7 is shown. FIG. 11 is a perspective view showing an outline of the whole. [0004] Normally, the bottom surface 101 is folded and integrated as shown in FIG. 12, and when used, the folded bottom surface 101 is returned and opened as shown in FIG.
02, the crease lines 103 remain, and the front face 102, the back face 104, and the side face 105 have wrinkles, which impair the aesthetics. Further, as shown in FIG. 14, the opening of the conventional paper carrying bag is closed using an adhesive tape 106 or the like. Further, as shown in FIG. 15, the conventional paper carrying bag has a bottom surface 101 attached thereto, is folded as shown in FIG. 16 in an integrated state, and is in a bulky state as shown in FIG. [0007] In a paper carrying bag, there are no creases or wrinkles, the appearance is excellent, and it can be differentiated from the others. In addition, a special adhesive tape or the like for stopping the opening is used. There is a need to provide a paper or paperboard carrying bag that can be sufficiently stacked when being stacked without using a stopper, and the present applicant has proposed, in order to solve the problem, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2000-203594 "Hexagonal bottom plate or paperboard. We have already proposed a "handbag". However, the mechanical attachment is performed as shown in the conceptual perspective view of FIG. The unfolded paperboard 201 conveyed by the machine is reinforced by a nozzle 202 with a reinforcing panel 203 of the unfolded paperboard 201 and respective folded surfaces 204 and 20.
Glue 207 is supplied in spots to 4, 205 and 206,
Subsequently, folding and crimping are performed. Further, the bottom panel upper 208 and the bottom panel lower 20
9 was adhered with the spot-shaped glue 207, so that the strength was insufficient and it sometimes came off. [0010] Further, in the conventional bag making machine, paper could not be used even though paper could be used. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION In view of the above circumstances, the present invention has no creases on the front side, has no wrinkles, has excellent aesthetics, and has an adhesive to the upper opening. No special fasteners such as tapes are required, and when stacking and storing, the required number of sheets can be stacked sufficiently, and to prevent the bottom from falling out due to insufficient strength of the bottom, a square rectangular paper or paperboard is used. A front panel and a rear panel having the same shape as the front panel are connected left and right, and one of the lower sides of the front panel and the rear panel has a rectangular bottom panel below, and the other has substantially the same shape as the bottom panel below. On the bottom panel of the front panel or the rear panel, and glue allowance on either side of the front panel or the rear panel. A fold surface is connected to an end portion, and a fold surface is connected to a lower portion of a roof-shaped bottom panel having substantially the same shape as the hexagonal bottom / fold surface, and a fold surface is connected to both ends of the fold surface, and the inner surface of the fold surface and the inner surface of the front panel or the back panel, respectively. A hexagonal bottom paper or paperboard carrying bag was prepared by bonding the inner surface and bonding the upper and outer surfaces of the bottom panel to the lower and outer surfaces of the bottom panel, and bonding the margin to the side edge of the back panel or front panel with glue or double-sided tape. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS The present invention will be described below in detail with reference to specific embodiments shown in the accompanying drawings. FIG. 1 is an exploded view of a handbag made of hexagonal paperboard. Needless to say, paper can be used instead of paperboard. A rectangular front panel 1 and a rear panel 2 of the same shape as the front panel 1 are connected to a substantially rectangular paperboard with a folding line 11 interposed therebetween. A folding line 12 is provided at the lower side of the front panel 1.
The hexagonal bottom panel upper 21 and the folded surfaces 22 at both ends thereof are connected to each other with the interposition of. A lower panel 23 having substantially the same shape as the upper panel 21 and folding surfaces 24 and 25 at both ends thereof are connected to a lower side of the rear panel 2 with folding lines 13 interposed therebetween. In addition, the bottom panel upper part 21 was set to have a sufficiently large area as compared with Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2000-203594 so that the bottom surface could be covered as much as possible, and it was possible to sufficiently reinforce the bottom hole. The bottom panel bottom 23 was also made as large as possible to provide sufficient reinforcement. A glue margin 5 is connected to the outer side of the front panel 1 with a folding line 15 interposed therebetween. A reinforcing panel 6 is connected to the upper side of each of the front panel 1 and the rear panel 2 with a fold line 14 interposed therebetween, and an insertion hole 7 through which a handle is inserted is formed in the reinforcement panel 6. An insertion hole 8 is formed at a position on the front panel 1 and the rear panel 2 opposite to. The bottom panel upper portion 21 is a hexagonal plate having triangular ends at both ends, and has folding surfaces 22 at both end portions on the folding line 12 side. A glue allowance 27 is provided on the outer folding surface 22 via a folding line 26. In Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2000-203594, there is no glue allowance 27 associated with this modification. In the state before modification, when the outer surface of the glue allowance 5 and the inner surface of the rear panel 2 are bonded,
The unprinted part of the inner surface of the camera is visible. To solve the problem, a glue allowance 27 is provided, and when the glue allowance 27 and the glue allowance 5 are pasted together, the outer surface (printing surface) of the glue allowance 27 extends outward from the bottom panel 21 as shown in FIG. To appear. When the control panel 31 is adhered to the bottom panel upper part 21 and the bag is raised, the appearance of the bottom part is entirely constituted by the printed surface. The glue allowance 27 is formed between the outer surface and the bottom panel.
