Butadiene-styrene copolymer), acrylic resin, polycarbonate resin and the like. For this reason, an ABS resin sheet or the like has been frequently used on the back surface side of the sheet for simultaneous painting with injection molding in consideration of the adhesion to these resins and moldability. On the other hand, when a painted product is required to have a painted feeling, a transparent acrylic resin sheet having excellent transparency and good moldability, weather resistance, scratch resistance and the like has been used on the front side. And in order to give a picture, on top of good moldability,
In many cases, a decorative layer was formed by printing on a vinyl chloride resin sheet having excellent printability.

(A) Since the vinyl chloride resin is used, it is not environmentally friendly in that hydrogen chloride gas is generated at the time of waste combustion when it becomes unnecessary. In addition, if an attempt is made to make use of the injection molding simultaneous painting sheet of the unnecessary portion trimmed (cut) after the injection molding simultaneous painting as a molding resin by recycling, there is no problem because the acrylic resin and the ABS resin are similar resins. When vinyl chloride resin was mixed, recycling was difficult. In addition, a large amount of a plasticizer is usually mixed into a vinyl chloride resin sheet in order to impart moldability, and after a molded article is formed, the plasticizer bleeds over time, so that it is used for simultaneous painting during injection molding. Adhesion in the sheet layer (between the transparent acrylic resin sheet / vinyl chloride resin sheet and between the vinyl chloride resin sheet / ABS resin sheet) was reduced.

(B) However, the vinyl chloride resin sheet is omitted, and the back side of the transparent acrylic resin sheet and the ABS are removed.
When a decorative layer is printed on the front and side surfaces of the resin sheet and the laminated resin sheet has two layers, the color of the ABS resin sheet on the back side, which is usually black, has an adverse effect on the color development of the picture. This is because the ABS resin sheet on the back side is often black because the cut end face of the sheet for simultaneous painting with injection molding becomes inconspicuous if it is blackened.
Therefore, between the decoration layer and the ABS resin sheet, so that the black color of the ABS resin sheet does not adversely affect the color development by the decoration layer.
This has been dealt with by printing and forming a solid color concealing layer over the entire surface. However, the thickness of the color concealing layer formed by printing or coating is limited, and thus the concealing property is limited.

When the sheet for simultaneous painting with injection molding has any one of the above-mentioned constitutions, first, a vinyl chloride resin sheet is not used, and the sheet is environmentally friendly. Further, a feeling of painting can be imparted by the transparent acrylic resin sheet on the front side. In addition, the black ABS resin sheet on the back side makes the cut end surface black and makes it inconspicuous, and also secures the adhesiveness with a styrene-based injection molding resin such as an ABS resin or an AS resin. Moreover, since a colored concealed ABS resin sheet containing a titanium color is provided between the decorative layer on the lower side of the transparent acrylic resin sheet on the front side and the black ABS resin sheet on the back side, the concealing property can be sufficiently secured. The black color of the black ABS resin sheet on the back side does not adversely affect the coloring of the decorative layer. In addition, the decorative layer is a specific resin, and an adhesive layer of the same specific resin as the specific resin of the decorative layer is provided between the decorative layer and the transparent acrylic resin sheet or between the colored concealed ABS resin sheets. In addition, adhesion between all layers of the sheet for simultaneous painting with injection molding can be ensured. In addition, there are two forms of the position of the adhesive layer. When manufacturing the sheet for simultaneous painting with injection molding, what is selected as a printing object (a transparent acrylic resin sheet or a colored concealed ABS resin sheet) of the decoration layer? Depends on the difference.

The decorative layer may be a functional layer such as a conductor layer or a magnetic layer, in addition to a decorative layer having a wood grain pattern or the like. For example, in the conductor layer, a conductive powder such as silver powder is dispersed instead of a coloring agent as a material to be contained in the binder of the specific resin. In the case of a magnetic material layer, a magnetic material powder made of iron oxide (γ-Fe 2 O 3 ) or the like is dispersed instead of the coloring agent.

