In many cases, the box is composed of a combination of a box main body and a lid which engages with the box in order to facilitate storage of the heat storage material. . It is preferable that a sheet material having excellent heat conductivity is interposed between the heating element and the lid member in the floor material main body, so that the heat transfer from the heating element to the heat storage material is equalized in terms of surface. As a constituent material of the sheet material, carbon-containing fibers, various metal plates, and the like are preferable.

Since the presence of the partition wall enhances the strength of the box, the durability of the heat generating unit to the load applied from the lid member side is improved. As a result, the effect of preventing the floor from sinking due to walking or the like can be obtained, and the thickness of the box can be reduced accordingly.

In the latter case, it is preferable to first arrange the box closely in a predetermined heating place in a plane, and then mount the heat generating unit thereon. In this case, there is no restriction from the heat generating unit as in the case where the heat generating unit is integrated with the heat generating unit, and therefore, the box can be laid efficiently.
