Description
DESCRIZIONE
Il dispositivo può essere montato su qualsiasi supporto. E’ un sistema ecologico, autoalimentato, composto da: uno o più pannelli fotovoltaici(A); inseguitore solare(B) formato da un motore passo-passo, da un motoriduttore e da un timer che attiva la rotazione dei pannelli, a cadenze regolari e comunque programmabili, nelle 12 ore per un tempo totale di attivazione di 15 minuti al giorno; una centralina(C); un regolatore di carica(R); un trasmettitore(D); una videocamera totalview a raggi infrarossi(E) dotata di microfono; un portalampada(F) che contiene: un segnalatore luminoso di emergenza(G); un interruttore crepuscolare(H); un segnalatore acustico(I);.una lampada a LED(J); n° 2 sensori volumetrici/infrarosso (K). Lungo il sostegno verticale, che può essere un palo o un traliccio, sono posizionati: un comando di attivazione con sensore ottico/magnetico (L); un interruttore a pulsante (M); alla base del sostegno, in un pozzetto interrato impermeabile a chiusura ermetica per proteggerlo dalle escursioni termiche, è posizionato P accumulatore di energia formato da una o due batterie(N) a gel o similari a ridotta manutenzione. La produzione di energia è assicurata dal pannello fotovoltaico (A) che, tramite un regolatore (R), posto in zona riparata sotto al pannello, carica la batteria (N), la quale a sua volta provvede ad alimentare tutti gli utilizzatori. In analoga posizione è situato il dispositivo (B) che permette al pannello di orientarsi secondo la posizione del sole. La centralina (C), posta vicino al regolatore di carica, controlla tutti gli utilizzatori. L’interruttore crepuscolare (H) comanda la prima accensione della lampada-proiettore a LED (J) che viene spenta automaticamente da un timer. Le accensioni successive sono provocate dai sensori (K) che rilevano la presenza di persone. La lampada di emergenza (G) e l’avvisatore acustico (I) sono comandati dagli interruttori a lettura ottica (L) o a pulsante (M). Sia i sensori di ingombro che i pulsanti attivano la videocamera a raggi infrarossi che copre aree più o meno vaste in base all’ottica montata, e questa invia sia le immagini che i suoni, tramite il trasmettitore (D), secondo tutti i sistemi di trasmissione più usati:
GPS, GPRS, GSM, UMTS, TCP/IP, F.M., A.M., WLAN. -L’apparato sopra descritto presenta i seguenti vantaggi:
• non necessita di collegamenti elettrici e telefonici;
• è completamente autonomo;
• una volta programmata la centralina non occorrono altri interventi; • i dispositivi sono tuti fra loro indipendenti: in caso di avaria o temporanea sospensione del servizio di uno di questi, gli altri possono regolarmente funzionare;
• è affidabile essendo composto di elementi ampiamente collaudati; • i pannelli sono dimensionati per caricare le baterie anche in caso di ridotta insolazione;
• a loro volta queste assicurano energia sufficiente al funzionamento contemporaneo di tutti i componenti che sono stati scelti, proprio per tale motivo, a ridoto assorbimento e bassi consumi di energia.
Claims (1)
- RIVENDICAZIONI L’invenzione, per la quale si richiede il brevetto, riunisce in un unico elemento la capacità di: autoalimentarsi, illuminare, segnalare acusticamente e visivamente eventuali pericoli, mettere in sicurezza, rilevare suoni ed immagini e trasmetterli per via etere, secondo tutti i protocolli con attivazione autonoma e/o comandata. Particolarmente adatta in zone di scarsa edificazione, poco o affatto illuminate, è altresì utilizzabile in ogni condizione venga richiesta una o tutte le sue funzioni sia per uso temporaneo che permanente, sia su struttura fissa che mobile, isolata o collegata in rete con una centrale operativa e/o agli organi di pubblica sicurezza; data la compattezza e la maneggevolezza degli elementi, integrati elettronicamente, é di rapido e facile assemblaggio che può realizzarsi anche in condizioni di emergenza. Riesce a conciliare in uno spazio ridotto, autoalimentandosi, tutte le esigenze di prevenzione, tele guardiania ed allarme che possano essere richieste, gestendole autonomamente. E’ decisiva nella risoluzione di problemi legati alla telesorveglianza di aree isolate, nella prevenzione di crimini contro la persona o contro le cose, nella segnalazione di intrusioni in luoghi riservati, in condizioni di emergenza senza richiedere alcun collegamento e impegno energetico alla rete elettrica e telefonica.
