Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 熱伝達を意図する冷媒を充填された閉鎖循環回路を有し、該冷媒が周囲温 度において循環回路内の最大作動圧力より高い飽和圧力を有する冷凍システムで あって、該冷凍システムが少なくとも一つまたはそれ以上の蒸発器または熱交換 器、冷媒の循環用装置および一つまたはそれ以上の凝縮器、および少なくとも一 つの冷凍回路と接続した冷媒用コンテナよりなる前記冷凍システムにおいて、コ ンテナ(1)が断熱されかつ周囲温度における冷媒の飽和温度より低い、それに 等しいまたはそれより高い圧力用に設計され、該コンテナ(1)がコンテナ(1 )内の液体表面に対して凝縮するため冷凍回路内の蒸発した冷媒の少なくとも一 部に対して液相の冷媒を十分に充填されること、およびコンテナに関連して飽和 圧力がタンクの最大作動圧力を超えるとき冷媒を放出する少なくとも一つの圧力 逃がし弁(21)を設けられたことを特徴とする前記冷凍システム。 2. 冷媒が二酸化炭素であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載された閉鎖循環 回路を有する冷凍システム。 3. 循環回路と関連して飽和圧力が循環回路の最大作動圧力を超えるとき冷媒 を放出する少なくとも一つの圧力逃がし弁(21)が設けられたことを特徴とす る請求項1または2のいずれかの一項に記載された閉循環回路を有する冷凍シス テム。 4. 断熱コンテナ(1)と循環回路の周辺要素への回路との間の接続は飽和圧 力が回路全部または一部において最大作動圧力を超える前に閉鎖すべく設計され た手動または自動弁(13)を備えたことを特徴とする請求項1から3の一項に 記載された閉循環回路を有する冷凍システム。 5. 手動または自動弁と接続された逆止弁(15)を備え、該逆止弁(15) は蒸発した冷媒が回路の他の要素から断熱コンテナ(1)に入ることだけを許す ことを特徴とする請求項4に記載された閉循環回路を有する冷凍システム。 6. 断熱コンテナ(1)が低圧コンテナとして循環回路の一部を形成すること を特徴とする請求項1から5の一項に記載された閉循環回路を有する冷凍システ ム。 7. 断熱コンテナ(1)は冷媒が二次媒体として使用される流体コンテナとし て循環回路の一部を形成することを特徴とする請求項1から5の一項に記載され た閉循環回路を有する冷凍システム。 8. 弁(40)が設けられ、該弁(40)は蒸発した冷媒が該断熱コンテナ( 1)内の圧力の回路内の最大作動圧力以上への上昇後断熱コンテナ(1)内の圧 力の制御された低下を得るため弁(40)後方の制御された圧力において断熱コ ンテナ(1)から圧縮機(6)に入ることを許すことを特徴とする請求項1から 7のいずれか一項に記載された閉循環回路を有する冷凍システム。 9. 弁(41)が設けられ、該弁(41)は蒸発した冷媒が断熱コンテナ(1 )内の圧力の回路内の最大作動圧力以上への上昇後断熱コンテナ(1)内の圧力 の制御された低下を得るため断熱コンテナ(1)から弁後方の制御された圧力で 凝縮器(3)内の凝縮を通じて凝縮器(3)に入ることを許すことを特徴とする 請求項1から7のいずれかの一項に記載された閉鎖回路を有する冷凍システム。 10.断熱コンテナ(1)内の圧力の回路内の最大作動圧力以上への上昇後断熱 コンテナ(1)内の圧力の制御された低下中凝縮した冷媒を蓄積するためコンテ ナ(50)内のまたは凝縮器(3)内のもしくは凝縮器(3)と管部分(7)と の間の管部分内に必要な容積が存在することを特徴とする請求項1から9のいず れかの一項に記載された閉回路を有する冷凍システム。
