Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a plastic bag roll.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In recent years, in order to respond to the enforcement of the Containers and Packaging Recycling Law, the demand for reducing the amount of plastic waste has become very strong. With regard to plastic bags used to store foodstuffs in supermarkets and the like, weight reduction has been made in order to reduce the burden on businesses for re-commercialization based on the Containers and Packaging Recycling Law. In order to reduce the weight of the plastic bag, it is necessary to reduce the thickness of the plastic film.
[0003]
The plastic bag as described above is prepared in a form in which a plastic film is formed into a bag shape by inflation molding, a seal portion and a perforation for cutting are provided at predetermined intervals, and wound into a roll shape. A user pulls out a bag body from such a plastic bag body roll, cuts it one by one with perforations, opens an opening, and puts foodstuffs into the bag body.
[0004]
Such a plastic bag body has inherently poor opening properties. However, as described above, when the thickness of the plastic film is reduced, the influence of static electricity increases and the opening properties become extremely poor. For this reason, even if a thin plastic film is used for weight reduction, a plastic bag body having a good opening property has been demanded.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
An object of the present invention is to provide a plastic bag roll having a good opening property even though a thin plastic film is used for weight reduction.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The plastic bag roll according to the present invention is a plastic bag roll formed by forming a plastic film into a bag shape, providing a seal portion and a perforation for cutting at predetermined intervals, and winding the roll into a roll shape. The thickness is 15 μm or less, and embossing is performed on the entire surface of both surfaces of the plastic film forming the bag body at an area density of 20 pieces / cm 2 or more.
[0007]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a plastic bag roll according to the present invention. The plastic bag roll 1 is obtained by winding a plastic film in a form in which a bag 2 is connected around a shaft 3. The plastic film is made of, for example, polyethylene. The thickness of the plastic film is set to 15 μm or less for weight reduction, but is more preferably 10 μm or less. In addition, in the use for putting foodstuffs in a supermarket or the like, the bag body itself is not required to have such a strong strength, so it is sufficient that the thickness of the plastic film is 5 μm or more. In this embodiment, a polyethylene film having a thickness of about 8 μm is used.
[0008]
The plastic film connected to the bag body 3 has, for example, a width of about 20 cm, and the seal portions 4 and the perforations 5 for cutting are formed at a pitch of about 30 cm. The single bag 3 can be obtained by cutting the perforation 5.
[0009]
Embosses 6 are formed on the entire surface of both surfaces of the plastic film forming the bag 3. In FIG. 1, for the sake of convenience, the emboss 6 is illustrated as being formed only on the single bag body 2 that is pulled out, but in reality, the emboss is formed on the entire surface of all the plastic films that have been wound up. 6 is formed. Processing is performed so that the surface density of the emboss 6 is 20 pieces / cm 2 or more. In this embodiment, the surface density of the emboss 6 is about 30 / cm 2 . Further, the size of the emboss 6 is set to a diameter of 0.3 to 1.5 mm. In the present embodiment, the size of the emboss 6 is about 0.4 mm.
[0010]
When the user pulls out the film from the plastic bag roll 1 and cuts out one bag 2 with a perforation, since strong static electricity is generated, the film on the front and back of the bag 2 is attached. Yes. However, in the present invention, since the embosses 6 are formed with high density on both surfaces of the cut bag body 2, the user simply shifts the fingertip between the front and back of the bag body 2 (the position to touch with the fingertip is The film on the front and back of the bag 2 can be easily separated by overcoming static electricity. For this reason, the opening part of the bag body 2 can also be easily opened from the position where the film on the front and back is separated. Here, if the embossing is not formed on the entire surface of the film, even if the front and back films of the bag body 2 can be separated in the area where the embossing is formed, the bag body is not formed in the area where the embossing is not formed. Since the front and back films of 2 remain adhered, the opening of the bag body 2 is not improved so much. For this reason, it is preferable that the emboss 6 is formed on the entire surface of both sides of the film. Further, if the surface density of the emboss 6 is less than 20 pieces / cm 2 , the user may not be able to separate the film on the front and back of the bag body 2 even if the user slightly shifts the fingertip on the front and back of the bag body 2. The surface density of 6 is preferably 20 pieces / cm 2 or more. As described above, in the bag body 2 according to the present invention, it is possible to eliminate the disadvantage of the conventional bag body that the opening performance is extremely poor particularly when the plastic film is thin.
[0011]
In addition, since the film is thin as described above, even if the entire surface is embossed, there is no problem in reading the barcode attached to the food product put in the bag at the supermarket, for example. Absent.
[0012]
FIG. 2 shows an apparatus for producing a plastic bag roll according to the present invention. This apparatus includes a take-up machine 10 that performs inflation molding and a winder 20 as main mechanisms. Production of a plastic bag roll using this apparatus is performed as follows.
[0013]
The raw material pellets are put into a hopper 11 and melted with an extruder 12 and sufficiently kneaded, and then extruded into a cylindrical shape from an annular die 13, and air is introduced into a cylindrical film to be expanded and air cooled. The cylindrical film is folded flat through a stabilizer 14 provided on the upper part of the take-up machine 10 and taken up by a first pinch roll 15 comprising a pair of rubber rolls 15a and 15b.
[0014]
Next, the film is introduced into the processing device 22 by the guide roll 21 of the winder 20 to process the seal portion and the perforation, and is heated by the hot air blower 24 at the position of the guide roll 23. This is to facilitate embossing at the subsequent stage. Further, the film is taken up by a second pinch roll 25 comprising a pair of rubber rolls 25a and an embossing roll (iron roll) 25b, and simultaneously embossed, and then wound around a shaft to produce a plastic bag roll 1 as a product. To do.
[0015]
In FIG. 2, the film is embossed using the rubber roll 25a and the embossing roll 25b for the second pinch roll 25. Instead, the film is embossed using the rubber roll and the embossing roll for the first pinch roll 15. May be performed. Embossing of the film immediately after inflation molding is relatively easy. In this case, it is not necessary to use a pair of rubber rolls for the second pinch roll 25 and provide the hot air blower 24.
[0016]
【The invention's effect】
As described above in detail, according to the present invention, it is possible to provide a plastic bag roll having a good opening property even though a thin plastic film is used for weight reduction.
