality of directions. In addition, when the tableware basket is arranged in two stages, the washing water sprayed from the lower rotating washing nozzle is not able to obtain a sufficient washing water spray because the object to be washed stored in the lower stage becomes an obstacle. Although it tends to be in a state, the washing water is sprayed from the plurality of washing water injection ports provided at the horizontal portion of the fixed washing nozzle, so that the washing water is sprayed on the object to be washed stored in the upper stage, so that the upper tableware is used. The cleaning effect on the objects to be cleaned stored in the basket can be improved. Further, since the washing water injection port provided above the fixed washing nozzle injects the washing water from above into the object to be washed, the washing water from the washing water injection port in the horizontal portion is stored downward and is hard to hit. The washing water is also sprayed on the upper part, and it has an effect of washing out fine residual vegetables that tend to accumulate on the thread bottom of tableware such as a cup of tea with a thread bottom.
[0012]
In the above configuration, when the dish basket is disposed in the lower and upper stages in the washing tank, the fixed washing nozzle sprays washing water toward the lower surface of the object to be washed stored in the upper stage dish basket. By providing a washing water injection port to be washed, the washing water injected from the lower rotating washing nozzle causes the object to be washed contained in the lower tableware basket to interfere with the object to be washed contained in the upper tableware basket. Even in a state where it is difficult to spray, it is cleaned by the cleaning water sprayed from the fixed cleaning nozzle.
[0013]
Further, the upper cleaning water injection port provided in the fixed cleaning nozzle is formed in an opening shape for spraying the cleaning water in a fan shape substantially in the horizontal direction, so that the cleaning water can be sprayed from above in a wide range. The washing water can be evenly applied to the upper surface of the object to be washed.
[0014]
In addition, the horizontal parts provided on both sides of the vertical part of the fixed washing nozzle are formed so that the individual forming height positions are different depending on the height position of the tableware basket, so that the upper tableware basket is formed stepwise In such a case, by changing the formation height position of the washing water injection port correspondingly, it is possible to improve the cleaning property for the object to be washed stored in the upper dish basket. At this time, the fixed cleaning nozzle formed in a substantially cross shape has different heights on the left and right.
[0015]
Further, by providing the water dividing means for sequentially supplying the cleaning water to the plurality of cleaning nozzles, it is possible to apply an effective cleaning method of spraying the cleaning water from a plurality of directions without increasing the amount of water used. .
[0016]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings to facilitate understanding of the present invention. The embodiment described below is an example embodying the present invention, and does not limit the technical scope of the present invention.
[0017]
FIGS. 1 and 2 show a state in which the object to be washed 10 is accommodated in a washing tank 2 of the dishwasher 1 according to the embodiment, as viewed from the front side and the side. A first rotary cleaning nozzle 3 and a second rotary cleaning nozzle 4 are provided, and a fixed cleaning nozzle 5 formed in a substantially cross shape is provided on the back surface of the cleaning tank 2. Further, in the washing tank 2, a lower tableware basket 6 and an upper tableware basket 7 for accommodating the articles to be cleaned 10 are arranged so as to be drawn out in the front-rear direction, respectively. The cleaning object 10 is accommodated in the cleaning tank 2 by spraying cleaning water from the first rotary cleaning nozzle 3, the second rotary cleaning nozzle 4, and the fixed cleaning nozzle 5 onto the cleaning object 10 contained in the cleaning tank 2. Washed.
[0018]
A drain 9 communicating with the suction side of the washing pump 8 is provided at the bottom of the washing tank 2. The drain 9 is provided with a garbage filter 11 for collecting garbage and a heater 12 for heating the washing water. Is established. The washing water that has passed through the garbage filter 11 is sucked into the washing pump 8 and pressurized, and the washing water is supplied to the first and second rotating washing nozzles 3 and 4 and the fixed washing nozzle 5 by the water dividing means 13. Are sequentially switched, and cleaning water is jetted from the first and second rotary cleaning nozzles 3 and 4 and the fixed cleaning nozzle 5.
[0019]
In the dishwasher 1 having the above-described configuration, the lower tableware basket 6 and the upper tableware basket 7 in which the door 15 is opened and the object to be cleaned 10 is stored are stored in the cleaning tank 2. When the is closed, the operation is started, and the washing step, the rinsing step, and the drying step are executed in this order.
