Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.電子キャッシュスマートカードの有効性を確認する方法であって、 光メモリストライプを前記スマートカードに接着するステップと、 前記光メモリストライプ上の特定の位置に光学有効性確認データを記録するス テップと、 基準有効性確認データをスマートカード読出デバイス内に記録するステップと 、 前記有効性確認データのために特定された前記位置において前記光ストライプ 上の光学データを読出すステップと、 リーダデバイスにおいて光学確認と基準有効性確認とを比較するステップと、 前記光学有効性確認データが前記基準有効性確認データと一致するかどうかに 応じて前記電子キャッシュスマートカードを受理または拒否するステップとを含 む、方法。 2.前記比較するステップにおいて前記電子キャッシュスマートカードおよび前 記基準有効性確認データが同じ地理的場所に存在する、請求項1に記載の方法。 3.前記比較するステップにおいて前記電子キャッシュスマートカードおよび前 記基準有効性確認データが電子的にリンクされる異なった地理的場所に存在する 、請求項1に記載の方法。 4.前記光メモリストライプ上の前記有効性確認データはカード発行機関のアイ デンティフィケーションを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。 5.前記有効性確認データのうちの少なくとも一部は、カード上にアイデンティ フィケーションがある前記カード発行機関に前記カードが届けられる前に予め記 録される、請求項4に記載の方法。 6.前記光メモリストライプ上の前記記録された有効性確認データはレーザまた はフォトリソグラフィにより予め記録されたデータを含む、請求項1に記載の方 法。 7.カード読出システム内の前記基準有効性確認データはあるグループの特定さ れたカード発行機関に限られる、請求項1に記載の方法。 8.前記有効性確認データは、カード連続番号、カード発行の日付、発行人の地 理的場所および購入が許されない品物の種類の情報の内の一部を含む、請求項1 に記載の方法。
