Claims (14)
1. Pripravak veziva sadrži vodu, biljna vlakna i mineralna punila, te
- biljna vlakna i mineralna punila imaju težinski omjer između 99/1 i 2/98,
- biljna vlakna i mineralna punila se istodobno rafiniraju,
pri čemu rafinirana vlakna imaju prosječnu veličinu između 10 i 700 µm,
i pri čemu rafinirana vlakna, barem djelomično, okružuju rafinirana mineralna punila.
2. Pripravak veziva prema patentnom zahtjevu 1, naznačen time što pripravak ima težinski omjer biljna vlakna/mineralna punila od između 95/5 i 15/85, poželjno između 80/20 i 20/80.
3. Pripravak veziva prema patentnom zahtjevu 1 ili 2, naznačen time što je pripravak sastavljen od vode, biljnih vlakana i mineralnih punila.
4. Pripravak veziva prema jednom od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 3, naznačen time što su mineralna punila odabrana iz skupine koja sadrži kalcijev karbonat, kaolin, titanijev dioksid, talk i njihove smjese.
5. Pripravak veziva prema jednom od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 4, naznačen time što su mineralna punila i/ili biljna vlakna dobivena iz kanala za recikliranje papira ili kartona.
6. Pripravak veziva prema jednom od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 4, naznačen time što postotak vlakana koja imaju srednju veličinu od 335 µm ili više iznosi 10 % ili manje od ukupne količine vlakana u pripravku veziva, poželjno između 1 % i 10 %, poželjnije između 1 % i 5 %.
7. Uporaba pripravka prema jednom od zahtjeva 1 do 6 naznačena time što se koristi u postupku proizvodnje papira ili kartona.
8. Postupak za pripremu pripravka prema jednom od zahtjeva 1 do 6, naznačen time što sadrži sljedeće korake:
- pripremu suspenzije biljnih vlakana i mineralnih punila u vodi, težinski omjer između biljnih vlakana i mineralnih punila se nalazi između 99/1 i 2/98, poželjno između 95/5 i 15/85,
- rafiniranje ove suspenzije.
9. Postupak prema zahtjevu 8, naznačen time što se biljna vlakna obrađuju enzimatski prije koraka rafiniranja.
10. Postupak prema zahtjevu 9, naznačen time što se mineralna punila uvode prije enzimske obrade.
11. Postupak prema jednom od zahtjeva 9 do 10, naznačen time što se mineralna punila uvode između enzimske obrade i rafiniranja.
12. Postupak prema jednom od zahtjeva 9 do 11, naznačen time što postupak ima ukupni unos energije od između 200 i 2000 kW.h po toni biljnih vlakana i mineralnih punila, poželjno između 300 i 900 kW.h po toni, poželjnije između 400 i 700 kW.h po toni.
13. Postupak prema jednom od zahtjeva 8 do 12, naznačen time što prije rafiniranja sadrži korak frakcioniranja.
14. Postupak prema jednom od zahtjeva 9 do 13, naznačen time što obuhvaća korak frakcioniranja nakon kojeg slijedi korak enzimske obrade, prije rafiniranja.