[0020]
First, a water supply valve operates to supply a predetermined amount of cleaning water into the cleaning tank 2. The supplied washing water is heated by the heater 12, pressurized by the washing pump 8, and selectively supplied from the water dividing means 13 to the first and second rotary washing nozzles 3, 4 and the fixed washing nozzle 5. Will be sent. Here, the water dividing means 13 is provided at every predetermined time in the order of the first rotary cleaning nozzle 3, the first rotary cleaning nozzle 3, the second rotary cleaning nozzle 4, the second rotary cleaning nozzle 4, and the fixed cleaning nozzle 5. It operates to switch the supply of washing water. The first and second rotary cleaning nozzles 3 and 4 are rotated by the jet of the supplied cleaning water from the injection port, jetting the rotating cleaning water, and mainly receiving the cleaning water stored in the lower tableware basket 6. The cleaning object 10 is washed. In addition, the fixed washing nozzle 5 sprays washing water in the direction of the upper tableware basket 7 from spray ports arranged horizontally below the upper tableware basket 7 to wash the inner surface of the object 10 to be washed which is accommodated downward, and The outer surface of the cleaning object 10 is washed with washing water that is sprayed in a fan shape in a substantially horizontal direction from the washing water injection port 20a that opens at the top.
[0021]
The cleaning water sprayed from the first and second rotary cleaning nozzles 3 and 4 and the fixed cleaning nozzle 5 into the cleaning tank 2 cleans the object 10 to be cleaned, flows down to the lower part of the cleaning tank 2, and drains the water 9. And is again heated by the heater 12, passes through the garnish filter 11, and is sent again from the washing pump 8 to the first and second rotary washing nozzles 3, 4 and the fixed washing nozzle 5 via the water separation means 13. Paid. The garbage dropped from the object to be cleaned 10 by the injection of the washing water is collected by the garbage filter 11. Further, the temperature of the washing water is detected by the temperature sensor 14, and when the temperature exceeds a predetermined temperature, the power supply to the heater 12 is stopped, so that the temperature suitable for washing is maintained.
[0022]
When the cleaning process for a predetermined time is completed, the cleaning water containing dirt is discharged from the drain pump 16 to the outside of the machine, and the cleaning water is newly supplied into the cleaning tank 2. The supplied washing water is sprayed from the first and second rotary washing nozzles 3 and 4 and the fixed washing nozzle 5 by the operation of the washing pump 8 to rinse off the detergent and residual vegetables adhered to the article 10 to be washed. Is executed. At this time, fine residual vegetables and the like remaining on the outer surface of the object 10 to be washed, which is housed downward in the lower tableware basket 6 and the upper tableware basket 7, and particularly on the bottom of the thread such as a teacup or a soup bowl, can be washed out by a rinsing step. Although it was difficult, in the configuration of the present embodiment, since the washing water is jetted from the washing water injection port 20a provided at the upper part of the fixed washing nozzle 5, the washing water also hits the thread bottom and fine residual vegetables etc. Is washed out.
[0023]
In this rinsing step, after the operation for a predetermined time, the washing water from which the detergent and residual vegetables have been washed out by rinsing is discharged from the drain pump 16 to the outside of the machine, new washing water is supplied into the washing tank 2, and the rinsing is performed again. The step of performing the operation is performed three times, and the washing water is discharged out of the machine, and the rinsing step is completed.
[0024]
Subsequently, a drying step is performed, and the outside air supplied into the cleaning tank 2 from a blower (not shown) is heated by the heater 12, and evaporation of water droplets adhered to the object 10 to be cleaned is caused by both the blowing and the heating. Promoted. After the drying step has been performed for a predetermined time, the operation is stopped and all the steps of dishwashing are completed.
[0025]

[0026]
FIG. 3 shows a state in which the lower tableware basket 6 and the upper tableware basket 7 are taken out of the washing tank 2, and shows the form of the fixed washing nozzle 5 in an easy-to-understand manner. The fixed washing nozzle 5 is formed in a substantially cross shape by a vertical portion 5 a and a horizontal portion 5 b formed in a flat cylindrical shape, and the lower end of the vertical portion 5 a is connected to the water dividing means 13. The horizontal portion 5b has different height positions on the left and right of the vertical portion 5a, corresponding to the upper tableware basket 7 being formed in a shape having a step having different heights on the left and right. The horizontal portion 5b is provided with a plurality of cleaning water jets 20b for injecting cleaning water into the object 10 contained in the upper tableware basket 7, and the object 10 contained downward in the upper tableware basket 7. The cleaning water is sprayed upward toward the inner surface of the. Further, a cleaning water injection port 20a is opened above the vertical portion 5a, and the cleaning water is injected in a substantially horizontal fan shape. Note that each of the plurality of washing water injection ports 20b provided in the horizontal portion 5b does not necessarily inject the washing water upward, and, for example, the washing water ejection port 20b close to the accommodation place for chopsticks, spoons, or the like is horizontally oriented. The cleaning water may be injected mainly to chopsticks, spoons, and the like that are hard to remove dirt by injecting the cleaning water. Also, when the upper tableware basket 7 has no step, the horizontal portion 5b does not need to be formed in a shape in which the left and right height positions are different.
