Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 共有架橋した親水性ポリマー及び水溶性化合物を含む親水性コーティング 。 2. 前記親水性ポリマーがビニル基によって架橋していることを特徴とする、 請求項1記載の親水性コーティング。 3. 前記水溶性化合物が、単糖、二糖、オリゴ糖、糖アルコール、ポリペプチ ド、非毒性有機塩、無機塩、有機酸、無機酸、尿素及びこれらの混合物より選ば れることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2記載の親水性コーティング。 4. 前記水溶性化合物が、グルコース、ソルビトール、アルカリ金属もしくは アルカリ土類金属又は銀のハロゲン化物、硝酸塩、酢酸塩、クエン酸塩もしくは 安息香酸塩、例えば塩化ナトリウム、クエン酸ナトリウム、安息香酸ナトリウム 、塩化カルシウム、塩化カリウム、沃化カリウム、硝酸カリウム;酢酸、グリシ ン、並びに尿素より選ばれることを特徴とする、請求項3記載の親水性コーティ ング。 5. 前記水溶性化合物が、親水性コーティングを基準として0.1〜200%(w/w) の量存在することを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の親水性コ ーティング。 6. 前記水溶性化合物が、2〜80%(w/w)の量存在することを特徴とする、請 求項5記載の親水性コーティング。 7. 前記水溶性化合物が尿素であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれ か1項に記載の親水性コーティング。 8. 前記架橋したコーティングが抗菌剤を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜 7のいずれか1項に記載の親水性コーティング。 9. 架橋した親水性ポリマー及び水溶性化合物を含む親水性コー ティングを有する医療用具もしくは装置。 10.架橋した親水性ポリマー及び水溶性化合物を含む親水性コーティングを 有する医療用具もしくは装置の製造方法であって、1以上の工程において、親水 性プレポリマー及び所望によりモノマー、オリゴマーもしくはポリマー及び水溶 性化合物の溶液を塗布すること、溶剤を蒸発させること、及び放射線による活性 化によってコーティングを架橋させること、及び所望によりこの親水性コーティ ングを加水分解し、所望により中和すること、を特徴とする方法。
