Abstract
The present invention concerns a process for preparation of derivatives of thieno-triazolo-diazepines of formula <IMAGE> in which Y indicates oxygen or sulphur and R indicates various substituents, which comprises reacting the compound of thieno-triazolo-diazepine having the formula A: <IMAGE> with the appropriate derivative R-N=Y, then reacting the resulting compound with hydrazine hydrate and, finally, cyclizing the compound thus obtained with triethyl orthoacetate.