[Adhesive Layer] The adhesive layer 3 is made of vinyl chloride
It is composed of a mixture of a vinyl acetate copolymer and an acrylic resin. These resins are the same resins as the binder resin of the decoration layer. Therefore, the resin is described as the binder resin of the decorative layer, and the description is omitted. However, it is not necessary that the contents of both resins and the mixing ratio of both resins are completely the same as those of the decorative layer. The content may be appropriately determined according to the adhesiveness, suitability for printing and coating, and the like. The adhesive layer is provided so that the resin sheet having the decorative layer formed thereon can be easily bonded and laminated to another resin sheet by heat fusion. Therefore,
When the decorative layer 2 is formed on the transparent acrylic resin sheet 1, the lower side of the decorative layer 2 (the colored concealed ABS resin sheet 4
Side) is provided with an adhesive layer 3 (see FIG. 1A). On the other hand, when the decorative layer 2 is formed on the colored concealed ABS resin sheet 4, the adhesive layer 3 is provided at a position above the decorative layer 2 (on the side of the transparent acrylic resin sheet 1) (see FIG. 1B). ]. The formation target of the adhesive layer 3 is, for example, in the form of FIG. 1A, the surface of the decoration layer of the transparent acrylic resin sheet 1 on which the decoration layer 2 has been formed, or in the form of FIG. For example, it is the side of the transparent acrylic resin sheet 1 of the colored concealing ABS resin sheet 4. The purpose of providing the same resin-based adhesive layer as the decorative layer is to supplement the adhesiveness of the decorative layer, which tends to decrease due to the inclusion of a coloring agent or the like in the binder resin, with this adhesive layer. is there. Note that the adhesive layer may be formed by a known printing method (or coating method) using an ink (or coating liquid) containing the specific resin.
The thickness of the adhesive layer is not particularly limited.

[Colored concealed ABS resin sheet]
The BS resin sheet 4 is provided in order to hide the black color of the underlying black ABS resin sheet 5 and improve the coloring of the pattern by the decorative layer 3. To make the ABS resin sheet colored and concealable,
For example, an ABS resin to which a white pigment is added may be used. As the white pigment, for example, titanium white, zinc white, diantimony trioxide and the like are used. Among them, titanium white is preferred in terms of hiding properties, weather resistance, heat resistance, and other physical properties. If necessary, a colorant serving as a base color of the pattern of the decorative layer may be further added. As the coloring agent, various known pigments and dyes described in the above-mentioned decorative layer may be used.
As a pigment to be added to secure the hiding power, in addition to the hiding power, it can be used for color development of any pattern in general, and white (achromatic) white with a uniform spectral reflection spectrum in the visible light band. Only pigments are preferred. However, when the colored concealed ABS resin sheet is white, there is a black ABS resin sheet underneath to make the cut end face of the painting sheet inconspicuous. / Two layers of black become noticeable. For that reason,
It is unsuitable for a picture-formed product having a configuration in which the cut end face of the sheet is visible. For this reason, in order to make the cut end face of the sheet inconspicuous in this case as well, it is advisable to add a pigment having the same hue as that of the picture in addition to the white pigment. It is even better if black is added as far as the color development is not hindered. When a pigment is used as a colorant in combination with a white pigment, a dye may be used although the concealing property is inferior to that of the pigment. However, when a colorant such as a pigment or a dye is used in combination with a white pigment, color development and its versatility are reduced.

A resin sheet is used as a concealing layer between the upper decorative layer 3 and the lower black ABS resin sheet 5, and the ABS resin is used for this resin because the black ABS resin sheet on the back of the painting sheet is used. This is because good adhesion to the above can be ensured. As the ABS resin (acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene copolymer) to be used, resins of various known grades may be used according to the application. Further, the thickness of the colored concealing ABS resin sheet may be at least a thickness that can secure the concealing property. Although it depends on the application, the thickness is usually about 30 to 200 μm.

