Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.触媒および/または促進剤として有効な少なくとも1種類の物質を、担体 材料としての織成ないし編成体またはシート上に蒸着させ、かつ/もしくはスパ ッタリング処理して製造され得る触媒パッキングを、不均一系触媒反応と、触媒 パッキング上での蒸留ないし精留とを同時に行なうように結合された触媒的蒸留 方法において使用する方法。 2.触媒パッキングが、帯片状であるのが好ましい、織成ないし編成体または シートから形成される少なくとも1個の触媒モノリス単位体を含有する、請求項 1の方法。 3.織成ないし編成体またはシートが、金属、ことにステンレススチールで構 成されている、請求項1または2の方法。 4.織成もしくは編成体またはシートが、蒸着および/またはスパッタリング 処理前、400から1100℃、ことに800から1000℃に、0.5から2 4時間、ことに1から10時間、酸素含有雰囲気中において加熱される、請求項 3の方法。 5.織成ないし編成体またはシートが、無機材料またはプラスチックで構成さ れている、請求項1または2の方法。 6.触媒活性物質が、元素周期表Iおよび/またはVIIおよび/またはVI II遷移族元素の中から選定され、かつ/もしくは促進剤が、IV、VおよびV I主族と、II、III、VIおよびVII遷移族元素の中から選定される、上 記請求項のいずれかの方法。 7.上記請求項のいずれかの触媒パッキングが充填されている蒸留カラムを含 有し、不均一系触媒反応が、触媒パッキング上における蒸留ないし精留と結合し て行なわれる、触媒的蒸留用反応器。 8.請求項7の蒸留用反応器を、請求項1から5のいずれかの触媒的蒸留のた めに使用する方法。
