Abstract
Izum je uređaj kojim se rješava problem osvjetljenja površinske lezije pri postupku fotodinamičke dijagnostike, gdje svjetlo za fotodinamičku dijagnostiku treba biti određene valne duljine i jednolikog intenziteta na površini lezije, a da je pri tom uređaj lak za nošenje kao i za držanje u ruci za vrijeme dijagnostike.Izu je uređaj za osvjetljavanje - iluminator, u čijem kućištu je "grozd-svjetiljka" ljubičastih svjetlećih dioda izvor svjetla za fotodinamičku dijagnostiku, koja se hladi ventilatorom, a ventilator i "grozd-svjetiljka" se napajaju iz vanjskog izvora preko pripadajuće elektronike ili iz ugarđenog akumulatora. Svjetlo iz "grozd-svjetiljke" je divergentno i homogenog intenziteta na udaljenosti lezije, a spektar svjetla maksimalno pobuđuje fluoresciranje fotosenzibilizatora unesenog u leziju. U uporabi pri dijagnostici uređaj se drži u ruci, iznad lezije pacijenta, ili se montira na odgovarajući stalak. Uređaj omogućuje neposredno vizualno opažanje fluoresciranja lezije ili snimanje s kamerom.The invention is a device that solves the problem of illumination of a surface lesion in the process of photodynamic diagnostics, where the light for photodynamic diagnostics should be of a certain wavelength and of uniform intensity on the surface of the lesion, while making the device easy to carry and to hold in the hand during diagnostics .The illuminator behind is a illuminator housing a cluster lamp of purple light-emitting diodes, which is cooled by a fan, and the fan and a cluster lamp are supplied from an external source through associated electronics or from built-in battery. The light from the "cluster lamp" is divergent and of homogeneous intensity at the distance of the lesion, and the spectrum of light maximally excites the fluorescence of the photosensitizer introduced into the lesion. In diagnostic use, the device is held in the arm, above the patient's lesion, or mounted on a suitable stand. The device allows direct visual observation of fluorescence of the lesion or camera recording.
