Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a partial wig which is hardly deformed when a partial wig such as a hairpiece is adhered and fixed.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In conventional wigs, a base is formed using a flexible material such as synthetic resin, synthetic rubber, cloth, and a net, and the hair is planted on the base. 2. Description of the Related Art There are many methods in which a wig is sewn on a bundled and knitted attachment portion and fixed to a head. However, when the base is formed of an airtight material such as a synthetic resin or a synthetic rubber, the air permeability is poor, and when sweat is applied, the base is stuffy, and the weight is large and the wearing feeling is not good. For this reason, in recent years, a base made of a fibrous material such as cloth or a net has been preferred as a lightweight and base that has a good fit when securing air permeability and moisture absorption. It is often used for wigs. Most of the net bases are formed with meshes. Also, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 11-93010 proposes a knitted knitting yarn in which hair is knitted, which is knitted in a triangular or quadrangular mesh to form a net base.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, the net-based wig formed from the mesh fabric was easy to break because the implanted artificial hair was easy to come off and the strength of the mesh fabric was weak. Once the mesh is cut, the cuts are apt to spread one after another, and the cut part of the mesh is opened up with a hole, so that the partial wig cannot be used. In addition, there is a problem that the mesh is loosened and easily collapsed. On the other hand, in JP-A-11-93010, since a plurality of yarns are knitted, the thickness becomes large, the touch is poor, and the curve cannot be formed as desired, and it is difficult to match the shape of the head. In addition, since the knitting yarn has a high hygroscopicity, if water is contained at the time of washing the hair, the weight increases, the weight increases, and the drying is poor. In addition, the amount of the hair knitted in the knitting yarn is constant and the knitting yarn (12) is knitted in the vertical direction as shown in FIG. When knitting is performed by bending left and right or back and forth so as to form a plane triangular or plane quadrangular mesh, the directions of the follicles are separated as shown in FIG. Was in style. Further, when the amount of self hair is reduced, the size of the mesh is knitted so that the amount of hair is adjusted to that amount, but the background may be visible from the mesh. On the other hand, when the amount of self hair is large, if the size of the mesh is knitted so that the amount of hair matches the amount, the separated hair flow becomes more conspicuous as shown in FIG. It was an unnatural style, especially the seams and whirlpools were unnatural. In addition, the net base including only the knitting yarn (12) has a problem that the whole is easily stretched and easily deformed.
[0004]
An object of the present invention is to provide a partial wig which is hard to lose its shape when applied and fixed, and which can adjust the amount of hair of the wig and can obtain a natural hair flow.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above problems, the present invention has been made, that is, the net base is meandering to the left and right so as to form a waveform between the chain nets arranged in parallel and the chain nets. And a structure in which artificial hair is implanted on a net base. It is also preferable to use a knitting yarn in which two yarns are twisted and a bundle of hairs is wound and knitted.
[0006]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
An embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. (1) A net base comprising a chain net (11) arranged in parallel and a knitting yarn (12) knitted meandering right and left so as to exhibit a waveform between the chain nets (11). The artificial hair is implanted in the net base (1). The chain net (11) may be the same as a conventionally used mesh, and may be one row. As the knitting yarn (12), a yarn obtained by twisting two yarns and winding and knitting a bundle of the hair (2) shown in FIG. 2 (a) is preferable. It is preferable to use the one used by the present inventor in Japanese Patent Application No. 2001-017989. A fine net (13) may be attached to the outer peripheral edge of the net base (1), and a hair splitting section (14) may be provided on the left side in the figure. This hair split part (14) is formed of a fine net.
[0007]
Next, a method for producing the product of the present invention will be described. First, a chain net (11) is arranged in parallel, and between the chain nets (11), two yarns are twisted and a bundle of hairs (2) is wound and knitted. (12) is knitted so as to exhibit a waveform and meander left and right to form a net base (1), and artificial hair is planted on the net base (1) to complete a partial wig. At this time, since the knitting yarn (12) of the net base (1) is meandering left and right, the hair flow is meandering right and left and is in an unnatural state. However, the flock of the chain-like netting (11) is performed later, and at the time of flocking to the flock, pseudo-follicles are transplanted in the horizontal direction. The flow of the hair (2) of the net base (1) becomes a natural flow. In this case, the product of the present invention is appropriately knitted by arranging the chain nets (11) at appropriate intervals and meandering the knitting yarn (12) to the right and left so as to exhibit a waveform therebetween. Thus, the net base (1) can be restricted in elongation and the chain net (11) can be prevented from loosening. Furthermore, since the amount of hair can be easily adjusted and adjusted to the amount of self-hair when implanting the hair on the chain netting (11), a more natural state can be obtained even when a partial wig is applied.
[0008]
Next, the use state of the present invention will be described. First, the product of the present invention is mounted on the head by a general mounting method. Then, the partial wig according to the present invention is such that the chain netting (11) having low water absorption is approximately half and suitably spaced, and the knitting yarn (12) having water absorption and stretchable is approximately half. As a result, the net base (1) can be appropriately controlled in elongation and the chain net (11) can be prevented from being loosened, and local stress concentration on the chain net (11) can be prevented. Can be prevented and the strength can be increased, so that there is no longer a risk that the cuts will spread in the chain netting (11) one after another as in the prior art, and it can be used for a long time. Further, even if the amount of self-hairs is reduced, by adjusting the amount of hairs in the chain netting (11), it is possible to achieve a harmonious amount of hair without widening the mesh as in the related art. . Further, if the knitting yarn (12) is used by twisting it with two yarns, the hand can be improved and the curve can be formed neatly. The whirlpool looks more natural. Moreover, the wig of the present invention becomes lighter in weight and dries faster after washing the hair.
[0009]
【The invention's effect】
The present invention having the above-described configuration has the following effects.
[0010]
A net comprising a chain net (11) arranged in parallel as in claim 1, and a knitting yarn (12) knitted meandering left and right so as to exhibit a waveform between the chain nets (11). By constructing the base (1) and implanting artificial hair on the net base (1), when the partial wig of the present invention is applied and fixed, it is hard to lose its shape and is durable. In addition, even when the amount of self-hair is small, there is no fear that the background can be seen from the mesh, and furthermore, the amount of hair of the wig can be adjusted and a natural hair flow can be obtained, so that a part wig capable of natural attachment can be obtained. It becomes possible.
[0011]
By using a knitting yarn (12) twisted with two yarns and wound around a bundle of hairs (2) as in claim 2, the hand feels good and the curve can be thought out. Therefore, a wig that can be naturally attached is obtained according to the head. In addition, when knitting the hair (2), the yarn is not confused and the entanglement is prevented, and the work proceeds smoothly, so that the cost of the partial wig can be reduced.
[Brief description of the drawings]
