Abstract
The invention relates to a method for producing a composite object consisting at least of two distinct parts having different properties and/ or functions. Said method consists in forming at least one layer (53) containing more than 70 % by weight of expanded material selected from expanded graphites, in forming at least one other layer (53) containing more than 70 % by weight of another expanded material selected from expanded vermiculites, in compressing the thus formed layers in such a way that said layers are consolidated, each layer corresponding to one part of the object. The inventive method makes it possible, in particular to produce composite objects such as electrochemical cells, a casting mould or a heliothermal converter.