[0027]
The vertical portion 5a and the horizontal portion 5b of the fixed cleaning nozzle 5 have a cylindrical interior communicating with each other at the intersection thereof, and washing water supplied from below the vertical portion 5a is supplied to the vertical portion 5a and the horizontal portion 5b. The cleaning water is injected from each of the cleaning water injection ports 20a and 20b. By forming the fixed cleaning nozzle 5 into a flat cylindrical shape, the fixed cleaning nozzle 5 does not protrude from the back surface of the cleaning tank 2 and does not reduce the accommodation space for the object 10 to be cleaned. Further, since the washing water injection port 20a provided in the vertical portion 5a ejects the washing water in a substantially horizontal fan shape, the washing water can be applied from above the object to be washed 10 accommodated in the washing tank 2. It is possible to clean the upper surface portion of the object 10 to be cleaned which is difficult to be cleaned with the cleaning water injected from below, which is the main part of the cleaning water injection. In particular, in the case of a dish 10 having a thread bottom, for example, a tableware having a thread bottom such as a teacup 10a shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, fine residual vegetables are likely to remain in the thread bottom, and washing water is sprayed from above on this. By doing so, fine residual vegetables are washed out, and an effect of washing all surfaces is obtained.
[0028]
In the dishwasher 1 according to the present embodiment, since the washing nozzle is provided as the first and second rotary washing nozzles 3 and 4 and the fixed washing nozzle 5, the washing water supplied from the washing pump 8 is: Water is selectively supplied to each washing nozzle by the water dividing means 13. Here, as described above, a state in which cleaning water is supplied only to the first rotary cleaning nozzle 3, a state in which cleaning water is supplied to the first rotary cleaning nozzle 3 and the second rotary cleaning nozzle 4, The water is divided into four cleaning states, i.e., a state in which the cleaning water is supplied only to the second rotary cleaning nozzle 4 and a state in which the cleaning water is supplied only to the fixed cleaning nozzle 5. By selectively supplying the cleaning water to the plurality of cleaning nozzles in this manner, the amount of water supplied to the cleaning tank 2 increases when the cleaning water is supplied to all of the plurality of cleaning nozzles at the same time. In addition, problems such as an increase in power consumption and an increase in size due to an increase in the amount of water used and an increase in the temperature rise time can be solved.
[0029]
The diversion means 13 for selectively supplying the cleaning water to the plurality of cleaning nozzles has a complicated structure disclosed in the prior application technology shown as a conventional example, but as shown in FIG. When the cleaning water is selectively supplied to the cleaning nozzles at three locations, the water dividing means 13 can be configured with a simple structure as shown in FIG.
[0030]
FIG. 4 schematically shows an example of the configuration of the water diversion means 13. The central part of the cylindrical water diversion valve 40 to which cleaning water is supplied from the cleaning pump 8 has a 90-degree direction. Two water supply openings 41a and 41b are opened, a water supply pipe 42 connected to the first rotary cleaning nozzle 3 in a clockwise 90-degree direction with the upper side of the paper at 0 degree, and a second rotary cleaning in a 180-degree direction. A water supply pipe 43 connected to the nozzle 4 and a water supply pipe 44 connected to the fixed washing nozzle 5 in a 315-degree direction are respectively arranged facing the peripheral surface of the water separation valve 40.
[0031]
When the water distribution valve 40 is rotated at a rotation angle of 45 degrees by a driving means (not shown) and is rotated to the angular position shown in FIG. 4A, the water supply opening 41 a opens in the direction of the water supply pipe 42. The washing water supplied from the washing pump 8 into the water dividing valve 40 is sent to the first rotary washing nozzle 3. 4B, the water supply opening 41a opens in the direction of the water supply pipe 43, and the water supply opening 41b opens in the direction of the water supply pipe 42. The cleaning water supplied into the water dividing valve 40 is supplied to the first rotary cleaning nozzle 3 and the second rotary cleaning nozzle 4. When the water supply opening 41b is turned to the angular position shown in FIG. 4C, the water supply opening 41b opens in the direction of the water supply pipe 43, so that the cleaning water is supplied to the second rotary cleaning nozzle 4. When the water distribution valve 40 is rotated to the angular position shown in FIG. 4D, the water supply opening 41 a opens in the direction of the water supply pipe 44, so that the cleaning water is supplied to the fixed cleaning nozzle 5.
[0032]
By configuring the water dividing means 13 as in the above configuration example, a state in which the cleaning water is supplied only to the first rotary cleaning nozzle 3 described above to clean the object 10 to be cleaned, the first and second respective A state where cleaning water is supplied to the rotary cleaning nozzles 3 and 4 to wash the object 10 to be cleaned, a state where cleaning water is supplied only to the second rotary cleaning nozzle 4 to wash the object to be cleaned 10 and fixed cleaning The state can be sequentially switched to a state in which the cleaning water is supplied only to the nozzle 5 to clean the object 10 to be cleaned.
[0033]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention, the cleaning water is supplied from the rotary cleaning nozzle disposed below the cleaning tank and the fixed cleaning nozzle disposed on the side wall for the object to be cleaned stored in the dish basket. Since the cleaning water is sprayed, cleaning is efficiently performed by spraying the cleaning water from a plurality of directions.