The outer surface of one end and the outer surface of the folding surface 22 are adhered.
By providing this glue allowance 27 and adhering it to the upper end 21 of the bottom panel and the folding surface 22, the glue allowance 27 is sufficiently fixed to the lower part of the front panel 1 and the rear panel 2 when the bag is raised. Bending lines 29 on the sewing machine surface at both ends of the bottom panel composed of the bottom panel upper part 21 and the bottom panel lower part 23
Also, the bending line 36 of the perforation is sufficiently attracted to the lower side of the front panel 1 and the rear panel 2, so that the perforation of the bending line 29 and the bending line 36 is not exposed to the outside. For example, when the outer surface of this bag is made vermilion or the like, the perforated white is conspicuous on the outside.
The sewing machine surface can be made inconspicuous by providing. A perforated bending line 29 extending vertically from each end of the lower side 28 on the straight line of the bottom panel 21 to the folding line 12 is engraved. In the center of the lower side 28, a semicircular notch 33 into which a finger is inserted is formed. Bending of a convex oblique side 30 and a convex oblique side extending inward and outward from both ends of a horizontal bisector (not shown) bisecting the width of the bottom panel 21. The line 34 is engraved. The lower bottom panel 23 has a roof shape, and a perforated fold line 35 is formed between the roof eaves (extending from a bisector (not shown) of the bottom panel 21). A rectangular operation panel 31 is provided below the line 35, and a semicircular notch 32 into which a finger is inserted when operating the operation panel 31 is cut in the center of the lower side of the operation panel 31. From both sides of the operation panel 31, the folding lines 13
, A perforated bending line 36 is formed. A folding surface 24 is provided at both ends of the folding line 13 side.
Form 25. The boundary between the bottom panel lower part 23 and the folding surface 24 is formed with an outwardly arcuate perforated bending line 37, and the boundary between the bottom panel lower part 23 and the folding surface 25 is the upper part perforation. It comprises an outwardly arcuate bending line 38 and a lower vertical slit 39 connected to the bending line 38. The boundary between the bottom panel upper part 21 and the bottom panel lower part 23 is composed of an upper folding line 40 and a lower cut 41 connected to the folding line 40. The boundary between the reinforcing panels 6 is as follows:
It comprises a folding line 42 and a cut 43. Next, the assembling of the hexagonal bottom plate handbag will be described. FIG. 1 is an exploded view of a handbag made of a hexagonal bottom plate. Fig. 2 shows the development paperboard of a hexagonal bottom plate carrying bag,
Arrows indicate the flow direction of the work in the bonding machine. FIG. 3 shows a state in which the glue 44 is adhered to the reinforcing panels 6.6, the glue allowance 26, and the inner surfaces of the folded surfaces 22, 22, 24, 25. Glue 4 while flowing the work in the direction of the arrow
4 is supplied by computer control through a nozzle. Reinforcement panel 6.6, glue allowance 27, folding surface 22
Reference numerals 4 and 25 are set so as to have a sufficiently large area for the supply and flow of the glue. Subsequently, as shown in FIG.
6 is folded along the folding lines 14 and 14 and the bottom panel 21 21 and the folding surfaces 22 and 22. The glue margin 27 is folded with the folding lines 12 and the bottom panel 23 and the folding surfaces 24 and 25 are folded with the folding lines 13. Then, the inner surfaces of the reinforcing panels 6 and 6, the inner surface of the front panel 1 and the inner surface of the back panel 2, the inner surface of the glue allowance 27 and the inner surface of the glue allowance 5, the inner surfaces of the folding surfaces 22 and 22 and the front panel 1
The inner surfaces, the inner surfaces of the folded surfaces 24 and 25, and the inner surface of the rear panel 2 are bonded to each other. Next, as shown in FIG.
