Claims (18)
1. Postupak za remineralizaciju vode koji sadrži korake:
a) osiguravanje dovoda vode,
b) osiguravanje vodene otopine dobivene od kalcijevog karbonata, pri čemu vodena otopina sadrži otopljeni kalcijev karbonat i njegove reakcijske vrste, te pri čemu je koncentracija kalcijevog karbonata u otopini od 0.1 do 1 g/L, i
c) miješanje dovoda vode iz koraka a) i vodene otopine iz koraka b),
pri čemu je vodena otopina iz koraka b) pripremljena pomoću jednog od slijedećih koraka:
A) pripremanje vodene suspenzije kalcijevog karbonata u prvom koraku, i uvođenje bilo: (i) spoja koji stvara ugljikov dioksid, (ii) spoja koji stvara ugljikov dioksid i kiseline, ili (iii) kiseline u vodenu suspenziju kalcijevog karbonata u drugom koraku, ili
B) uvođenje u prvom koraku bilo: (i) spoja koji stvara ugljikov dioksid, (ii) spoja koji stvara ugljikov dioksid i kiseline, ili (iii) kiseline u vodu koja će se koristiti za pripremanje otopine, i zatim uvođenje kalcijevog karbonata, bilo u suhom obliku ili kao suspenzije u drugom koraku u vodu, ili
C) istovremeno uvođenje suspenzije kalcijevog karbonata i ili: (i) spoja koji stvara ugljikov dioksid, (ii) spoja koji stvara ugljikov dioksid i kiseline, ili (iii) kiseline,
pri čemu kalcijev karbonat koji je korišten za pripremanje vodene otopine iz koraka b) ima ponderiranu srednju veličinu čestica d50 od 0.1 do 100 µm.
2. Postupak prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time da je koncentracija kalcijevog karbonata u otopini od 0.3 do 0.8 g/L, te poželjno od 0.5 do 0.7 g/L, u odnosu na ukupnu masu otopine.
3. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time da kalcijev karbonat koji je korišten za pripremanje vodene otopine iz koraka b) ima ponderiranu srednju veličinu čestica d50 od 0.5 do 50 µm, od 1 do 15 µm, poželjno od 2 do 10 µm, najpoželjnije 3 do 5 µm, ili kalcijev karbonat ima ponderiranu srednju veličinu čestica d50 od 1 do 50 µm, od 2 do 20 µm, poželjno od 5 do 15 µm, te najpoželjnije od 8 do 12 µm.
4. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time da kalcijev karbonat je prirodni kalcijev karbonat, istaloženi kalcijev karbonat, ili njihova smjesa.
5. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time da dobivena remineralizirana voda ima koncentraciju kalcija kao kalcijevog karbonata od 15 do 200 mg/L, poželjno od 30 do 150 mg/L, i najpoželjnije od 100 do 125 mg/L, ili od 15 do 100 mg/L, poželjno od 20 do 80 mg/L, i najpoželjnije od 40 do 60 mg/L.
6. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time da otopina iz koraka b) sadrži dodatne minerale koji sadrže magnezij, kalij ili natrij, poželjno magnezijev karbonat, kalcijev magnezijev karbonat, npr. dolomitni vapnenac, vapnenački dolomit ili polu žareni dolomit, magnezijev oksid kao što je žareni dolomit, magnezijev sulfat, kalijev hidrogen karbonat, ili natrijev hidrogen karbonat.
7. Postupak prema zahtjevu 6, naznačen time da dobivena remineralizirana voda ima koncentraciju magnezija od 5 do 25 mg/L, poželjno od 5 do 15 mg/L i najpoželjnije od 8 do 12 mg/L.
8. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time da remineralizirana voda ima vrijednost zamućenosti manju od 5.0 NTU, manju od 1.0 NTU, manju od 0.5 NTU, ili manju od 0.3 NTU.
9. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time da remineralizirana voda ima Langelierov indeks zasićenja od -1 do 2, poželjno od -0.5 do 0.5, najpoželjnije od -0.2 do 0.2.
10. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time da remineralizirana voda ima indeks gustoće mutnoće SDI15 ispod 5, poželjno ispod 4, te najpoželjnije ispod 3.
11. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time da remineralizirana voda ima indeks onečišćenja membrane MFI0.45 ispod 4, poželjno ispod 2.5, najpoželjnije ispod 2.
12. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time da dovedena voda je desalinizirana morska voda, boćata voda ili slana voda, obrađena otpadna voda ili prirodna voda kao što je podzemna voda, površinska voda ili kišnica.
13. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time da se remineralizirana voda miješa sa dovedenom vodom.
14. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time da postupak nadalje sadrži korak uklanjanja čestica.
15. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time da postupak nadalje sadrži korake:
d) mjerenje parametarske vrijednosti remineralizirane vode, pri čemu je parametar odabran i skupine koju čine alkalnost, ukupna tvrdoća, vodljivost, koncentracija kalcija, pH, koncentracija CO2, ukupne otopljene krute tvari, te zamućenost remineralizirane vode,
e) uspoređivanje izmjerene parametarske vrijednosti s predodređenom parametarskom vrijednosti, te
f) osiguravanje količine ubrizgane otopine koja je dobivena iz kalcijevog karbonata na temelju razlike između izmjerene i predodređene parametarske vrijednosti.
16. Postupak prema zahtjevu 15, naznačen time da predodređena parametarska vrijednost je pH vrijednost, pri čemu pH vrijednost je od 5.5 do 9, poželjno od 7 do 8.5.
17. Uporaba otopine koja je dobivena iz kalcijevog karbonata za remineralizaciju vode, naznačena time da je otopina pripremljena pomoću jednog od slijedećih koraka:
A) pripremanje vodene suspenzije kalcijevog karbonata u prvom koraku, i uvođenje bilo: (i) spoja koji stvara ugljikov dioksid, (ii) spoja koji stvara ugljikov dioksid i kiseline, ili (iii) kiseline u vodenu suspenziju kalcijevog karbonata u drugom koraku, ili
B) uvođenje u prvom koraku ili: (i) spoja koji stvara ugljikov dioksid, (ii) spoja koji stvara ugljikov dioksid i kiseline, ili (iii) kiseline u vodu koja će se koristiti za pripremanje otopine, te zatim uvođenje kalcijevog karbonata, bilo u suhom obliku ili kao suspenzije u drugom koraku u vodu, ili
C) istovremeno uvođenje suspenzije kalcijevog karbonata i bilo: (i) poja koji stvara ugljikov dioksid, (ii) spoja koji stvara ugljikov dioksid i kiseline, ili (iii) kiseline,
pri čemu kalcijev karbonat koji se koristi za pripremanje vodene otopine ima ponderiranu srednju veličinu čestica d50 od 0.1 do 100 µm.
18. Uporaba prema zahtjevu 17, naznačena time da je remineralizirana voda odabrana od vode za piće, vode za rekreaciju kao što je voda za bazene, industrijske vode za primjenu u industrijskim procesima, vode za navodnjavanje, ili vode za vodonosnike ili dopunjavanje bunara.
