Abstract

Una struttura di porta fredda, particolarmente per forni domestici, comprende una serie di tre pannelli interni distanziati tra loro da una prima ed una seconda intercapedine. Un quarto pannello esterno è fissato all'intelaiatura in modo da definire una terza intercapedine con il più esterno dei pannelli interni. La seconda e la terza intercapedine sono collegate tra loro mediante aperture ricavate rispettivamente sui bordi inferiore e superiore. Mediante un ventilatore viene generata una corrente d'aria in queste intercapedini per mantenere il quarto pannello esterno a bassa temperatura.