Outside and folded glue allowance 5 Double sided tape 45.4 on outside
6 is pasted by hand. Subsequently, as shown in FIG.
And the rear panel 2 are folded along the folding line 11 to provide a glue allowance of 5
At the same time, the outer surface of the rear panel 2 and the outer surface of the rear panel 2 are bonded together, and the outer surface of the control panel 31 and the outer surface of the bottom panel 21 are bonded together.
Also, the bending line 36 of the perforation is sufficiently attracted to the lower side of the front panel 1 and the rear panel 2 so that the perforation of the bending line 29 and the bending line 36 is not exposed to the outside. For example, when the outer surface of this bag is made vermilion or the like, the perforated white is conspicuous on the outside.
The sewing machine surface can be made inconspicuous by providing. Note that the presence of the slit 39 facilitated the occurrence of the bottom panel near the slit 39. FIG. 6 shows a case in which a pasting machine is used instead of manual work. In this case, the flow of the work is in the direction of arrow A. Therefore, the bonding is performed like the glues 51, 51, 52. Although not shown here, the inner surface of the margin 5 can be bonded to the outer surface of the back panel 2. FIG. 8 shows a state where the assembly is completed. Reference numeral 47 denotes a handle. According to the bag made of hexagonal bottom paperboard, the front panel 1 and the back panel 2 are directly bonded by the glue allowance 5 without any intervening sides, so that there are no folded lines and no wrinkles. , The appearance is not spoiled. Also, since the bottom panel of the hexagon-bottom paperboard bag is hexagonal, when the bottom surface is developed into a hexagon when used, the opening is closed, and the opening is closed like a conventional paper-made bag. There is no need for tape or the like. Further, as shown in FIGS. 9 and 10,
Since the paper carrying bag is in a flat state at the time of stacking, the conventional paper carrying bag is in a bulky state as shown in FIGS. 11 and 13, but can be sufficiently stacked when stacking. In the above embodiment, the case where the bottom panel is connected to the front panel and the bottom panel is connected to the back panel is described.
It goes without saying that the present invention can be implemented even when the rear panel is connected to the bottom panel. Further, although an example is described in which the glue margin is connected only to the front panel, it goes without saying that the present invention can be applied to any case where only the rear panel is connected. As described above, according to the present invention, a rectangular front panel and a rear panel having the same shape as the front panel are formed on a substantially rectangular paper or paperboard. Alternatively, one of the lower sides of the back panel is connected to the bottom of the rectangular bottom panel, and the other is connected to the bottom of the bottom panel having substantially the same shape as the bottom of the bottom panel. A hexagonal bottom panel is provided on one of the lower side of the front panel and the rear panel and a folding surface on both ends thereof, and a roof-shaped bottom panel having substantially the same shape as the hexagonal bottom / folding surface is provided on the other side. Folding surfaces are connected to the bottom and both ends thereof, and a triangular folding surface is formed outside the respective folding line, and the inner surface of the folding surface and the inner surface of the front panel or the rear panel are formed. It is a hexagonal bottom paper or paperboard handbag made by bonding the inner surface and bonding the upper outer surface of the bottom panel and the lower outer surface of the bottom panel, and the glue allowance and the side edge of the back panel or front panel with glue or double-sided tape. Alternatively, the carrying bag can be made of paperboard. Further, according to the present invention, it is possible to prevent the bottom from falling out due to insufficient strength of the bottom. Further, according to the present invention, the glue allowance allows the outer surface thereof to adhere to the outer surface of the upper end portion of the bottom panel and the outer surface of the folding surface. By providing this glue allowance and bonding it to the upper end of the bottom panel and the folded surface, when the bag is raised, the glue allowance is sufficiently fixed to the lower part of the front panel and back panel,
The bending line of the perforated surface and the perforated line at both ends of the bottom panel composed of the bottom panel and the bottom panel are also sufficiently attracted to the front panel / back panel lower side,
The perforations of the fold lines are not exposed to the outside. For example, when the outer surface of the bag is made vermilion or the like, the perforated white is conspicuous on the outside, but the perforated surface can be made inconspicuous by providing a glue allowance. Note that the presence of the slit facilitated the occurrence of the bottom panel near the slit.
