Abstract
Postupak obrade i zbrinjavanja kaljužnih voda brodova pri čemu se otpadne kaljužne vode iz sabirnihkanala pomoću crpke dovode do uređaja za obradu, naznačen time, da smjesa otpada za obradu (1) prolazi kroz cijevovod (2) do rešetke (3) gdje se odvajaju metalni dijelovi u poseban spremnik (4), dok se kruti nemetalni dijelovi nakon mljevenja i usitnjavanja u uređaju (5) opet vraćaju u smjesu za obradu, a nakon toga pripremljena smjesa se pomoću dozatora ubacuje u uređaj za obradu (6) u kojem se smjesi za obradu pomoću dozatora dodaju dodaci na bazi kalcija iz spremnika (7) koji djeluju na fizikalno - kemijski preobražaj smjese tako da iz uređaja za obradu (6), kao produkt obrade, izlazi suhihidrofobni prah (solidifikat) koji slobodno pada na transporter (11) odakle se ubacuje u spremnik (12), a nastala vodena para se kroz kanal (9) odvodi preko izmjenjivača topline (10) ili direktno u dimovodni kanal iza ispušnog lonca brodskog motora gdje, zbog lužnatog karaktera, vodena para ima ekološku ulogu smanjivanja koncentracije sumpornih, ugljikovih i dušikovih sadržaja u dimnom plinu kojinastaje izgaranjem goriva u brodskom motoru.
