Abstract

Un motore composito a combustione interna a ciclo Diesel con turbocompressore a collegamento meccanico comprende un'unità a combustione interna (1) ed un turbocompressore (2) accoppiati tramite un gruppo di trasmissione a rapporto variabile (3). Il gruppo di trasmissione (3) comprende un primo riduttore epicicloidale (8) la cui corona (7) è collegata in rotazione con l'albero (4) dell'unità a combustione interna (1), un solare (12), un primo portatreno (10) con rispettivi satelliti (9). Un secondo riduttore epicicloidale (20) in serie al primo (8), comprende una seconda corona (22), collegata con l'albero (29) del turbocompressore (2), un solare (19), un portatreno (7, 21a) portato dalla prima corona (7) e satelliti (21) in presa con la seconda corona (22). I solari (12, 19) sono resi solidali in rotazione. Sono presenti mezzi di controllo (14, 17, 18) della velocità di rotazione del solare (19), mezzi sensori di condizioni operative del motore, e un'unità elettronica di controllo alimentata dai mezzi sensori per il pilotaggio dei mezzi di controllo (14, 17, 18) in funzione delle condizioni operative del motore.(Figura 1).
