Claims (8)

1. Plosnato zatvaranje otporno na vatru, posebno staklena vrata, sa svrhom zaštite od požara radi sprječavanja širenja vatre i dima iz prve sobe u susjednu drugu sobu u slučaju požara, sastoji se od vatrostalne staklene plohe koja, na barem jednom rubu, ima metalni profil koji se djelomično preklapa preko bočnih strana vatrostalne staklene plohe i koja je podijeljena na dva djelomična profila međusobno razmaknuta u području prednje strane (lica) vatrostalne staklene plohe, naznačeno time što su dva djelomična profila (3, 4) sastavljena od: a. jednostavne metalne trake (6) koja se nalazi na pripadajućoj bočnoj strani vatrostalne staklene plohe (2) i koja je na području koje se preklapa s vatrostalnom staklenom plohom (2) zaljepljena za vatrostalnu staklenu plohu (2), i b. U profila (7) koji je pričvršćen za unutarnju stranu slobodnog dijela metalne trake (6) i otvora koji je između slobodnih krakova (10) usmjeren prema unutra i koji, zajedno s odgovarajućim nasuprotnim U profilom, formira prostor za primanje izolirajućeg, vatrostalnog radnog dijela (9) stabilnih dimenzija, pri čemu umetnuti vatrostalni radni dio (9) kojeg drže U profili (7) dva djelomična profila (3, 4) u potpunosti pokriva prednju stranu vatrostalne staklene plohe.
2. Zatvaranje prema zahtjevu 1, naznačeno time što je U profil (7) pričvršćen za metalnu traku (6) točkastim zavarivanjem.
3. Zatvaranje prema zahtjevu 1 ili 2, naznačeno time što je vatrostalni radni dio (9), smješten između djelomičnih profila (3, 4), napravljen u obliku letve od tvrdog drveta koja se pruža preko cijele dužine U profila (7).
4. Zatvaranje prema jednom od zahtjeva 1 do 3, naznačeno time što je vatrostalni radni dio (9), točnije letva od tvrdog drveta, vijcima pričvršćen u slobodne krakove (10) dva U profila (7).
5. Zatvaranje prema jednom od zahtjeva 1 do 4, naznačeno time što dva djelomična profila (3, 4) zajedno s vatrostalnim radnim dijelom (9) koji ih povezuje, formiraju obodni potporni okvir za vatrostalnu staklenu plohu (2).
6. Zatvaranje prema jednom od zahtjeva 1 do 5, naznačeno time što je okomita traka, napravljena od materijala (12) koji se pjeni pod utjecajem topline, smještena na vanjsku prednju stranu, i ta je traka bočno pokrivena metalnim trakama (6) s dva djelomična profila (3, 4).
7. Zatvaranje prema jednom od zahtjeva 1 do 6, naznačeno time što su metalna traka (6) i U profili (7) napravljeni od čelika.
8. Zatvaranje prema jednom od zahtjeva 1 do 7, naznačeno time što su vatrostalna staklena ploha (2) i susjedna područja metalnih traka (6) i U profila (7) povezani silikonom, poželjno da to također obuhvaća prednju stranu vatrostalne staklene plohe (2).
