【解決手段】 ポリマーベース材料、非ハロゲン化難燃性材料、及び組成物の約1wt%の濃度で存在し、金属酸化物を実質的に含まない相乗剤を含み、ULテスト条件により試験を行った場合に少なくともV−2の易燃性等級を達成する難燃性組成物。

Claims (17)
- ポリマーベース材料、
非ハロゲン化難燃性材料、及び
組成物の約1wt%の濃度で存在し、金属酸化物を実質的に含まない相乗剤
を含み、ULテスト条件により試験を行った場合に少なくともV−2の易燃性等級を達成する難燃性組成物。 - 前記ポリマーベース材料がポリプロピレンである、請求項1記載の難燃性組成物。
- 前記ポリプロピレンがホモポリマーである、請求項2記載の難燃性組成物。
- 前記難燃性材料がホスフェート塩である、請求項1記載の難燃性組成物。
- 前記相乗剤がクレーである、請求項1記載の難燃性組成物。
- 前記クレーがナノクレーである、請求項5記載の難燃性組成物。
- 前記クレーが500nm以下の粒度を有する、請求項5記載の難燃性組成物。
- 前記非ハロゲン化難燃性材料が組成物の約25wt%以上、約45wt%未満の濃度で存在する、請求項1記載の難燃性組成物。
- 組成物の約60〜約70wt%の濃度で存在するポリマーベース材料、
組成物の約30〜約35wt%の濃度で存在する非ハロゲン化難燃性材料、及び
組成物の約1wt%の濃度で存在し、金属酸化物を実質的に含まない相乗剤
を含み、ULテスト条件により試験を行った場合に少なくともV−2の易燃性等級を達成する難燃性組成物。 - 前記ポリマーベース材料がポリプロピレンである、請求項9記載の難燃性組成物。
- 前記ポリプロピレンがポリプロピレンのホモポリマーである、請求項10記載の難燃性組成物。
- 前記非ハロゲン化難燃性材料がホスフェート塩である、請求項9記載の難燃性組成物。
- 前記相乗剤がクレーである、請求項9記載の難燃性組成物。
- 前記クレーがナノクレーである、請求項9記載の難燃性組成物。
- 前記クレーが500nm以下の粒度を有する、請求項9記載の難燃性組成物。
- 組成物の約60〜約70wt%の濃度で存在するポリプロピレンベース材料、
組成物の約30〜約35wt%の濃度で存在するホスフェート塩非ハロゲン化難燃性材料、及び
組成物の約1wt%の濃度で存在し、金属酸化物を実質的に含まないクレー材料相乗剤
を含み、ULテスト条件により試験を行った場合に少なくともV−2の易燃性等級を達成する難燃性組成物。 - 前記ポリプロピレンベース材料が組成物の約68wt%の濃度で存在し、ホスフェート塩非ハロゲン化難燃性材料
が組成物の約30wt%の濃度で存在し、クレー相乗剤が組成物の約1wt%の濃度で存在する、請求項16記載の難燃性組成物。
