Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.コンテナ、ケース、液体タンク、容器、パイプライン、車両フレーム、車 体などのプラスチック成形品およびデザイン構造部材であって、 耐力構造(3)が、複数のお互いに結合された高強度の繊維強化された個々の 構造要素(5)から構成され、 前記耐力構造が、成形品を形成するポリマー材料(8)によって少なくとも部 分的に取り囲まれたことを特徴とするプラスチック成形品およびデザイン構造部 材。 2.構造要素(5)は、ガラス、炭素、アラミド、LCポリマーの連続繊維、 または、その他の高強度ポリマー繊維によって強化されていることを特徴とする 請求項1に記載のプラスチック成形品およびデザイン構造部材。 3.構造要素(5)が、マトリックス材料として、ポリアミド(PA)、ポリプ ロピレン(PP)、ポリエチレンテレフタレート(PET)、ポリブチレンテレフタ レート(PBT)、ポリカーボネート(PC)、ポリイミド(PI)、ポリアクリレー ト、ポリフェニレンサルファイド(PPS)、またはポリエーテルエーテルケトン (PEEK)などの熱可塑性樹脂を有することを特徴とする請求項1または2に 記載のプラスチック成形品およびデザイン構造部材。 4.構造要素(5)が、マトリックスとして、ポリウレタン(PUR)、不飽和 ポリエステル樹脂、エポキシ樹脂、フェノール樹脂、アミノプラスチック、また は、ノボラック樹脂などのデュロマー材料を有することを特徴とする請求項1ま たは2に記載のプラスチック成形品およびデザイン構造部材。 5.耐力構造(3)を形成するための構造要素(5)として、ロッド、パイプ 、バー、断面材などの長さ方向の構造部材、および、プレート、積層板、ハニカ ム、グリッドなどの平面構造部材が使用されることを特徴とする請求項1〜4の いずれか1項に記載のプラスチック成形品およびデザイン構造部材。 6.耐力構造(3)を構成するための構造要素が、結合要素(7)によってお 互いに結合されることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載のプラス チック成形品およびデザイン構造部材。 7.耐力構造を提供するための個々の構造要素(5)が、押出成形、引抜成形 、射出成形、または、その他の連続プラスチック加工プロセスによって製造され 、個々の要素は、切断、打ち抜き、圧延、のこ引き、そして、その後の仕上げに よって、連続材料から形成されることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか1項 に記載のプラスチック成形品およびデザイン構造部材。 8.耐力構造を構成するための個々の構造要素が、高強度のコアと、構造要素 を直接に取り囲むポリマー材料(8)と相溶性のある最も外側の層としての結合 層とを備えた複数層からなる形態であり、その結果として、構造要素とポリマー 材料とが、結合層(9)によって、粘着性によってしっかりとお互いに結合され ることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載のプラスチツク成形品お よびデザイン構造部材。 9.構造要素(5)の表面が、取り囲んでいるポリマー材料(8)との接触面 において拡散が存在する程度の相溶性を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜8の いずれか1項に記載のプラスチック成形品およびデザイン構造部材。 10.ポリマー材料(8)が、ポリアミド(PA)、ポリプロピレン(PP)、ポ リエチレンテレフタレート(PET)、ポリブチレンテレフタレート(PBT)、ポ リカーボネート(PC)、ポリイミド(PI)、ポリアクリレート、ポリフェニレン サルファイド(PPS)、または、ポリエーテルエーテルケトン(PEEK)など の熱可塑性ポリマーを有することを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記 載のプラスチック成形品およびデザイン構造部材。 11.ポリマー材料(8)が、短繊維強化材または長繊維強化材を有すること を特徴とする請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載のプラスチック成形品および デザイン構造部材。 12.ポリマー材料(8)が、構造要素(5)の結合箇所において、結合領域 (6)を形成することを特徴とする請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載のプラ スチック成形品およびデザイン構造部材。 13.ポリマー材料が、複数層からなる形態(8.1、8.2)であり、個々 の層におけるポリマー材料の強度および剛性が、構造要素(5)から表面にわた り次第に減少することを特徴とする請求項1〜12のいずれか1項に記載のプラ スチック成形品およびデザイン構造部材。 14.ポリマー材料(8)が、少なくとも部分的に発泡させられる(8.0) ことを特徴とする請求項1〜13のいずれか1項に記載のプラスチック成形品お よびデザイン構造部材。 15.ポリマー材料(8)が、少なくとも部分的に着色されたことを特徴とす る請求項1〜14のいずれか1項に記載のプラスチック成形品およびデザイン構 造部材。 16.請求項1〜15のいずれか1項に記載のプラスチック成形品およびデサ イン構造部材を製造する方法であって、 連続繊維強化ポリマーまたは高強度ポリマーからなる構造要素(5)を使用す る工程と、 構造要素を所定の寸法に切断し、加工し、組み立てる工程と、 構造要素を耐力構造(3)に結合する工程と、 耐力構造の少なくとも一部分を金型に挿入する工程と、 熱可塑性ポリマー溶融液(8)を金型に充填する工程と、 金型から成形品を取り出す工程と、 を含むことを特徴とする方法。 17.ポリマー材料(8)が、押出成形によって形成されることを特徴とする 請求項16に記載の方法。 18.金型から取り出した後、少なくとも部分的に取り囲まれた耐力構造(3 )がさらなる金型に挿入され、耐力構造を少なくとも部分的に取り囲む多層ポリ マー材料(8.1、8.2)を形成するために、さらなるプラスチックポリマー 溶融液がその金型に充填されることを特徴とする請求項16または17に記載の 方法。 19.プラスチックポリマー溶融液を充填した後、移動可能な璧体によって同 じ金型の容積を増加させ、それに続いて、耐力構造を取り囲む多層ポリマー材料 を形成するために、さらなるポリマー材料が、同じ金型に充填されることを特徴 とする請求項16または17に記載の方法。 20.多層構造要素または多層ポリマー材料の場合に、界面における粘着性に よって、界面の両側における分子の相互拡散によって、界面における化学反応に よって、あるいは、構造要素(5)とポリマー材料(8)との間に下塗結合層( 9)を配置することによって、良好な結合が界面において得られることを特徴と する請求項16〜19のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 21.耐力構造(3)を形成するために、ねじ込み式の、差し込み式の、およ び、締結式の結合要素などの積極的な結合要素(7)によって、個々の構造要素 (5)が結合されることを特徴とする請求項16に記載の方法。 22.接着、溶接、などによって、個々の構造要素(5)が非積極的にお互い に結合されることを特徴とする請求項16に記載の方法。 23.耐力構造を形成するための個々の構造要素(5)の結合が、ネット、ス トリップなどで個々の構造要素を包むことによって得られることを特徴とする請 求項16に記載の方法。 24.請求項1〜15のいずれか1項に記載のプラスチック成形品およびデザ イン構造部材を備えた車両フレーム。
