Claims (16)
1. Vrata, bočna stijenka ili međustjenka za uređaj za predstavljanje proizvoda (11), pri čemu su vrata, bočna stijenka ili međustjenka oblikovani kao laminirano staklo (1), pri čemu se laminirano staklo (1) sastoji od najmanje dva stakla (2) koja idu paralelno ili neparalelno jedno s drugim, pri čemu su stakla (2) spojena, barem u dijelovima, u rubnom području (3) lameliranog stakla (1) isključivo uz pomoć ljepila koje je prozirno nakon stvrdnjavanja, naznačena time što laminirano staklo (1) ima ojačanje (5) postavljeno između stakala (2) u području najmanje dva kutna područja za pričvršćivanje na nosač (6).
2. Vrata, bočna stijenka ili međustjenka za uređaj za prezentaciju proizvoda (11), pri čemu su vrata, bočna stijenka ili međustjenka oblikovani kao laminirana ploča (1), laminirana ploča (1) se sastoji od najmanje dvije ploče (2) paralelne ili neparalelne jedne s drugom, pri čemu su stakla (2) spojena u dijelove u rubnom području (3) lameliranog stakla (1) isključivo pomoću ljepila koje je prozirno nakon stvrdnjavanja, naznačena time što se ljepilo ne proteže preko cijele periferne rubne površine laminiranog stakla (1).
3. Vrata, bočna stijenka ili međustjenka prema prethodnom zahtjevu, naznačena time što lamelirana ploča (1) ima ojačanje (5) postavljeno između ploča (2) u području najmanje dva kutna područja za pričvršćivanje na nosač (6), u kojem slučaju ojačanja (5) imaju u svakom slučaju, na primjer, najmanje jedno udubljenje (7) dostupno izvana i/ili vijak dostupan izvana, kroz koji se laminirano staklo (1) može se spojiti na nosač (6).
4. Vrata, bočna stijenka ili međustjenka u skladu s jednim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačena time što su ojačanja (5) raspoređena u području dviju suprotnih prednjih strana (8) lamelirane ploče (1), i/ili što su ojačanja (5) spojena izravno zajedno s najmanje dva stakla (2), na primjer zalijepljena, i/ili da se ojačanja (5) sastoje u svakom slučaju od metalnog bloka ili su izvedena kao metalni blok, i/ili da ojačanja (5) su ugrađena, barem djelomično, u ljepilo.
5. Vrata, bočna stijenka ili međustjenka prema jednom od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačena time što ljepilo strši iz ploča (2) prema van, barem u dijelovima, i/ili da je ljepilo plastika, i /ili da osim ljepila i ojačanja (5) nema drugih elemenata između stakala (2).
6. Vrata, bočna stijenka ili međustjenka prema jednom od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačena time što ploče (2) ograničavaju zatvorenu šuplju unutrašnjost (13) laminirane ploče (1) zajedno s ljepilom, u kojem slučaju je unutrašnjost (13) po mogućnosti ispunjena plinom ili plinskom smjesom i/ili prozirnom tekućinom, i/ili da unutarnja površina (9) ljepila koja ograničava unutrašnjost (13) laminirane ploče (1) ide okomito na ploče (2).
7. Vrata, bočna stijenka ili međustjenka u skladu s jednim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačena time što jedno od okna (2) ima najmanje jednu ručku (10) na svojoj vanjskoj strani, a ručka (10) ili nosivi element ručke (10) zalijepljen je npr. na staklo (2).
8. Vrata, bočna stijenka ili međustjenka u skladu s jednim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačena time što laminirana ploča (1), pored gore spomenutog rubnog područja (3), ima jedan ili više podupirača koji prolaze između kontinuiranih ploča. (2) koji se sastoje od prozirne mase (4) i/ili one koja postaje prozirna nakon stvrdnjavanja.
9. Vrata, bočna stijenka ili međustjenka prema zahtjevu 1, naznačena time što se ljepilo koje je prozirno nakon stvrdnjavanja proteže po cijelom opsegu laminiranog stakla (1).