[Black ABS Resin Sheet] The black ABS resin sheet 5 is a layer on the back side of the sheet for simultaneous painting with injection molding. By adopting the ABS resin sheet for this layer, the sheet for simultaneous painting with injection molding can be used. ABS resin, AS resin (acrylonitrile-styrene copolymer), PS resin (polystyrene) and other resin molded products made of styrene resin,
The lamination can be performed with good adhesion. By making this resin sheet black, the cut end surface of the sheet for simultaneous painting with injection molding can be made inconspicuous. In order to make the ABS resin sheet black, for example, an ABS resin to which a black pigment such as carbon black or iron black is added may be used. Among them, carbon black is (black) coloring, weather resistance,
It is preferable from the viewpoint of other physical properties. In addition, as the ABS resin to be used, various known grades of resin may be used according to the application. The thickness of the black ABS resin sheet is not particularly limited, but is usually about 100 to 300 μm in consideration of the total thickness and the like required for the entire sheet for simultaneous painting with injection molding.

Of course, if the drawing sheet has a large drawing, it is preferable to carry out preforming. On the other hand, when the drawing sheet has a small amount of drawing, the drawing sheet may be formed only by the resin pressure of the resin in the flowing state to be injected. At this time, if the drawing is shallow, the painting sheet may be formed by the resin pressure of the resin in the flowing state to be filled into the mold at the same time as the resin injection without preforming. Further, even when the painting sheet is formed by the resin pressure, the painting sheet may utilize the heat of the injection resin without preheating. In addition, the preforming of the sheet for painting is usually performed by using the injection mold also as the vacuum mold (in-line preforming), but before supplying the sheet for painting between the dies, another vacuum is formed outside the mold. Preforming (off-line preforming) such as vacuum forming of a sheet for painting with a forming die may be used. However, it is preferable that the preforming is performed by using both the injection molding die and the vacuum molding die in that the painting sheet can be efficiently and accurately laminated. However, in the case where the preformed painting sheets are collectively manufactured in another place in advance, the preforming is preferably in the form of off-line preforming. In the description of the present invention, vacuum forming includes vacuum pressure forming. The sheet for simultaneous painting with injection molding used in the simultaneous painting method for injection molding of the present invention may be either a single sheet or a continuous strip.

First, as shown in FIG.
Using a vacuum forming mold Mv having a suction means such as 1, a sheet for simultaneous injection-molded painting softened by heating with a heater 32 is preformed by vacuum forming. In the figure, the vacuum forming mold Mv
Is a mold surface having substantially the same shape and the same concavo-convex shape as an injection mold Mb described later. The vacuum forming mold Mv is made of metal such as iron or aluminum, or ceramics. Also,
The sheet S for simultaneous painting with injection molding is appropriately fixed by a frame-shaped sheet clamp 33. At this time, the back side (black ABS resin sheet side) of the sheet for simultaneous painting with injection molding is oriented in the direction of the injection resin side (upward in the drawing). The softening by heating by the heater 32 is, for example, non-contact radiation heating, but may be conduction heating by contact. Then, in the preforming, the sheet for painting is vacuum-molded by sucking from the suction hole and vacuum-forming.
Vacuum forming along the mold surface of In addition, vacuum forming may be vacuum press forming using both pressure and air, and this is also included.

In the simultaneous painting method for injection molding, conventionally known injection molding resins can be used as the injection molded resin to be molded into a resin molded product, and there is basically no particular limitation. What is necessary is just to select according to physical properties, cost, etc. However, in the present invention, since an ABS resin is used on the back side of the sheet for simultaneous painting with injection molding, a styrene-based resin having good adhesion to the ABS resin is preferable. The styrene-based resin is, for example, an ABS resin, an AS resin, a PS resin, or the like.
