Abstract

Composti fluoroelastomeriche vulcanizzabili utilizzabili per 0-rings comprendenti:(A) 100 parti (phr) di un copolimero fluoroelastomerico vulcanizzabile avente un contenuto in F del 67% in peso, e comprendente dal 40 al 68% in peso di unità di VDF, dal 20 al 50% in peso di unità di HPF, la somma essendo 100, ed eventualmente uno o più comonomeri ad insaturazione etilenica, detto copolimero avente un numero di terminali ionici di almeno 0,5 per catena;(B) 1a 5 phr (preferito 2 a 4,5) di un addotto fra un accelerante e un vulcanizzante in rapporto molare da 1:3 a 1:5, l'accelerante essendo un composto onio - organico avente una carica positiva, il vulcanizzante essendo un composto di- o poliidrossilico o di- o politielico; l'addotto essendo ottenuto per fusione del prodotto di reazione fra accelerante e vulcanizzante nei rapporti molari indicati, e per fusione della miscela dell'addotto 1:1 additivato con il vulcanizzante nelle quantità indicate.
