Claims (14)
1. Uređaj (1) za odvajanje čvrstih čestica iz struje plina, koji sadrži ulaznu cijev (2) koja ima:
- ulazni otvor (3) za primanje dolaznog protoka plina,
- vrtložnu sekciju (4) koja ima promjer koji se smanjuje u smjeru protoka, vrtložna sekcija sadrži najmanje jednu unutarnju stijenku (6) koja tvori najmanje jedan spiralni kanal;
prstenasti dio izlaznog otvora (8) koji ima najmanje jedan periferni izlazni otvor (9) i izlaznu cijev (10) postavljenu koaksijalno s ulaznom cijevi (2),
pri čemu dio izlaznog otvora (8) povezuje ulaznu cijev (2) s izlaznom cijevi (10), i
pri čemu vrtložna sekcija sadrži tijelo jezgre (5) koje se proteže duž središnje osi; tijelo jezgre (5) ima prvi kraj (27) koji se širi u smjer protoka; srednji dio; i drugi kraj (28) koji se sužava u smjeru protoka.
2. Uređaj prema zahtjevu 1, ulazna cijev (2) dodatno sadrži sekciju za odvajanje (7) između vrtložne sekcije (4) i sekcije izlaznog otvora (8).
3. Uređaj prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što su stijenke (6) koje tvore spiralne kanale u vrtložnoj sekciji (4) postavljene pod kutom u rasponu od 60 - 90 stupnjeva u odnosu na središnju os ulazne cijevi.
4. Uređaj prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što se udaljenost između stijenki (6), tj. širina spiralnih kanala smanjuje u smjeru protoka.
5. Uređaj prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što su noževi za vođenje tekućine spojeni na spiralni kanal na uzvodnom kraju tijela jezgre.
6. Uređaj prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što je duljina prvog kraja (27) tijela jezgre koji se širi u smjeru protoka najmanje tri puta veća od udaljenosti između spiralnih stijenki (6).
7. Uređaj prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što je duljina drugog kraja (28) tijela jezgre koji se sužava u smjeru protoka najmanje četiri puta veća od udaljenosti između spiralnih stijenki (6).
8. Uređaj prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, koji sadrži više izlaznih otvora u dijelu izlaznog otvora.
9. Uređaj prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, dodatno sadrži ciklon (15) spojen uzvodno od ulazne cijevi (2).
10. Uređaj prema zahtjevu 9, koji sadrži najmanje jedan sekundarni ulazni vod (22) u gornjem dijelu ciklona (15).
11. Uređaj prema zahtjevu 9 ili 10, koji sadrži najmanje jedan sekundarni izlazni vod (23) u donjem dijelu ciklona (15).
12. Metoda za odvajanje čvrstih čestica ili kapljica tekućine iz struje plina, koja sadrži korake
- uvođenje struje plina koja sadrži čvrste čestice ili kapljice u ulaznu cijev koja sadrži ulazni otvor (3) za primanje ulaznog strujanja plina i vrtložna sekcija (4) koja ima promjer koji se smanjuje u smjeru strujanja i najmanje jednu unutarnju stijenku (6) koja tvori najmanje jedan spiralni kanal; čime se struja plina dovodi u vrtložno gibanje;
- uklanjanje struje plina obogaćene česticama ili kapljicama kroz najmanje jedan periferno postavljen izlazni otvor (9) smješten u dijelu izlaznog otvora (8) nizvodno od vrtložnog dijela (4),
- uklanjanje struje plina osiromašene česticama ili kapljicama kroz izlaznu cijev (10) postavljenu koaksijalno s ulaznom cijevi (2)
pri čemu vrtložni dio sadrži tijelo jezgre (5) koje se proteže duž svoje središnje osi, tijelo jezgre (5) ima prvi kraj (27) koji se širi u smjeru protoka, srednji dio i drugi kraj (28) koji se sužava u smjer toka.
13. Metoda prema zahtjevu 12, dodatno sadrži korak prolaska struje plina kroz ciklon (15) prije uvođenja u ulaznu cijev (2).
14. Metoda prema zahtjevu 13, dodatno sadrži korak uklanjanja sekundarne struje plina iz donjeg dijela ciklona (15).