10. Vrata, bočna stijenka ili međustjenka u skladu s jednim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačena time što najmanje jedna prva ploča (2) laminirane ploče (1) strši, barem u dijelovima, iz najmanje druge ploče (2) laminirane ploče (1) u uzdužnom i/ili poprečnom smjeru laminirane ploče (1), tako da laminirana ploča (1) ima stepenasti profil u poprečnom presjeku.
11. Vrata, bočna stijenka ili međustjenka u skladu s jednim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačena time što lamelirana ploča (1) tvori dio uređaja za prezentaciju proizvoda (11), posebno rashladnog uređaja koji služi za postavljanje i prezentiranje robe, po mogućnosti prehrambenih proizvoda, za hlađenje, u kojem slučaju uređaj za prezentaciju proizvoda (11) sadrži prostor za stavljanje robe i u kojem slučaju odjeljak služi za ograničavanje prostora za stavljanje robe prema van i barem je djelomično proziran kako bi omogućio pogled u prostor za postavljanje robe kroz sekciju.
12. Postupak za proizvodnju vrata, bočne stijenke ili međustjenke prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time što slijede sljedeći koraci procesa:
a1) Postavljanje najmanje dva stakla (2) na određenoj udaljenosti jedno od drugog i unošenje viskoznog ljepila koje postaje prozirno nakon stvrdnjavanja između odabranih dijelova stakla (2), ili
a2) Držanje viskoznog ljepila koje postaje prozirno nakon stvrdnjavanja u posudi (17) i naknadno djelomično uranjanje u ljepilo najmanje dva stakla (2) odvojena jedno od drugog, tako da ljepilo nakon uranjanja leži barem djelomično između odvojenih okna (2) i
b) Stvrdnjavanje ljepila, u kojem slučaju ljepilo prianja, najkasnije tijekom stvrdnjavanja, na dijelove odgovarajućih stakala (2) u kontaktu s njim, tako da se stvara laminirano staklo (1) s više stakala (2) spajaju se uz pomoć ljepila najkasnije kada se ljepilo stvrdne, dok se u rubnom području (3) lamelirane ploče (1) ploče (2) spajaju, barem po dijelovima, isključivo pomoću ljepila koje je prozirno nakon stvrdnjavanja.
13. Postupak za proizvodnju vrata, bočne stijenke ili međustjenke prema zahtjevu 2, naznačen time što slijede koraci procesa:
a1) Postavljanje najmanje dva stakla (2) na određenoj udaljenosti jedno od drugog i unošenje viskoznog ljepila koje postaje prozirno nakon stvrdnjavanja između odabranih dijelova stakla (2), ili
a2) Držanje viskoznog ljepila koje postaje prozirno nakon stvrdnjavanja u posudi (17) i naknadno djelomično uranjanje u ljepilo najmanje dva stakla (2) odvojena jedno od drugog, tako da ljepilo nakon uranjanja leži barem djelomično između odvojenih stakla (2), i
b) Stvrdnjavanje ljepila, u kojem slučaju ljepilo prianja, najkasnije tijekom stvrdnjavanja, na dijelove odgovarajućih stakala (2) u kontaktu s njim, tako da se stvara laminirano staklo (1) s više stakala (2) koja se međusobno spajaju pomoću ljepila najkasnije kada se ljepilo stvrdne, dok se stakla (2) u rubnom dijelu (3) lameliranog stakla (1) spajaju u dijelove isključivo uz pomoć ljepila koje je prozirno nakon stvrdnjavanja.
14. Postupak prema zahtjevu 12 ili 13, naznačen time što se ploče (2) dovode u oblik (15) u svakom slučaju kroz jedno od svojih rubnih područja kao dio koraka a1) ili a2) i oblik (15) se još jednom uklanja s laminiranog stakla (1) nakon koraka b).
15. Postupak prema prethodnom zahtjevu, naznačen time što se koristi oblik (15) čiji su dijelovi koji dolaze u kontakt sa staklima (2) izvedeni elastično barem u dijelovima.
16. Postupak prema jednom od zahtjeva 12 do 15, naznačen time što su ljepilo i ploče (2) raspoređeni jedan u odnosu na drugo na takav način prije koraka b), da ljepilo strši barem djelomično iz najmanje jedne ploče (2) laminiranog stakla (1) prema van nakon što je korak b) završio i na taj način tvori rubnu zaštitu laminiranog stakla (1).
