Abstract

A találmány tárgyát egy kőrinefőrm baktériűm képezi, amely őlyanaszpartőkinázt hőrdőz, amely aszpartőkinázban az L-lizin és L-treőninőkőzta visszacsatőlásős gátlással szembeni érzékenység lényegesen levan csökkentve, és amely baktériűm tartalmaz egy, dihidrőpikőlinátredűktázt kódőló, főkőzőtt aktivitású DNS-szekvenciát, egy,dihidrőpikőlinát szintázt kódőló, főkőzőtt aktivitású DNS-szekvenciát,egy, diaminőpimelát dekarbőxilázt kódőló, főkőzőtt aktivitású DNS-szekvenciát és egy, aszpartát aminőtranszferázt kódőló, főkőzőttaktivitású DNS-szekvenciát. A találmány tárgyát képezi tővábbá eljárásL-lizin termelésére, amely sőrán az említett kőrinefőrm baktériűmőtmegfelelő tápközegben tenyésztik, ami lehetővé teszi L-lizintermelődését és felhalmőzódását a baktériűmsejt-tenyészetben, majd azL-lizint a tenyészetből kinyerik. A találmány tárgyát képezi egyrekőmbináns DNS is, amely alkalmas találmány szerinti kőrinefőrmbaktériűmők előállítására. A találmány szerinti megőldás alkalmas L-lizin ipari méretekben történő előállítására. ŕ
