Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.2つの同軸状の回転自在な質量体(1)(2)を備え、これらの質量体の 間に、結合手段(4)および軸方向に作用する摩擦手段(4)が作動的に挟持さ れた状態で、これら質量体が共通する軸方向の対称軸線(X−X)を中心として 、一方が他方に対して回転運動するように取り付けられており、結合手段(3) および軸方向に作用する摩擦手段(4)は、おおむね質量体のうちの一方の質量 体(1)(2)によって支持されており、2つの質量体(1)(2)のうちの第 1質量体が駆動シャフトと共に回転するように、この駆動シャフトに結合される ようになっており、2つの質量体のうちの第2質量体(2)が、被動シャフトと 共に回転でき、かつこの被動シャフトに切り離し自在に結合されるようになって いると共に、摩擦クラッチの反作用プレート(20)を構成するプレート(20 )を含み、第2質量体(2)が、第1質量体(1)に回転自在に取り付けられて おり、摩擦手段(4)が、質量体のうちの前記一方の質量体(1)(2)の摩擦 面(40)に一部が摩擦係合するようになっており、2つの質量体のうちの他方 の質量体(2)(1)と共に回転するように、この他方の質量体に結合された制 御リング(41)と、 間隙をもって制御リング(41)に噛合し、押圧され、前記摩擦面(40)に 接触する、制御リング(41)の径方向外側に位置する摩擦リング(46)と、 2つの質量体のうちの前記一方の質量体(1)(2)に固定された閉鎖リング (45)とを備え、 制御リング(41)および摩擦リングが、前記摩擦面(40)と閉鎖リング( 45)との間に設けられたタイプのダブルフライホイールにおいて、 制御リング(41)(43)が、まず前記摩擦面(40)に摩擦係合し、次に 閉鎖リング(45)に摩擦係合するようになっており、 前記摩擦面(40)と閉鎖リング(45)との間に、制御リング(41)(4 3)が弾性的にグリップされることを特徴とするダブルフライホイール。 2.制御リング(41)の外周部分(43)が、まず前記摩擦面(40)に摩 擦係合し、次に、外周部を介して制御リング(41)を押圧する閉鎖リング(4 5)に係合するようになっており、前記摩擦面(40)と閉鎖リングの内周 部との間に、制御リング(41)が弾性的にグリップされるようになっているこ とを特徴とする、請求項1記載のダブルフライホイール。 3.制御リング(41)が、その外周部に2つの環状作用摩擦表面(43A) (43B)、特に波形部を有し、これら波形部は、軸方向にずれており、まず前 記摩擦面(40)に摩擦係合し、次に閉鎖リング(45)に摩擦係合するように なっていることを特徴とする、請求項2記載のダブルフライホイール。 4.閉鎖リング(45)が、その外周部に、摩擦リングを2つの質量体のうち の前記一方の質量体(1)(2)に締結するためのほぼ横方向を向くフランジを 有し、該フランジが、軸方向を向くゾーン(53)により、ほぼ径方向を向くベ ース(52)に接合され、このベースの中心に孔が開けられており、ベース(5 0)の外周部と前記摩擦面との間に、ベース(52)の内周部と前記摩擦面との 間の軸方向距離(DA2)よりも長い軸方向の距離(DA1)が生じるように、 2つの質量体(1)(2)のうちの前記一方のものに向かって傾斜していること を特徴とする、請求項2記載のダブルフライホイール。 5.2つの作動摩擦表面(43A)(43B)との間、特に制御リング(45 )の波形部の2つの対向する頂部表面の間の軸方向距離が、ベース(52)の内 周部と前記摩擦面(40)との間の軸方向距離(DA2)よりも長いことを特徴 とする、請求項4記載のダンパー型ダブルフライホイール。 6.摩擦リング(46)が閉鎖リング(45)に直接当接し、摩擦リングを押 圧し、前記摩擦面(40)に接触させる、軸方向に作用する弾性リング(48) の作用を受けるようになっていることを特徴とする、請求項1記載のダブルフラ イホイール。 7.弾性リング(48)が閉鎖リング(45)と共に回転できるように、この 閉鎖リング(45)に固定されていることを特徴とする、請求項6記載のダンパ ーダブルフライホイール。 8.弾性リング(48)が、制御リング(45)のプレス加工された突出要素 (58)内に係合する傾斜したラジアルラグ(59)を外周部に有することを特 徴とする、請求項6記載のダンパーダブルフライホイール。 9.摩擦リング(46)が、このリングを制御リング(41)の相補的部分に 噛合させるラグ(47)を内周部に有することを特徴とする、請求項3記載のダ ンパーダブルフライホイール。 10.制御リング(41)の作動摩擦表面が波形部(43A)(43B)であ り、これら波形部の頂部表面が、前記摩擦面(40)および閉鎖リング(45) に連続的に摩擦接触する、制御リング(41)の作動摩擦表面を構成し、摩擦リ ング(46)のラグ(47)が、波形部に噛合していることを特徴とする、請求 項9記載のダンパーダブルフライホイール。 11.制御リング(41)の作動摩擦ゾーン(243A)(243B)が、2 つの径方向にずれた環状ゾーンであり、制御リングが、その外周部(43)を越 えた径方向外側に摩擦リング(46)のラグ(47)に噛合するラグ(104) (106)を含んでいることを特徴とする、請求項9記載のダンパーダブルフラ イホイール。 12.2つの質量体のうちの前記一方が、前記第1質量体(1)であることを 特徴とする、請求項1記載のダンパーダブルフライホイール。
