Claims (15)
1. Postupak za pripremu šećernog proizvoda od lignoceluloznog materijala, koji sadrži sljedeći korak:
enzimsku hidrolizu izborno ispranog i/ili izborno prethodno tretiranog lignoceluloznog materijala uporabom enzimskog pripravka koja sadrži najmanje dvije celulaze i pri čemu enzimski pripravak sadrži najmanje GH61 (porodica glikozid hidrolaze 61), i
pri čemu se tokom dijela vremena enzimske hidrolize kisik dodaje lignoceluloznom materijalu i tokom dijela vremena enzimske hidrolize lignoceluloznom materijalu se ne dodaje kisik u usporedbi sa drugim dijelom vremena enzimske hidrolize,
pri čemu je u dijelu vremena kada se dodaje kisik, koncentracija kisika u tekućoj fazi, u kojoj je lignocelulozni materijal prisutan tokom enzimske hidrolize, veća od 0.02 mol/m3 i pri čemu mol/m3 vrijednosti se odnose na normalan atmosferski pritisak i temperaturu od 62°C, i
pri čemu je dio vremena u kojem se dodaje kisik 2 do 80% ukupnog vremena enzimske hidrolize; i
pri čemu je dio vremena u kojem se ne dodaje kisik 10 do 80% ukupnog vremena enzimske hidrolize.
2. Postupak za pripremu proizvoda fermentacije od lignoceluloznog materijala, koji sadrži sljedeće korake:
- enzimsku hidrolizu izborno ispranog i/ili izborno prethodno tretiranog lignoceluloznog materijala uporabom enzimskog pripravka koja sadrži najmanje dvije celulaze i pri čemu enzimski pripravak najmanje sadrži GH61,
- fermentaciju hidroliziranog lignoceluloznog materijala da bi se dobio proizvod fermentacije; i
pri čemu se tokom dijela vremena enzimske hidrolize kisik dodaje lignoceluloznom materijalu i tokom dijela vremena enzimske hidrolize lignoceluloznom materijalu se ne dodaje kisik u usporedbi sa drugim dijelom vremena enzimske hidrolize,
pri čemu je u dijelu vremena kada se dodaje kisik, koncentracija kisika u tekućoj fazi, u kojoj je lignocelulozni materijal prisutan tokom enzimske hidrolize, veća od 0.02 mol/m3 i pri čemu mol/m3 vrijednosti se odnose na normalan atmosferski pritisak i temperaturu od 62°C, i
pri čemu je dio vremena u kojem se dodaje kisik 2 do 80% ukupnog vremena enzimske hidrolize; i
pri čemu je dio vremena u kojem se ne dodaje kisik 10 do 80% ukupnog vremena enzimske hidrolize.
3. Postupak prema patentnom zahtjevu 1 ili 2, naznačen time što je lignocelulozni materijal prethodno tretiran.
4. Postupak prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 3, naznačen time što je koncentracija kisika u tekućoj fazi hidrolize tokom dijela vremena u kojem se dodaje kisik najmanje 2 puta veća od koncentracije kisika u tekućoj fazi tokom dijela vremena u kojem dodaje se manje ili nimalo kisika.
5. Postupak prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 4, naznačen time što je u dijelu vremena kada se dodaje kisik koncentracija kisika u tekućoj fazi, pri čemu je lignocelulozni materijal prisutan tokom enzimske hidrolize, najviše 0.12 mol/m3.
6. Postupak prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 5, naznačen time što se kisik dodaje u obliku mjehurića.
7. Postupak prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 6, naznačen time što reaktor za enzimsku hidrolizu ima zapreminu od 1 m3 ili više.
8. Postupak prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 7, naznačen time što je vrijeme enzimske hidrolize 5 do 150 sati.
9. Postupak prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 8, naznačen time što korišten enzimski pripravak zadržava aktivnost 30 sati ili više.
10. Postupak prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 9, naznačen time što se hidroliza izvodi na temperaturi od 45°C ili više.
11. Postupak prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 10, naznačen time što je enzimski pripravak izveden iz gljive ili enzimski pripravak sadrži enzim gljive.
12. Postupak prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 11, naznačen time što je sadržaj suhe materije u koraku hidrolize 10 tež% ili više.
13. Postupak prema patentnom zahtjevu 12, naznačen time što je sadržaj suhe materije u koraku hidrolize od 14 do 33% tež.%.
14. Postupak prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 12, u kojem se enzimska hidroliza odvija u šarži, šarži s napajanjem i/ili reaktoru za kontinuiranu kulturu.
15. Postupak prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 13 u koji se kisik uvodi kao plin koji sadrži kisik.
