La presente innovazione concerne un dispositivo di chiusura a leva in particolare per calzature sportive. The present innovation relates to a lever closure device in particular for sports shoes.

Sono noti dispositivi di chiusura a leva per calzature sportive: essi generalmente comprendono una forcella, solidale ad un lembo del tomaio, alle cui ali è articolata una leva provvista di un tirante impegnabile in un meccanismo di aggancio solidale all’altro lembo del tomaio. Claims

R I V E N D I C A Z I O N I 1. Lever closing device, in particular for sports shoes, comprising a lever (8) articulated to a flap of the shoe upper and provided with a traction cable (10) which can be constrained in a coupling member (14) mounted on the another flap of the shoe upper characterized in that it comprises means (22) for locking the rotation of the lever in an open configuration substantially leaning against the upper.

2. Device according to claim 1, characterized in that it also comprises means for locking the rotation of the lever in closed configuration with tie rod (10) engaged in the coupling means (14).

3. Device according to claims 1 and 2 characterized in that said locking means consist of elastic appendages (22) integral with a fork (2) for articulating the lever and interacting with the arm of the lever itself.

4. Device according to claim 3 characterized in that said appendages are L-shaped.

5. Device according to claim 1 characterized in that the free end of the lever arm is provided with a portion (26) which, in closed lever configuration, is inserted into two facing openings present respectively in the rear part of the cuff and in the internal spoiler (30) of the shoe.

6. Device according to claim 1 characterized in that the hooking member consists of a rack (14) provided with a cover (32).

7. Device according to claim 6 characterized in that the lid (32) is articulated at one end of the rack and is elastically engaged at the other end with its coupling element 36 with an appendix (38) present at the other end of the rack.
